The person who gave a thorough tour and we went over prices and what care that entailed. She followed up a few days later if I had any other questions.

The residence was very private, nestled in the trees. They the head of sales was so cordial and enthusiastic, providing information regarding services and availability and how she could accommodate our requirements and desires for our comfort. The staff was very pleasant and friendly, even insisting that we take away with us a very tasty portion of banana pudding!

Overall we have been very happy the staff is wonderful from administration to nurses and techs. My only negative comment is if the resident is in the hospital they have to be admitted for more than 15 days before you are giving any daily credit for medication management and extra aid services. Which I think is a long time to pay for services we are not receiving. My only pet peeve other than that the staff is very professional they work hard and care the the residents.

The Benton House offers quality care to all of its residents. Individualized care plans are implemented by the compassionate staff. The living spaces and dining areas are inviting and encourage social activities. The amenities and care come with a price that was not in our budget.
