After a couple of terrible AL facilities we finally came to Home Place. Best decision we have made on our journey! The staff from caregivers, transportation, dining service and activities personnel have been truly like family! No hesitation in stepping up to help those in need in a loving caring way! We would highly recommend you and your family to join us in a wonderful Home Place!

The director and nursing staff are top notch. Food could use improvement, not burning the eggs would be nice.

[Name Removed] was so helpful and empathetic to Dona's needs and concerns. She found options to accommodate all of [Name Removed] living requirements. She was a literal ray of sunshine while dealing with [Name removed] concerns and indecisive moments. Not pushing and allowing her time to process and weight the pros and cons. It was a very pleasant and ideal experience all around.

The staff are caring and willing to help. They were great. I would absolutely recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

Everything has been good. No hidden charges everything was upfront. The room was remodeled and very clean. Mom is extremely happy. The management on a day-to-day basis couldn't be better. The food is excellent when something goes wrong. The maintenance crew is on it within the hour. I would absolutely not change one thing.

The visit was great! This senior living community is way and above other places we have toured. Thus, we put our name in and Patriot Angels is helping with paperwork. We are looking forward to moving there.

What a beautiful place. But at this time respite with a 30 day time limit for my husband would not work for our needs. He might need two months and I don’t want to keep moving him. Also Heartis needs a [Name Removed] to move patients while they are recovering and therapy every day to be a be a serious respite facility!

The staff were kind and caring. They showed great concern for her comfort and needs. The apartment, a studio, was perfect. There was a bed area, and also a sitting and dining area. We were very satisfied with our decision to use Marbella for our loved one.

[name removed] was awesome! I knew my mom was safe and taken care of while I was away. A few negatives-her pills were wrong for the first few mornings and my mom said the nurses weren't nice about it. And my mom did not like the food. That was her biggest complaint. Other than that, we were pleased!

Very nice place well kept staff was great and very helpful would highly recommend this to others. Quality of appliances and fixtures was nice and lay out of the facility overall very good

It really depends on what a family is looking for. My mother is 93, and she is more frail than many of the residents. I needed a place where she would get nutritious meals and physical therapy. The staff is very patient with her.

Staff was very attentive and communication was very good. I would recommend them. I know that in the past, they had not gotten all favorable reviews, but with new ownership, they showed me their "A" game during all my contacts with them.

The visit was very friendly and informative. so much so that I signed up for residency. I am looking forward to starting my stay.

The facility is well maintained and managed. I had a real problem with the food, selection and temperature when I first got here. Once I shared my feelings with management, they were very proactive in getting some changes made. All have improved now.

Staff has been extremely friendly and very helpful anytime we needed anything. My in laws have enjoyed the food and activities. I think if there is any issues of concern it is the transportation situation. They have waited very long wait times when being pick up after doctor appointments I know there are multiple people going to doc visits but I think if anything could use a review of possible improvement I think that is all I have.

I love the staff very attentive. My dad is going to be living there after he comes out of the rehab center. The Director of operations for that particular facility is a amazing. We would recommend to others.
