I would give all categories a 5 with the exception of the activities, only because my dad has no interest in participating in the activities so I don't know how well they do. The overall experience of the tour and initial meetings were good. My only negative was I would have liked to know about the non-refundable Community Fee sooner. I didn't know about it until I went in to sign the Contract and it was [Amount Removed]. It caught me by surprise. I was told what the monthly rent would be and cost of care and level of care ahead of time but not the Community Fee. Everyone was very helpful with the transition. There were a couple of issues with my dad's dietary requirements being met and it took several follow-ups by me & my dad's doctor to the Executive staff and a month to get it resolved and implemented properly. The facility is beautiful and clean and so is his room. We chose the one bedroom as it was the only room available and it's very nice. My dad is very happy with it. The one bedroom is very spacious. I've seen the studios just in passing and the studio is very small so I'm glad we went with the one bedroom. The studio was $[Amount Removed] month and the one bedroom was $[Amount Removed]/month. It seemed expensive to me but two other places I contacted were even more expensive than that so we settled on Discovery Commons.

EVERY staff member knows her name. There are plenty of activities for her if she wants to do them. The place is always spotless and there is absolutely no odor anywhere. Her room is awesome with that balcony so she is comfortable staying there if she chooses not to do any of the activities. The food is great. I haven't heard any complaints from her.

My experience at Mission Commons has been a very positive one under [name removed] leadership. Overall staff very friendly and caring. Front desk, dinning room staff, activity director, bus driver all positive and accommodating to take care of any problems or specific needs. The maintenance crew always ready to fix anything without complaint. The housecleaning crew could use a little more training or oversight. All, however appear to be well managed. It is a lovely well run place.

We were able to receive a Saturday appointment which helped me out a lot due to traveling from another state to take my on the tour. The staff was friendly and informative. They listened to our concerns and made us feel at ease. My Mom liked it so much she chose it as the place for her. A week later, she is moved in and loving it!

The tour was very good and thorough. I am previewing for my brother, Only on erns add that price only includes 2 meals a day and no utilities. That makes it less competitive costwise to similar facilities.

When I reviewed so many other facilities I saw residents just bored to tears, sleeping in chairs etc., BUT at Brunswick Village I found the activities center busy with games, music, crafts, TV and amazing Activity personnel. My wife has a beautiful room and staff comes in to check on her if she is in the room (rare)...and follows up on proper hygiene as well as being so amazingly educated on how to work with someone with Dementia..(not an easy task} I note no more hallucinations (which she had at home) and has made many acquaintances . She is happy Members of the Staff are simply wonderful and kind and respond quickly to residents needs.

This is a very clean and organized facility. All staff members are very friendly and know the residents on a personal basis.

The staff was wonderful-quick to be able to get her in, helpful since I'm out of town they assisted in delivery of furniture, food has some things that mom really doesn't like but they offer substitutes moms just picky. Apt was freshly painted, new floors, clean. Size of apt was bigger than I expected. Overall mom will tell you "I'm at my new home now & it's beautiful "

Everything was GREAT!! Yes, I would definitely recommend this community.

[name removed] is amazing. Unfortunately I dont remember her last name. She is the first person you deal with. She is very honest and tells it like it is. [name removed] will also still help you even when her part is due. It is very clean. The food is ok but depending on when you get served it can be anywhere temp wise. They provide light housekeeping. I would derinately recommend it. We looked at several places and are very happy here. [name removed] was amazing and made the whole process very easy.

Had a tour recently with [Name Removed] from sales who was very friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. Looking at independent living for my parents. Aston Gardens appeared very clean with a comfortable family like feel right from the start as I walked in. Apartments are large with large lanais which is a plus. I think it’s a great value for your cost.

From the initial phone calls to entering the building, everyone was very, very welcoming. There's usually that "one" that would make you feel uncomfortable, I didn't experience that at all. There was the sweetest Welcome sign on the door and a basket full of gifts and goodies on the counter, just as you walk in. Everything in my room, the dining room, restrooms, PT/OT rooms, and the Salon was emaculent, and being a Clean Freak, that's saying a lot. I really, really liked it there and found it refreshing. I could easily live there and become involved in everything!

The staff is very accommodating. The sincerely try to help good but is improving. I have a one bedroom more than enough room. Overall I am very happy here.

Aston Gardens is a first class organization and facility. [name removed] the sales director was so thoughtful and kind. The apartment is first class. Clean and well maintained. Maintenance support is outstanding. Meals and dining room wows my family! Food quality is excellent.

Staff is kind and helpful and always address [name removed] by name. Food is very good, good variety. The menu rotates biweekly/weekly and is a full menu, not just 2-3 options. Room room is adequate size. Very clean when moved in.

I give the experience at Marbella 5 stars. The responses to my interest were timely and the first visit was comfortable and informative. The move-in itself was well organized and welcoming. Since then I have found the staff to be friendly and caring. The food is good. The place continues to look nice. Her room is pleasant and in good repair. My mother is happy with the situation.

Admin, nursing, activity, kitchen and housekeeping staff are wonderful, caring and terrific. Only the sales/marketing office is "off" lead by a person who says "yes" to everything but rarely means it and constantly "forgets" verbal agreements. Just communicate in writing as you are moving in and get done with Sales...then the rest will be great.

Great experience very nice place well kept good food and the staff went the extra mile super helpful. Would recommend to others and prices were reasonable as well.

The facility was well maintained the staff super friendly and the residents were very welcoming. I would highly recommend walnut park to anyone. Great experience.

We were looking for a place for [name removed] to feel safe and have things to do to occupy her. Tremont checked off all our boxes. I would for sure recommend them to others who are searching for a senior living community.
