It was a very nice place. It is virtually identical to the place. We ended up selecting for my dad. The food was good. It seemed clean with a lot of activities.

The memory care was only 16 beds and I think that was good for mom. Seemed like more attention was paid to her. But mostly the staff and leadership were great. I highly recommend them. Thank you for all your help and checking in from time to time.

It would be a 5 across the board. They go out of their way to get to know each resident to help enrich their experience there. I've tried the food and it is very well prepared and it is correctly portioned to be balanced for the entire day. The apartments are spacious. There is more than enough room for 2 people in a single bedroom. The 2 bedroom offer a little more comfortable space and both bedrooms have their own bathrooms. All the amenities are covered including basic cable and WiFi. Your room phone is not covered, but it has a small charge to your monthly bill. You can upgrade your service at your cost. They have ambassadors that help you get acquainted with the facility.

Overall, I think that the biggest issue at Stoneridge is staff retention. Sometimes it is unclear who to ask for things. Stoneridge prefers for family and residents to work directly with the staff to address questions and issues. Unfortunately, it is not always clear which department is responsible or who to talk to. Staff turnover contributes to this problem. The folks at the front desk can usually help. Be sure to get television, internet and phone connections straightened out before move in. It is a big pain to take the TV off the wall to fix the wires behind it, so get everything sorted out before hanging the TV.

I'm confident that we made a great choice in Country Club at Woodland Hills. Is everything PERFECT? Of course not! But overall, we're very, very pleased with the facility and the attention given!

All the staff that we encountered in the hallways were friendly and welcoming. Even other residents offered help and encouragement that we would like living there

They went above and beyond to give me what I thought I was supposed to be getting. Management, sales team, and maintenance have been absolutely fabulous. I love my little apartment.

A wonderful place to live independently! The social options are wonderful, if you like a lot of friendly residents and staff to interact with. [Name Removed] gave me a full tour of the whole facility both inside and out, which included the beautiful rose gardens and outdoor seating. My Mom has had no complaints. She has enjoyed the game days, yoga class, an outing, and daily happy hours. The food is good, the staff is helpful, the facility is clean, the apartment cleaning staff is courteous and effective.

The staff is very friendly and helpful and kind. The tour was awesome very beautiful and clean. Pretty apartments with uptodate designs. Inside and outside. Also a very nice area. Thank you for the tour.

What a wonderful place to have a loved one in. The Summit is beautiful and well maintained by the staff. If anyone wants a recommendation then this is the place. The ice cream bar they have is such a throwback with the furniture it really takes back the older generations to a different time. The rooms are spacious and flooring that is pretty much hazard free since it’s luxury Planck vinyl. There’s always a nurse on hand and In the evening there is security for people coming and going into the building. So many amenities and there is always something to do.

Based on our tour we find that Discovery Village at the Forum to be a well-run facility. Depending upon our activity level at the time we decide to engage a Senior Living facility, Discovery Village will be highly considered.

I was greeted by a very friendly and welcoming staff. The tour was extremely helpful and answered many of our questions. It was a very easy and pleasant experience.

Many social activities. My brother enjoys bingo, bocci ball, physio therapy, chapel service. They have a podiatrist that comes. They have a hair salon. Musical events.

Nice facility. Very friendly staff. But not the right place for my mom. A little far for our family to have our mom.

Met with [name removed] and he explained in depth what is offered at Hidden Meadows Memory Care. He also took us on a tour through the building and grounds. We visited a sample semi-private room and a private room. While we are not yet ready to place mom, we have a good feeling about Hidden Meadows.

Staff is great , but food is needs a bit of improvement.

5 stars based on the VERY caring staff, available activities, food and dining, and overall facilities. It was absolutely the best place for my wife and myself at this time in our lives.

Both my mother-in-law who is 93 and my mother who is 78 lived there and they love it. The majority of the staff usually has a smile on their face from the minute. I walked in. They made me feel at home and I had never had to do something like this. [name removed] is amazing at his job trying to keep everybody lighthearted and doing the best he can to keep everybody busy and everybody participating he is definitely a fan favorite. The rest of the staff is equally as good.

I love it here and try to make up for some of the problems that are present I wouldn't move. Apartments are very nice. They have different sizes at different rates to choose from. We have full kitchens and a washer and dryer in each apartment.
