Staff is exceptionally nice and welcoming. Food is delicious. Having someone to clean and change bedding is such a help and to have utilities, cable, TV and all necessities provided, really helps Mom's apartment to be affordable. She loves just having one payment, instead of several bills and with auto withdraw, she doesn't have to even worry about that. Morada sure has been a God sent to me. If she would have been in just any apartment, I would have had all these responsibility on me. Since Morada takes care of everything, I can enjoy my time with Mom. Best decision ever!!

All 5s! And [name removed] was so helpful. [name removed] really loves it there and is flourishing. The residents are all so friendly and gracious. Every time I visit my father in law he talks about meeting a new friend. He loved living with us but he is very social and Temple doesn't have a senior activity center so he was extremely bored. Morada has so many activities daily that he doesn't miss living with us and is actually thriving and more active than he has ever been!

I am a resident and happy here. I like the activities. Always something to do. Staff is very nice. Renovations have been going on here. I like the paint colors, however the carpet is very busy. I am glad I chose this place.

5 stars overall. Room is a good size, it definitely feels clean overall and the staff has been great. Our dad likes it there and says he doesn't want to leave! Which is good since sometimes we've taken him places and he isn't comfortable there, so that's a good sign...

The staff was so helpful in helping me jump through all the hoops necessary to get my father qualified for aid. The amenities, room size, and cleanliness are all amazing especially when compared to the price of rent.

The tour was great!! We were able to see everything we were interested in and more!! Really hoping my parents choose this place! Due to some renovations, it was a little off, but can see it will be very nice when complete!

I love the staff - they are warm and friendly, and on top of things. I would absolutely recommend them to others - The people that live there are really friendly too.

The entire staff from the leasing agent to the front desk to the maintenance folks are all incredibly nice, helpful and responsive. The food is great and there are an incredible amount of opportunities to be active and busy.

My mother recently moved into Park Oak Grove. She has done so well and is so happy with her choice. The staff is so kind to her. I love that when I visit, they know who I am, they know who I'm there to see. It may not be the most updated, newest building, but it feels like home. It's comfortable and warm. Most importantly my mother loves it

I can't say enough about Park Oak Grove, particularly [Name Removed]. If you don't have a[Name Removed] in your life, I 10/10 recommend you get one. I called on a Sunday ... a SUNDAY about availability,[Name removed] not only answered the phone, but met me and my mom within a couple of hours. The next day I was moving her in. When I was sitting in the floor putting a bed frame together, [Name Removed] not only took the time to get to know my mom, but she was there when all the overwhelming feelings came for me. I had no idea what I was doing, and you don't until you find yourself in this situation. I was fortunate enough to have a [Name removed] who looked me in my tear filled eyes and told me it would all be ok. Five stars doesn't feel like enough, but I hope this review helps someone navigate a difficult situation, made bearable by a single individual and Park Oak Grove.

The tour was excellent. Residents were friendly and staff was so welcoming. They have everything my father needs, and I'm happy to see him excited at the idea of moving into a community like this.

Very clean and the staff is wonderful. My uncle really felt like this facility was the place for him. [Name Removed], the nurses, front desk person was awesome. Even the maintenance guy was wonderful. My uncle really enjoyed him during our visit. I would recommend this place to anyone who want to make sure there love one would be loved on and well taken care of.

We are very pleased with Lakehouse. Caregivers are amazing! We really like the new director and all other staff members. The facility has a friendly, home like feel. It's clean and decorated nicely. Residents seem happy. Outdoor spaces are really pretty.

I was pleasantly surprised by this facility, I had visited a resident several years ago and was not impressed. My lunch was good and the area was bright and inviting. The residents seemed happy overall and were dressed and clean . Our tour of the available rooms was informative and all questions answered by [Name Removed]. At the present time I have decided to stay in my home but will definitely put Solstice at the top of my list for my retirement home in Las Cruces..

This is a top notch facility with incredible activities and facilities. Would highly recommend this location in the greater Charleston area.

It truly is a wonderful place for seniors. The community is peaceful and the grounds are gorgeous. With that said the pricing is misleading. [Amount Removed] a month. Plus up to [Amount Removed] for care plus an additional[Amount removed] just to get in the door……I knew it would be expensive but [Amount removed] off the bat. I know my mother doesn’t have that and neither do we. Aamana was wonderful no doubt she was sweet and kind and understanding. And I’d love nothing more than to have my mother there. We just can’t afford it. Seems this country has forgotten about the lower class elderly.

It was a great tour. Seeing the residents engaged and staff interaction was great. The cleanliness was an important aspect for us. No complaints at all on that. The staff all seemed friendly and compassionate.

Moving Dad to the Virginian has been a blessing. The staff and his care team are amazing and he loves the activities. The facility is always clean and the grounds are nicely kept!

Everybody I met was fantastic. Felt right att home instantly. Beautiful facility. I hope to live there wihin year. Harry Spencer’s I was especially impressed by the food, price, beauty of the entire place
