Digby staff treat patients like family trying to meet patients needs including socialization. Facility is clean. My father said he is happy there. Staff is open and willing to help. Cost is lower than most.

Our mom was surrounded by such helpful, caring, and loving people every day. The staff became like family to my family and me. Even though this season was challenging, we felt confident that we made the best choice by placing our mom at Terra Bella Thornblade.

I recently toured five communities and found Rittenhouse Village to be the best fit for my brother. Upon entering I was warmly greeted. The community felt like home away from home and offers a calm environment with several small group or individual seating areas, activity room, library, cozy restaurant, theater room, a beautiful and secure walking path in a natural setting, and clean, sufficient personal living space rooms. The resident dog and cat add a calming effect to the environment. [Name Removed], the director was very pleasant and reassuring and able to guide/direct me with suggesting the way to engage my brother in the decision process and provided me with the time I needed to tour and learn about the community.

Clean. Friendly staff. Beautiful flowers. Secure. Had opportunity to see resident in action with games and exercises. We were also invited to attend an event.

I have met with [name removed] on a number of occassions. [name removed] has always been wonderful answering all questions, showing me the facilities, etc. I love watching [name removed] as she greets everyone by name as we tour the facility etc. I like it that she is familiar with everyone and can make a comment indicating she has a history with them. With me, [name removed] listens intently and I always feel heard and understood. She is able to help direct the conversation for further clarity of my needs etc. So she is spectacular in her chosen profession in my opinion.

[name removed] was so helpful and kind. It really was a great tour. The facility was amazing and the one bedroom apartment had everything you needed. It was just an all-around great tour of the facility. I can’t think of anything else that was needed in a facility or an apartment.

Very friendly, very organized. [name removed] helped me and my parents tour the facilities…she was very patient. We were able to review all of the costs, services and amenities. My parents felt very comfortable there.

This has been the best place for my parents! Every time I come in, I have been pleased with the quality of care! The staff is qualified to work with the memory care issues that arise! They love and care for each one in their needs. I am so blessed each time I walk in the see my parents. They go above and beyond to help them out! This place has the best outdoor court yard where they don't feel like it is a prison! The residents cans go in and out freely in the locked down resident care unit. I never worry about them escaping like they were previously! They feel the freedom to go outside like they did prior to being there, and yet they are safe! This is a beautiful and spacious place even with my parents sharing a room. The Lodge has activities all through the day so they are not trapped in their room. They keep their minds and bodies active. In the two months I have had my parents there, I have not one complaint! My heart is happy every time I go in, knowing their care is their priority! Can't say enough good about this place!

The director and leadership team - knowledgeable, generous with their time and attention, responsive. The facility is gorgeous and the apartment is memory care is large. The care team is excellent - primary care giver [Name Removed] is excellent. They are reassuring.

A few items that we have greatly appreciated: * staff seems to group/track residents together by functioning level * regular updates from staff on our family member's participation level * staff is equipped/enabled to handle residents with "strong personalities" (which ultimately results in the family being called in to intervene less) * consistent adherence to published activity schedules

Admissions took the time to show me my idea room preference. Often, the experience I have with someone opposite the phone or the email or the text is transactional. Not Country Club at Woodland Hills. They have taken a location Iwould otherwise not consider to one I definitely have on my list of possible just through this experience alone. All my questions were answered.

It's tough time to talk with your dad about changing his lifestyle and getting him on board with it . Especially when they're an independent person that life has always been their way or the highway lol! But we love dad and we want to take care of him the best we can, and A Place for Mom was always there for me. They listened to me and helped me look at different locations and get in touch with people that could help me and my siblings make the best decision for Dad. I think I probably started talking with them 10 years ago and they would check in with me and see how Dad was doing. I appreciated that they gave me space but yet they were always there ready to help. Thanks again for all you do

It was a very nice place. It is virtually identical to the place. We ended up selecting for my dad. The food was good. It seemed clean with a lot of activities.

The memory care was only 16 beds and I think that was good for mom. Seemed like more attention was paid to her. But mostly the staff and leadership were great. I highly recommend them. Thank you for all your help and checking in from time to time.

It would be a 5 across the board. They go out of their way to get to know each resident to help enrich their experience there. I've tried the food and it is very well prepared and it is correctly portioned to be balanced for the entire day. The apartments are spacious. There is more than enough room for 2 people in a single bedroom. The 2 bedroom offer a little more comfortable space and both bedrooms have their own bathrooms. All the amenities are covered including basic cable and WiFi. Your room phone is not covered, but it has a small charge to your monthly bill. You can upgrade your service at your cost. They have ambassadors that help you get acquainted with the facility.

Overall, I think that the biggest issue at Stoneridge is staff retention. Sometimes it is unclear who to ask for things. Stoneridge prefers for family and residents to work directly with the staff to address questions and issues. Unfortunately, it is not always clear which department is responsible or who to talk to. Staff turnover contributes to this problem. The folks at the front desk can usually help. Be sure to get television, internet and phone connections straightened out before move in. It is a big pain to take the TV off the wall to fix the wires behind it, so get everything sorted out before hanging the TV.
