The staff are very helpful and make you feel are home. The other residents also want to make friends. I feel spoiled. The dining is great and the servers learn your name and address as so. Always something to attend and happy hour with entertainment at least every week. We are very happy here.

Staff are super friendly and always greet the residents with a smile and light conversation. The apartment is bigger than other places nearby and is really clean. The entire facility and common areas are always clean and very well lit. The dining room offers a variety of food and the quantity is plenty big. You even have the option for half portions if you aren't wanting a big meal. Overall, my Mom is happy here and is meeting people every day when she goes for her walk inside the community. We are very happy that we chose Discovery Village for her.

The marketing manager and the ambassadors were very informative and helpful. The facilities were clean and neat. We are trying to get my brother to realize he needs to be in a place like Solstice.

I was impressed by the excitement of the staff regarding the facility and what plans they have for the future about bringing in several people on a monthly basis and the rooms were very nice. The new what was going on and they knew the needs of the people who go there they told me that it was split 50/50 or thereabouts male to female variety of age ranges.

I liked the things that I saw during my tour at Summerhouse. [name removed] was very friendly and informative. [name removed] talked about the activities of the residents and some that involved the family members also. The layout is open and roomy. I really enjoyed my visit.

From the moment we walked in my mom loved it. [name removed]was wonderful touring us We are praying about if my mom is gonna go there. They are under remodeling which looks like it’s gonna be beautiful. Looks like all the residents enjoy living there. It will be good for my fir the socialization.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The way they addressed and with residents was neighborly and welcoming. The facility was clean and felt like “home”. My family appreciated the respectful staff.

I felt that I was treated with respect. Questions were answered effectively. Time was spent with me showing programming, facilty and services to where I felt I had sufficient information to aid my family member in making informed decisions about her care. I felt that my needs were also addressed in being a family member of the perspective resident. I was informed how I can participate in her care and that participating with her at the facility would be strongly encouraged.

My mom and I recently visited and felt very welcomed. [name removed] and [name removed] were very informative and professional. We decided this past weekend that this was the best place. I moved my mom in today and everyone was very nice and helpful.

The staff is great. The food is great. The residence are great. Mom feels at home.

What I like the most about the community is that most of the employees are cheerful and helpful. I am in my sixties, but many activities seem geared toward those in their eighties (which to be honest, appears to be close to the median age here). For example, their "happy hour" should be called a "root beer social"! Music of the '20s--1920's! I would appreciate a little more variety of interests offered. Yes, I would recommend The Terraces of Roseville to other families. They have been very accommodating.

The new executive director was the head nurse. She is very easy to approach. She takes concerns very seriously and acts quickly. The new head nurse actually seems to care for the residents. Most of the staff appear happy to be there. The facility is more of a medical environment not so much a home feeling. Having a doctor, physical and occupational therapy in-house is awesome. The level of activities, especially for memory care leaves a lot to be desired. If there is an active loved one that needs socializing this would probably not be a good fit. They do have once a week outings and a weekly sermon other than that it's basically bingo and news. There aren't very many residents families that visit but those of us that do have a good connection with the staff and each other.

Would rate 1 thru 6 .... 5 .... she has not been there long enough to rate activities but they had a very nice Thanksgiving party and a great Christmas concert .. we are at the top end of our budget so we are ok with the value .... overall my mom and the family are very happy with Heartfields at Cary ..... Nice place ... clean neat great staff .... residents are very positive and have a great opinion on how their treatment is going.

The atmosphere was friendly and pleasant. I liked the services offered for residents. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful and answered all of our questions and concerns. I liked the dining situation and that they would accommodate eating restrictions. The residents were friendly and happy.

My brother needs simple 5 to 10 minute help each day to make sure he has put on clean Depends and disposed of them properly. Then the pads for his chairs and bed need changed each day. Wouldn't take long and sounds simple enough but he needs that help and doesn't seem to get it.

Truthfully a 5. Very happy i found this facility. Id HIGHLY recommend it to anyone. And i have. All primarily on 1 floor. A lot of parking. Very nice outside as well with many deer walking about. Everyone I've dealt with has been very nice and my mom likes it. So its a win win.
