HomeWell provides a staff of helpful and reliable aides. The employees are all friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to taking care of my dad at home I’m happy that I found this agency. Now my dad can stay in his home and I feel safe and cared for.

Our family has been very pleased with HomeWell Care Services. The first care giver unfortunately did not really work out, but the second care giver is fantastic. She has bonded so well with our loved one. In fact our loved one just moved into a community and the care giver is going over there 5 days a week to help our loved one acclimate. The HomeWell Care Services were also very good about fixing and issues we ran into.

They were a joy to work with. HomeWell supported the family, and myself through a lot. I would recommend them to others. They arrived on time. Everything was smooth with them. It was clear that they cared. They bonded with my mother, and you could tell they wanted to know who she was. This was very comforting to all of us.

This company takes extra special care in matching caregivers personalities to clients personalities which can be tricky in these instances. The follow through is spot on. Highly recommend.

We developed a relationship with one individual. She knows us now and is extremely helpful. Due to expense she only comes 1 time a week for 4 hours. She is excellent but in home care is quite pricey. I would recommend Homewell Care services to others.

Currently we have found one employee who is with Homewell Care that is great and works Monday thru Friday giving great care and stability.

As far as I know, my mother is doing very well since receiving care from Howell. The caregivers show up on time and on the days that they say they will. It has been a pretty good experience for her, she is getting the help she needs.

I did not think the staff was very well trained. I stopped using them because of this reason. I would not recommend using them.

The first aide just never showed up. The second aide, who became her regular aide, called in sick more than what I would consider reasonable. When she did, the company would call and ask if I wanted them to find a replacement. I said I did, and then no one would come and the company would never call to let me know that they could not find anyone (if they actually tried). I had to call and complain more than once that the aide did not give my loved one a shower in the 4 hours that she was there. The aide would do a great job with helping to clean apartment, but after 2 - 3 hours there was not much left to do so I would pay her to sit on her phone for the remainder. She could have been taking her for a walk, play a game of cards or something more productive for her pay. I do not think that I would recommend them to others.
