Solstice is a wonderful fit. No problems and no worries. I would recommend if you are in a situation as I was in or to get the relief I did that you give a look. Just touring the first time convinced me. Hoping to soon be a resident.....see you there!

I am so pleased with the Form at Lincoln Heights! It offers a tiered support experience. At this point I enjoy taking my meals in the Dining Room if I choose and my apartment is cleaned weekly. I can choose the support of a caregiver or not. I shop for groceries and other items locally. The Forum provides transportation if needed. I highly recommend the Forum and the tiered support system it offers.

Homey, well appointed facility. Taken first to a small, nicely furnished conference room. Next was a kitchen area beside the conference area where baking and some special cooking could take place. Across from the front doors in the Middle is a large living area with fireplace with plenty of sofas and chairs. The only available room at this time was a suite: kitchen area with refridgerator, microwave, sink and cupboards; bathroom with walk in shower, sink; living area for sofa , chair or two, coffee table, tv (what furniture a resident would desire) and bedroom adjoined to the living area.( room for twin or possibly double bed). Very attractive materials used in the suit. A courtyard is in the middle of the facility.There is a facility kitchen adjacent to the dining room where 3 meals a day are served. And a library with French doors, across from large front living area also used for church services. Many activities are offered as well as off site ones.

The facility was super nice and all the people there were very friendly. The outside courtyards were a nice addition so the residents could get out and visit outdoors. The grounds were very well kept. They have a lot of activities offered for the residents to participate in. The menu was very nice for the meals. They had many options on the menu. The apartments were nice, but we’re smaller than most that we had toured that day, especially for the money. The apartments did not have a full kitchen only a kitchenette which included a sink and a small refrigerator so you would have to provide your own microwave if you wanted one. I like that it was all on one floor so you didn’t have to use an elevator. They have many services that are helpful for the residents. It was a little bit more pricey than the other facilities we had gone to that day, but if money was no object, it would be a wonderful place to put your loved one in.

The facility is very clean. The food is great. The staff really seem to know what to do.

The facility was clean and the people friendly. The only downside was one meal per day. Saw several folks bringing in small shopping carts with groceries. As a senior citizen, what to cook for meals has become drudgery. One meal a day would mean a resident will be shopping in grocery stores.

The follow through was commendable. My brother had a very positive experience at Heartlands.

It was a very nice place and staff was warm and welcoming. My father is 94 and came along for the walk thru but said he is not ready to be with "old people" yet. We will continue with home care as long as possible but we truly enjoyed the visit.

Beautiful place and friendly staff. Thank you for taking the time to show my mother and I around the facility. Unfortunately, my mother will not be moving there due to her wanting to elope.

I was very impressed with the facility and my tour guide, [name removed]. [name removed] was very professional. She explained everything in great detail. I was introduced to other staff members, which was a nice touch.

The staff at Morningside AL in Gastonia were so caring, compassionate and always on top of taking care of everything my Mom needed during her stay there. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for the best place to care for their ones.

[name removed] was very professional and personable with my mother and I and all the residents we came across during our tour. [name removed] was genuine!!! Your place was very clean and well kept. The rooms were very well managed with many activities.

The Lodge us a sister facility to where my parent is currently. They shared information and contacted me very swiftly and was able to take a tour the next day and meet with assessment staff on the same day. Hope to move my parent by the end of the week! Great staff!

All Residents I've spoken to provide negative experience with food/dining experience due to wait times to get good and service. Quality of the food is not the best, but with no other choice, accepted as is.

The restaurant staff are attentive and willing to cook pretty much anything on demand, whether on the menu or not. Other employees are friendly (front desk especially) and seem happy to be there. The rooms are well appointed with spacious bathrooms.

My overall experience has been 5 stars. The facility has a very friendly and welcoming vibe. The food is delicious and my father is thriving having the opportunity to partake in exercise classes, game events, and physical therapy sessions. His apartment allows him to live independently and safely. It is the perfect size for his needs. We are so happy that he is doing so well and are very appreciative of all the State Street Assisted Living staff does to make each day fun.

Very clean & friendly. Respite care was very accommodating. Made my husband feel welcome even for the short time he was there. Dining options were great. Felt very secure there.

Talk to the current residents, they give a lot of feedback when you are looking. I have gotten to know several of the residents there, it's a great place.
