Mom's room is very comfortable. The staff takes very good care of her. They all know her by name. If there is ever a problem or a question they will call or text me. The food is excellent and they have regular social events where they invite the family to attend. On some Tuesdays our family will go and play games with Mom in the private dining room. The Eastman staff continues to make my mother comfortable and they have greatly lowered my stress. Thank you Eastman!

Love our manager listen to our needs have mentor welcoming groups. The rooms very nice. Care staff is very caring. Activities added all the time. Lots of good outings. The food good most of the time getting better all the time. Love my home and my neighbor.

The staff always treat my loved one with kindness. When I leave from visiting her, I know she is in good hands. Fountain Brook is a good place to call home. The staff is always so nice to me and my family when we visit and the management team is so helpful also. 10/10 recommend fountain Brook

[name removed] was amazing, knowledgeable and helpful. Mom was 100 years young when we moved her in, she did not adjust well, refused to leave her room. The staff was encouraging and worked hard to accommodate her. She quit eating and drinking and passed away very quickly.

I just moved in here. The staff is wonder and their marketing director is every bit of amazing. She is new to the role and is doing a great job. I love my new home. I am blessed to be here and feel right at home. I am happy.

Our family was looking for an assisted living apartment for my 91 year old dad. Upon entering FountainBrook, the director’s office was right up front with the door open and she greeted us with open arms. She introduced us to many employees and they were all so pleasant and accommodating. The place was immaculate and seemed especially vibrant. We were able to speak with a few residents and they assured us this wasn’t too good to be true. We met with the sales director and she made it a point to visit with my dad and told him how excited they are to have him. We’re so happy we decided on FountainBrook!

The staff they have working there really care about there PT. There is always someone there to help answer questions the facility is nice a clean as well. The pt there always seem to be e happy. They have bingo that the PT. Love to play.

Everything worked out great. Very nice facility. It has been the best change we could have made for her. She really did not want to move but she was forgetting to take her meds and needed daily help with orther daily functions. If something is not right the staff catches it right away. Stsff checks in on her through out the day. Mother is adapting much better than we ever thought she would. We and she made the right choice.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful! The food is excellent way better than what we were use to! Everyone makes my Mom feel special! We moved here so excited from our family perspective my mom was hesitant to move, but now she is so happy she made this move. We are too. We are grateful for [name remove] the community relations director. [name remove] the executive director has helped us with anything we needed and we are grateful. The activities director [name remove] is amazing and they have a ton of things to keep my mom active. [name remove] the maintenance director also has helped us in anyway mom has needed. The care staff is awesome and so are the housekeepers. We are thankful for this community.

It is expensive but you do get a beautiful facility, like a 5 star hotel. It's bright and beautiful. Overall from 1 - 10, I would give it a 10

We moved my mom on short notice under somewhat stressful circumstances. The staff at Elan has made this transition so easy. Everything about this place is perfect. It's clean. The food is great. The staff members are kind and friendly. The residents all have smiles on their faces. I'm confident that we could not have found a better place. Chose Elan. You won't regret it.

I actually love it all for her. [name removed] stand to have better food. I love the Staff. The only person I didn't care for in the cafeteria has left a few months back. Love the Community, staff friendly that go the extra mile. Would recommended 100%.

We have only positive, complimentary thoughts about Elan! Everything has been great here! Almost too good to be true --except it IS TRUE !! [name removed] has been here over a year already, and I have spent MUCH time with him here too. 1. They will do anything within state laws and their policy to accommodate residents/family wishes. 2. The facility is fairly new, but looks brand new, extremely well-maintained, and extremely clean. 3. Administration personnel are extremely professional, knowledgeable, helpful, kind, compassionate. 4. The aides who assist the residents are angels! They are awesome! Their patience, tolerance, knowledge of best practices, and kindness are outstanding! 4. We needed to find a location that had "memory care" and allowed residents to 'wander' anytime. It is locked where they cannot escape, but has access to a very large area to walk/wander at will, and even go outside to a beautifully landscaped, closed-in courtyard with a cement walkway. (This was a major consideration in our decision!! ) The courtyard also has covered areas with tables and rocking chairs to relax and enjoy the fresh air and sunshine. In the center of the courtyard is a birdfeeder where many birds come to eat, and the residents can enjoy watching them. 5. The meals are prepared by chefs and are delicious.! Meals are well seasoned, and not bland like in hospitals. They serve plenty with hardly any repetition of menus. 6. Because my husband has severe hallucinations which cause danger to him, they allowed me to stay in his room several months to keep him safe. And often, they brought me meals too. 7. A good-sized, private room, with private bathroom at Elan-Corpus Christi costs me almost $[removed]less per month than [community removed] for a 8'x 8' space in a semi private room/bathroom. And this place is so much nicer. 8. On the other side of the facility is 'assisted-living', which some people may be interested in. 9. This facility has a beauty shop, and art room with art lessons, and all sorts of activities and gatherings, including for their families occasionally in the evening. Our family and I definitely recommend ELAN - Corpus Christi to families looking for the very best place for their loved ones. We are thankful that "A Place For Mom" recommended that we tour ELAN-Corpus Christi. It has been such a blessing for us!

Everyone at Westmark is friendly and attentive to the residents who live there. I am so glad we found a place for my mom! I know she is safe and well cared for! The activities engaging with the residents. They have many daily activities to choose from. My mom loves it there!

The workers are engaged and truly helpful. Everyone made sure move in was smooth. Staffers checked in with my Mother-in Law for the first few days before see if she had questions or needed additional help. Residents are often seen visiting in the halls and lounge areas and they seem happy to call Eastman home

They fully renovated the facility last fall. I found the facility to be a place where I would want to be if in a similar medical diagnosis as my mother. Along with assisted living, they have a memory care section with wonderful, caring staff.
