I am amazed at how involved the care takers are! For $[removed]k a month they do so much! And they are so friendly and easy to reach out to. The place is also very clean. This is a board and care so it's just a house in a residential street. So facilities are a lot smaller and limited. If you're looking for a cheaper alternative and need more care this is the place. The facilities are very clean and open. Not cluttered. Back yard has plenty of areas to sit outside and get some Sun.

Alzheimer’s disease ravaged our mother. Fortunately, her necessary high level of residential care was well appointed by caring and overly hardworking staff. Bless them all for doing God’s work. We truly suggest to anyone in search of inpatient memory care tour the property and behold how lovely, immaculate and quiet the environment is.

We needed help with mom's care at were hesitant to have mom in a Board & Care facility. [name removed] at All for Moms Homecare was stayed in communication with me throughout the entire process with the hospice agency. From our first call to inquire about a tour to when mom was admitted, [name removed] kept us updated. The staff [name removed] &[name removed](unsure of the spelling) were very friendly, helpful & kind. I'm so grateful for the piece of mind that came from knowing mom was being cared for with so much attention.

Thank you [name removed]. You did an amazing job taking care of my dad. He thoroughly enjoyed your company. You are a very sweet and genuinely good hearted man. Thank you so much. If any of my friends’ parents that may need your service, I will definitely refer them to you.

I sent my father in law to stay at this facility one month after he broke his hips. Since we can not take time off of work to take care of him, this was a lifesaver. The caretakers are kind and attentive to his needs. My father spoke very highly of you after his stay. Thank you for your hospitality, [name removed]!

Really like the place. It has a very beautiful pool and has a very peaceful atmosphere. A perfect to relax.

[name removed] has a wonderful and beautiful board and care home! He truly cares for seniors and had a great staff.

This is a very clean environment. The caretakers are very diligent and kind to the residents. They do activities for the residents to get to know each other. My father thinks the food is amazing . They help him take a shower and do everything that he needs. So for the cost it is extremely worth it with what all you get. They have been great with my dad and it has been night and day. The owner of the place even took my father to the swap meet one weekend just those two. The owner takes into consideration my fathers likes and dislikes and this is always considered. My loved one is not depressed anymore and I wish I would have found this community sooner to avoid the lousy service that we did receive.

We had a good tour at Luxury Living. It was very modern and luxurious, and very well kept. Everybody was involved in a game when we walked in, and they looked like they were having a good time. Our only issue was one of personal choice - we were looking for closer proximity to our family.

Right off the bat, the director, who I think is the owner of the home, is very active and hands on. Being the ultimate authority, he's actually very accessible, I'm really happy with that. And he's proactive also. He doesn't react. He actively notices things and will give me a heads up and talk to me about potential actions regarding care for my mom. Everyone there is very friendly, with the exception of one staff member who can be kind of grumpy at times, but it's not a problem. They do a really good job serving a variety of food. My mom is really picky and she loves the food there. They'll work with her too - she's Italian, and they're attentive to her desires and make more Italian dishes because she's there and prefers that type of food. Activities is one area I feel they could improve on a little. I know they try, but I know it's hard with the different residents' needs, interests, and abilities. With my mom, they take her out and give her the opportunity to go on walks. But I think that's more the director and not necessarily the daily staff. They really make it easy for us to visit. Even if we give them short notice, she's always well dressed and well groomed. When we see her on Zoom, it's the same. If I stop by unannounced to drop off meds and things sometimes, I can see that it's not just a show. They have about 4-5 residents, and every single one always look well groomed and well kept, like the staff truly care about them. It's a nice home in a nice neighborhood. It's very homey and comfortable.

Hands down, they were fabulous. I wish I could rate them a 10 on the 5-point scale. One of the main reasons why I chose them was how clean they kept their home. They provided Incredible care. It was awesome. The staff are the nicest people - they're a married couple who have been in the business for years and years. They were so attentive to my loved one. It was amazing to see. They gave him a shower every day, and made sure he didn't fall. It was great having a man there to help provide care, because my loved one was old school European with the mindset that no woman was going to tell him what to do. Together he and his wife made an excellent team. The food looked great, very healthy and fresh. And they gave him Ensure when he needed it. They made soup especially for him as well. They were so compassionate in his final days on hospice. She noticed he was showing signs of distress that are common at the end - curling up into a ball - and she told him she was going to help straighten out his body, and that everything was okay, that he didn't have to fight it. They both went above and beyond in assisting hospice in the end. Before he went into hospice, he was having some agitation issues with Alzheimers, and I was afraid they would kick him out. But the operations manager said absolutely not. This is what we do. This is what we're trained for, and we'll take care of him. The hospice care they recommended to me were wonderful. I was so impressed by that service. I called them in the morning, and by that afternoon, they were already there waiting for me with paperwork, and the doctor had already evaluated my loved one. They were right on top of it. The caregivers at Crystal Residential Care were just very, very kind people. And the place is immaculate. They remodeled it, and every day when you walked in, it smelled like they had just cleaned. It was spotless. I would highly highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place for their family member. There's a beautiful backyard there, and a little table and chairs. The only thing I would recommend is if their residents had the faculties, that they do some type of activities, crafts and things. But the residents they had - and there were only 3 at the time - were older and not in that state of mind to concentrate or sit up to participate. Had their residents needed more, I think they would have provided it. That's just the type of people they are. When it comes to dementia care, It's all expensive. But I wouldn't hesitate at all if my mother-in-law needs to go here in the future. I liked having my loved one in a smaller home, where we were able to go visit for short times, whereas bigger communities wouldn't even let you inside due to Covid.

While I was looking for a facility for my Mother-In-Law we wanted something close to us. This facility feels like family and all of the staff members are very nice. The owner,[Removed], is always quick in responding to me and has excellent communication skills. He lets me know when my Mother-In-Law’s medications are running low so I can pick some up. He is very hands-on and is very caring. [Removed] is the one who does all of the cooking and she takes the time to hand feed my Mother-In-Law. I would definitely recommend this facility to other families.

The staff member that is usually there is a guy and he is all goody-goody, but my loved one says she does not like him, so I do not know what the problem is; if it is just her or if it is something else. Maybe because he is so goody goody

This is a great place for my dad. It's a good place to interact with other people without the facility being big. It's a smaller facility, which is what we were looking for. The staff has been very accommodating to his needs. For each residents, they do different things based on their likes and dislikes. They were so helpful in the moving process. I would definitely recommend the Mirabel by the sea.

Mirabel By the Sea is a great place for my dad. We were not looking for activities but just to have a smaller community with people around. The staff has been great and he likes it there. We drop by almost every day and we are welcomed and enjoy talking and visiting with the staff. They were helpful in recommending a doctor since we had to move him from all another county and keeping us informed of his daily progress. He looks good and is eating well.

When I walk in (at any time) it is like being with my own famiily. It is like a wonderful feeling to know that my parents are so well taken care of when I cannot take care of them in my own home. I would and have recommented Good Hands Home Care to anyone."

After visiting a few other homes for my mother's care, my son and I toured the Fountain Valley location. We were immediately put at ease. The home is clean and spacious. I met both Daniel and Jane who provided us with all the information of costs and what is included in the care. I called my sister and father and had them tour as well and we decided to place mom there after she was released from rehab (she had broken her hip). Healthy, fresh cooked meals were served everyday and snacks were offered as well. When I had questions or there were changes in medications, I could contact Good Hands and be helped right away. My mother was well taken care of and all her needs were met. My entire family had peace of mind knowing that mom was in a safe environment and being looked after. My father and I visited on a regular basis. My mother's stay lasted 6 months and she was well enough to go home to my father. If I need to find care for my parents again, I will bring them to Good Hands. I highly recommend this place and the people there are very kind.
