The residents seemed relaxed and happy. Staff was friendly and helpful. The lunch was tasty. The whole place was clean and well managed.

My tour was very informative with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I felt very welcomed. Spacious rooms and clean facility. Very good value for the price.

My parents and I toured this facility and we were very impressed. Rooms are a good size, staff was very friendly, and they have a nice outdoor patio setting. We like that their cost is all inclusive.

My Dad is really enjoying living at Discovery Village @ The Forum. Even though he was initially resistant to leaving his home he likes his apartment and he is enjoying having friends and activities. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

The care services receives a 4 due to missed cleaning appts. The food most of the time it is good, however it is expensive for family members to dine with tenants. Maintenance is very reactive when a wo is needed. Very accommodating.

I am beyond impressed with Discovery Village in Castle Hills! It really puts me at ease knowing my father is in a clean, safe, beautiful, kind facility. The food is sooo delicious too! I have nothing bad to say! He’s been living there for almost 6 months.

I liked this place; it was very clean, and everyone seemed pleasant. I, however, was looking for a more independent living arrangement. I was impressed by the size of the rooms and will recommend them.

First impressions are everything. We were greeted at the door by the manager and a resident who is an appointed Ambassador from Camelot, her name is [name removed]. We sat down to lunch and were able to ask [name removed] as a resident the ins and out of Camelot. We found her very forthcoming, engaging and insightful. We were handed a packet as well about Camelot, enabling us to have more information to ask well informed questions. After a wonderful meal we were shown a place that my friend [name removed] could afford. We found it beautiful. The whole complex is beautiful and very well maintained. By the end of the tour [name removed] committed to living there and is very happy living at Camelot and had made many friends. I am very grateful.

Rating of 5 and final choice of living arrangement. Staff was warm and welcoming. Facility had a good feel and match to desired environment: pool and large, pretty outside area with optional seating areas to enjoy; high ceilings in dining area lend to well-lit, open and fine dining experience; very clean; apartment was primary selling point -- 1-bedroom with living area and separate full kitchen, with two large sliding doors leading out to patios from living room and bedroom.

Excellent, friendly staff, always ready to help without complaint, good food, a number of fun games played daily to Keep residents busy, special events included such as musicians to entertain weekly, private apartments, laundry services included. Excellent place for seniors & disabled people. I would recommend lakehouse to the community.

Heartis has worked out very well for my cousin's care. She s in assisted living there. The facility is very nice and I am very satisfied with it. The staff there has been very nice to work with and very helpful.

I went to five different places looking for independent living because where I am living now at Brookdale Eden it was over $[fee removed]. The morada and all of the services that I have now and the price is about $[fee removed]. The room is bigger almost twice as large. It has a stove and an oven and a full-size refrigerator and central air-conditioning. The amenities appeared to be fantastic in that. They have outings on a regular basis to places such as restaurants, museums and other places. You get three meals a day and the activities are plentiful, including poker and cards and billiards bingo crafting puzzles and more. I have just signed the lease for 15 months which covers everything. You need to get homeowners or renters insurance. And I have nothing bad to say about it. Definitely check it out.

This was the first place like this that I have seen. I’m planning ahead for a move like this but I really don’t have anything to compare it with. I’m just trying to get a feel for what these places will be like. This one is clean and well maintained… didn’t really meet any of the residents and of course this will be a major change for me.

Chateau is superb. Really would work well for me. Great neighborhood, quiet, safe, near to shopping and dining, away from traffic. Ideal, actually, for living in mid town Boise. Such as public transport buses, and airport 20 minutes. Downtown 15 minutes or less. I felt that I could live there comfortably, affordably, as needed the rest of my life. Staff were professional, and warmly welcoming. Would have been new friends for sure. No bad marks really whatsoever. Minor mention, trivial really, a few maintenance issues would be better like addressed. Direction fridge door opened. Another grab bar. If I recall, Chateau is in midst of remodel, right now. Clean work area. No negative impact seen or felt. Positive sign that owners and management are forward thinking. I chose another SL... because slightly better layout on unit that I really wanted. An in living room electric fire place!!! Best ever location, than Chateau. Felt home.

What we like the most about the community is the location and yes we would recommend The Forum at Memorial Woods community to other families.

The staff is very helpful. The food has been great. I would recommend this community to others.

I really enjoyed my tour of Dean Hill place. The facility was very well kept and aesthetically pleasing. I really enjoyed seeing all the outside areas that can be used by the residents. The information I received was very helpful and helping me make a decision on whether to show this property to my parents. I hope I can bring them to visit soon and that it will accommodate their needs. Thank you!

In looking for a comfortable home for my aunt, I toured Heartis Buckhead. I was hoping for somewhere comfortable with interesting amenities that was safe and most importantly, does not feel like just another nursing home made to look like apartments. Let me tell you, it’s not. This place is AMAZING. I just turned 55 and am still in the workforce but I would love to live there now. It has everything and more that I would want in a dream home. You have to see it to fully appreciate it. And the residents I encountered all seemed happy and friendly.

The staff was awesome. The facility was clean and well kept. The residents seemed happy. The food service prep and service areas were very clean. The rooms were very nice. Sadly, it was a bit out of out price range or we would have signed up that day!
