I did not think the staff was very well trained. I stopped using them because of this reason. I would not recommend using them.

The first aide just never showed up. The second aide, who became her regular aide, called in sick more than what I would consider reasonable. When she did, the company would call and ask if I wanted them to find a replacement. I said I did, and then no one would come and the company would never call to let me know that they could not find anyone (if they actually tried). I had to call and complain more than once that the aide did not give my loved one a shower in the 4 hours that she was there. The aide would do a great job with helping to clean apartment, but after 2 - 3 hours there was not much left to do so I would pay her to sit on her phone for the remainder. She could have been taking her for a walk, play a game of cards or something more productive for her pay. I do not think that I would recommend them to others.
