The staff is attentive and caring. The facility is well maintained and clean. Maintenance stall is highly responsive. My mother loves the staff and the way they take care of her. She also likes the restaurant staff and enjoy the food, especially the treats that are available throughout the day.

I gave a 4 for the activities because I believe more activities could be offered but at the same time I know My mom does not always make an effort to attend. I gave the value for cost a 4, because all these places charge so much money across the board but it is one of the best values out there.

I would be remiss not to submit a review regarding Terra Bella. First off our initial intact was with [name removed] the director of admin/sales. She was a delight to work with. At the time she had only been in her position for a short time. She was knowledgeable and kind. She answered all my questions and made this transition extremely easy. Thank you. Now that my mom has been there for a couple of months I can honestly say the best thing about this facility is the kindness of all the staff. I do how ever want to to single out one. Her name is [name removed]. Extremely nice.

Good staffing and friendly. As well as great residents. Food is good and out of doors is very pleasant and peaceful

My sister and I were very impressed with the community. Many amenities, and lots of socializing options. Clean, bright, modern.

The staff are friendly and very helpful. They all seem to like working there. It's a tuff job. The meals in the Memory Care unit is a lot of processed, frozen food. Would love to see some fresh vegetables, homemade salads, meat that isn't processed to the point of being tasteless.

I really liked the place, it is very close to being our choice. [name removed] was a great tour guide, revealing the good accommodations at Solstice.

The staff is fabulous. The director [name removed] goes above an beyond. The place is spotless.

Country Club of Woodland Hills was a lovely, well kept facility. Looked kind of like a resort hotel, but not a "white tablecloth" one. Very comfortable and everyone was friendly.

Well mom left there n is at [community removed] now since april. While she was at overlook we were happy. Everyone was nice. The only drawback was the parent company 5 star got bought out by discovery management. Prices increased and had to really watch the bills because new system and money going to old company vs new. Got it straightened out but took a lil while. I had planned on her being there a couple years but sadly it only ended up being half a year. Despite that id rate them a 5. I really liked all of them.

The staff has been wonderful! Patient, kind, caring. Father In law wants to be at his home, but is adapting to his new surroundings. He is semi mobile, he is nervous to go down the long hall by himself. He feels like he would be bothering them, so he doesn't ask to have them walk with him out. When family is there he doesn't want us to take him out. He feels like all he has is his tv. Maybe with time

The atmosphere is welcoming - friendly and bright. There is a good bit of natural light and common spaces indoors and outdoors to enjoy. The staff and residents are warm and caring.

Our experience has been completely different since moving my dad here. Within minutes of arriving, the entire care team came to meet us and introduce themselves. That never happened at [facility name removed]—not when we moved in, and not when we left. The caregivers here are clearly trained in memory care. They are compassionate, attentive, and genuinely engaged with the residents. The administration is responsive and easy to work with, and the facility is consistently spotless. Most importantly, the details that affect daily quality of life are taken care of. Dad's laundry is done, his sheets are clean, and he is receiving the level of care and attention he deserves. This feels like a place where people can truly live and thrive, not just reside. The difference in care, professionalism, and overall environment has been remarkable.

5 star assistance from a knowledgeable and professional staff. They carefully considered my brother's unique needs. All the places referred to us were top notch facilities. My brother had the care, companionship, great food, and various activities available to him. I am pleased to say my relationship with A Place for Mom was very helpful when I didn't know where to turn in order to move him.

Phenomenal facilities with plenty of activities and things to do. Exceptional tour guide [name removed] left no stone unturned nor any questions unanswered.

After a couple of terrible AL facilities we finally came to Home Place. Best decision we have made on our journey! The staff from caregivers, transportation, dining service and activities personnel have been truly like family! No hesitation in stepping up to help those in need in a loving caring way! We would highly recommend you and your family to join us in a wonderful Home Place!

The director and nursing staff are top notch. Food could use improvement, not burning the eggs would be nice.

[Name Removed] was so helpful and empathetic to Dona's needs and concerns. She found options to accommodate all of [Name Removed] living requirements. She was a literal ray of sunshine while dealing with [Name removed] concerns and indecisive moments. Not pushing and allowing her time to process and weight the pros and cons. It was a very pleasant and ideal experience all around.

The staff are caring and willing to help. They were great. I would absolutely recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

She's very happy there. Made friends. Good amenities. Apt is adequate for her needs.
