[name removed] gave a thorough, informative, and enjoyable tour of the community. It is a beautiful, complete, and caring facility. They were extremely helpful in answering questions, giving me time to make decisions, no pressure, understanding of a difficult situation. Highly recommend it.

The staff members were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. Their caring nature was evident in their attentive service and willingness to assist with any need. We found them to be incredibly helpful, always offering valuable advice and support. Their positive attitude truly enhanced our experience. We sincerely appreciate their dedication and kindness.

It’s everything I have been looking for and more! The place respects its residents and encourages creativity. [name removed] is a wonderful director. She gave me the space I needed to process this as a placement for my brother.

I TOOK MY HUSBAND TO SEE A STUDIO APARTMENT AND TOUR FACILITY. WE DECIDED TO GO FOR IT AND THEN HE CHANGED HIS MIND BECAUSE IT WAS SO FAR FROM HOME AND HE DIDN'T LIKE ME DRIVING OVER 50 MILES TO DOWNTOWN KNOXVILLE. HATED TO GIVE IT UP BUT WE ARE LOOKING CLOSER TO SEVIERVILLE, WHERE I WILL BE STAYING IN THE HOUSE. THE PEOPLE WERE GREAT AND THE PRICE WAS GOOD, UNTIL THEY STARTED ADDING THINGS IN......HAVE TO WATCH THE BUDGET AND INCOME........OTHERWISE, I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.

Touring to facility for placement of my sister. Greeted at the front desk on the day of my visit. After signing in, was given a tour of the facilities including the common areas, a garden, area for meals, and several apartments. Met with the staff who answered all my questions with regards to the process of moving and what services are offered. The staff arranged a brunch for my sister and caregiver to attend and tour the facility which was nice, and follow up after the visit. Nicely done!!

There are lots of activities and plenty of residents for friendship and connection. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

I was impressed. Solstice is a lovely facility. Our guide, [name removed], was warm and friendly. She greeted the residents we came across by their names. The apartment we saw was well-appointed. From what I saw, and the people I met, Solstice would be a good choice.

Pleasant people and surroundings, a great deal of natural lighting, and clean environment. Guests seemed content and were engaged in activities. Liked the posting of monthly activities and the posted menu options.

We were pleased with the experience! Convenient and safe feeling location, friendly staff, plenty of activities and food menu options. [name removed] was incredibly helpful in explaining the options and making us feel welcome.

Although this was a virtual visit, it appeared to be lovely. I am planning on going in person to view the facility shortly! My hope is that it does look as lovely as a virtual tour. It’s difficult to gauge all the questions about the place since I’ve only seen it in virtual. Hopefully I’ll have a better idea of everything once I see it in person.

My mother has been very complimentary of all the staff. She has been impressed with their timeliness in responding when she needs assistance, and also with how thoroughly they accomplish tasks such as housekeeping, laundry, and showering assistance. She has been enjoying the meals very much, as well as the dining staff. She said that they almost immediately learned her preferences.

I have no concerns at all. The facility is clean as is her room. I can't speak regarding activities as it is usually late afternoon when I get there and they are preparing for dinner. The caregivers appear to be very caring even when my sister becomes difficult. At least that's my observation when I'm there. One thing I particularly appreciate is that when the regular meal is not to her liking, they will will prepare her a separate meal containing those things she likes.

Discovery Commons is working out very well for us. My mom is in the memory care unit and is being taken care of very well. The staff is incredible. I don't know how they do it. I can't say enough good about [name removed], the director. She answers all of my questions, and makes sure everyone is taken care of.

I was looking for a place for My mom who is 89 yrs old. A place for mom worked with me and I chose Provincial. Very nice independent living. The apartments are very nice, spacious and plenty of closet space. The people that work there are very nice and always helpful. The dining area is spacious and breakfast, lunch and dinner are served. There are activities, outings, game and puzzle areas and a very nice fitness area. I would suggest this place highly if you're looking for independent living in a retirement community.

I am very pleased with Morada Southridge. Great place with professional and courteous staff and caregivers. I couldn't be more pleased.

[name removed] was fantastic he really sold us on the Veranda Club, and rightfully so he made the process seamless. and [name removed] was absolutely fantastic. Her warm and outgoing personality really sold us also and the fact is the entire and I mean entire staff is really terrific, they are kind and empathetic and cheerful and always want to please the residence, you must really treat them well because they are happy employees and it is very evident. My mother-in-law is very very happy there.

I have lived in other communities and had bad experiences. I was so unhappy that I did my best to move on and I found Provincial Glenville. Everyone here knows my name and I feel very welcomed, comfortable and happy!

The Atmosphere was warm and welcoming; building and activity areas were clean uncluttered and “spoke” to the usage. All staff I met were informed, friendly, and eager to discuss issues and answer questions. Met 2 Resident Ambassadors who actually “sold” the place. The tour was well planned hitting all activity rooms/areas available (there are many) to residents on every floor. Review of the open resident unit I requested, ie smaller 1 bedroom, was not rushed in anyway even allowing a second “look see” a couple of days later, when I had concerns about where my furniture might not fit. My tour (with my daughter & son in law) included lunch for the three of us and we three found the menus and daily options more than reasonable and satisfying. Menus are posted for each month as are the all day options. In two visits to Solstice I found individual residents very friendly and welcoming

Everything is great! Yes, we would recommend Heritage Place of Boerne community to other families based on the experience so far.
