My only complaint, if you can call it that, is maintenance. Getting someone to come over to the condo/apartment to fix things is difficult. Yes, I would recommend The Chapel Hill community to other families.

There is great communication between us and the administration and the administration and my mom. She is treated like the intelligent, capable woman that she is at all times. The community is excellent with a lot to do. She keeps very busy!

Been living at Glenwood for almost 2 years. Which I'm enjoying. Everyone here makes you feel welcome. Made a lot of good friends. Fun activities and outings out. If you like country living you would like Glenwood.

Everything is a five except the food is a problem! We also had a problem with the aides didn't know how to care for him and the facility threatened to send him to the nursing care side. But we got it straightened out! It was just a matter of training the aides. But he is happy there. He likes it except for the food!!! The staff have been very accommodating, the real problem is the food

My Dad loves his room & his 3 meals a day in the dining room. He also has become more social thanks to the activity calendar.

I am having a wonderful experience here at Trinity! Fantastic staff!

From administration to maintenance, they behave like friends and family (the good kind of family)

It was a good experience all around. The apartments are well laid out, spacious, no steps and well suited to those with dementia

The staff are helpful and kind. Other residents friendly. Many activities .Apartments roomy and cared for. Country setting peaceful and beautiful.

I am so thankful for the love and care my mom recieves at Trinity. They treat her with the utmost dignity, respect, and compassion. She has lived here for 3 years and is doing better than I could have ever hoped for. Thank you to the amazing people there and all they do for her!

They are friendly and attentive, except for maintenance. There are some minor things needing attention in my brother's apartment, but nothing he can't live with.

[name removed] was extremely helpful and patient with my family as we were making our decisions and then moving in. Everyone has been kind and welcoming and I feel like there is great care for the residents. On our very first visit we were welcomed by one of the residents and it was easy to see that he was happy there.

The residents are vibrant and friendly, and my mom has made many friends already. And the monthly cost is $[removed] less than [community removed] for a nicer one bedroom apt with a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The staff needs to be more consistent with their follow-up, sometimes it's speedy and sometimes not so much. They are no doubt understaffed just like most places. But overall, the place has been great so far.

What we like the most about this community is the Price. Friendly staff and residents. The villas are beautiful and perfect to our needs. We would Most definitely recommend this community to other families.

They do offer nursing aid services if needed. For example my mom just had surgery and I have someone come in twice a day to check in and help. Rooms come in studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom. We have a 1bedroom with a bath and a half and balcony. Some rooms come with a balcony but not all. You get an all in one washer dryer in your apartment and there are washer dryers available down the hall. The apartment sizes vary by what you select but they are very manageable and roomy. I think they offer a nice selection. From activities in the building, to going out as a group. They have a bus that will take residents to the grocery store. Movies, bar sports room. Large court yard. They need a dog park. Sidewalks for outside strolls. Shops and restaurants less than a mile away. They will set up Uber rides if needed. Residents get 2 free rides a month.

[name removed] has been so helpful with getting us familiar with the building and residents. Consistent activities have been really great and my grandmother looks forward to dominos with her new friends every night!

I would rate them all five. The community was very nice. Everyone was professional. They kept me very informed about my dads care. The staff will work with you so you feel very comforted knowing they are caring for your loved one.

I would and have said that it is a great place to live. We liked the location, price and first impression.

Staff is extremely friendly. They truly care about the residents. They have various activities, like cards, dominoes, movies, etc and you can sign up for outside group lunches. There are extremely friendly people that live there & look out for each other. Food is good, but they don't have specific food for specific needs i.e. diabetic diet but I heard they have hired a dietitian.
