It is not only the lovely facilities that make Discovery Village such a nice place to live, it is the staff and the residents that make it outstanding. The residents become a Community Family. We really care about each other. Helping each other is a part of who our family is. Moving here 4 years ago was one of the best decisions of my life.

We met with [name removed] and she was absolutely terrific. We got to see both memory/assisted living and even meet some residents. We were very impressed with what we saw and more importantly what we felt...a really good vibe.

Overall we are very happy. The staff are very caring and kind. My aunt receives very good care. She loves the food, they cater to special food requests. There are plenty of activities to keep her busy. She often says that there is always something going on. We have found the facility to be clean, without the odors that are often found at these types of facilities. I do think they could use more staff. The people here work very hard. Her apartment size is fine. She doesn't require a lot of space. They do offer different size rooms.

At first, it wasn't so great, but with the new management, it is very good and I am very pleased. We have a new chef and the food is improving. I love [name removed], the lady who cleans my apartment. I love my apartment. I have made new friends. I think it's a very good place to live. I would say people that come with the right mindset it's easier for them

The staff is great, excellent care. The room is clean, he likes most of the meals they prepare. He enjoys some of the activities along with my sister & I. They organize activities to include the families.

Anytime I have visited the staff has been very friendly and knowledgeable about what my Mom's needs are and knows her triggers. I have always seen a clean environment including my Moms room. The staff is in communication with me if there are items my Mom is in need of. Food looks delicious. Activities are engaging.

Everybody was incredibly nice, and welcoming! (Haven't received enough care to confidently and objectively asses it.). Wonderfully helpful, patient, and accommodating. Not the greatest food I've had, but still reasonable and tasty. Absolutely! It was the only place we could afford, and if you can get onto one of their summer sales, it is astonishing how valuable it is! I would recommend Walnut Park to other families based on the experience so far.

Discovery Cove Boynton Beach. From the moment you walked in the facility was clean and staff very attentive with tons of activities and outings. The food is by far the best then any of the other places we looked at.

I would say that everything that is mentioned above was good. 5 out of 5. Mom was only there for a month before she passed away so I can't give to too much more. I felt like, although mom got cranky at times, they really cared for her and her needs. Of the 5 places I visited, Addington was in the top 2.

My experience there in Temple has been amazing. My brother is happy and that he's pleased with the food. He's pleased with the cleanliness. He's also well pleased with the staff for checking on him and giving him inside on what's going on with the upcoming events and most of all they keep the family informed if there's anything or they haven't seen him come up for a meal or out of his room so yes, I'm very well pleased

We have decided to make Discovery Village our next residence. We love the community and can’t wait to move in!

The grounds were well maintained. Security was tight. Residents must be coded out by a supervisor. Rooms had a nice layout. It appears the amenities were more than satisfactory. The staff were friendly and caring.

I really enjoy the activities especially trivia club which is my favorite. I also enjoy "My Lifestory," & Wi Bowling. The residents and staff are very friendly. They offer good enteratinment. It's a very nice place to live.

[name removed] did an amazing job showing us the facility. The residents were all very welcoming! They offer an amazing list of activities.

We toured 4 to 5 locations and Discovery Village was the one we felt was “the one” after we left. For these reasons: 1. [name removed] @ Discovery Village was fantastic. She was very patient and extremely helpful. 2. The facility was clean, updated and well taken care of. 3. Location was perfect, having it next to the hospital and I-90 was helpful. 4. Units were spacious enough, updated, felt “brand new” vs band aids over old problems. 5. Price was reasonable for the facility, rooms, etc. So far the value has been good. She hasn’t fully moved in yet.

Absolutely gorgeous community. They recently went through a refresh of the building and it is so bright and inviting now compared to the old [community removed]. The Courtyard with the Koi Pond is my favorite feature. The staff and residents were so kind and happy. [name removed] and [name removed] are incredibly helpful and answered all of our questions and concerns.

Overall, the experience has been better than expected. The transition was difficult at first, but my loved one has become comfortable and really appreciates the environment. They are happy with their room, meals, and the overall care and services provided.

5 across the board. The apartments are spacious and have plenty of closet space. The food choices change daily for specials and have plenty of options. There is plenty of recreation available. The facility is extremely clean. Overall a wonderful place for Mom and we would recommend the community to others.

The Palms is wonderful from the director, sales manager, maintenance and chef. Everyone there is responsive to residents needs, diet and friendly. Even the residents are friendly as well. Building is clean, rooms spacious and bright and cheerful. I give them an A+
