My mother is in the Independent Living section. Usual activities are offered, staff are very friendly and helpful, and are aware of residents coming and going. The dining is excellent! My mother loves being able to order off a menu and have things prepared the way she likes them prepared. Other residents are friendly and welcoming! The apartment is very nice. This facility is head and shoulders above any others in the area.

The facility is very welcoming offering services that should please new residents including a constantly changing quality menu, activities including physical activities in the gymnasium, pleasing musical offerings, open houses several times every week, attention to vitamin and RX requirements, a beauty salon, and other activities and offerings.

Staff members we met at every facility were kind, compassionate, professional, and helpful. Several aspects of All Seasons far exceeded those of any other facility we visited: activities on and off site for residents, quality and variety of food, on site amenities (ie pool, workout room, library, art room, theater, fireside lounge, on site services, and the opportunity to interact, socially and intellectually with other residents), quality of apartments, and transportation availability for residents.

The staff was very friendly and attentive when we were first exploring options for my dad, which made us feel good about choosing this place. However, once we committed, the transition felt a bit unorganized and we were left to figure some things out on our own. Now that my dad is living there, the staff and residents have been very friendly, there are plenty of activities, and the food is pretty good. It's also worth noting that it's very clean. Overall, while the move-in experience could have been smoother, we’re grateful that my dad is now in a place where he’s safe.

Monarch Grove is a great place. I would recommend it highly to anybody. I'm glad that I chose this place. I'm very comfortable unsafe

The facility is well kept and has a very welcoming atmosphere. Ample areas to accommodate all activities. The staff members are very nice and helpful.

We had two equally good options to choose from. They had an opening for shared bathroom which worked well and had a competitive price too. They were quick to let me know also! The staff are very professional and helpful! Registration to Finale was very good for the family and friends.

Mom was one of the first residents at All Seasons when it was built and she much enjoyed her time up to her passing this month [date removed] and even with her remaining days in bed in her apartment was the joy of All Seasons staff visiting her, with us and hospice at her side. The staff in facilities as this are what make the difference and All Seasons has done exceptionally well in all areas. When I would call my mom would often mention by name the staff that she interfaced with be it folks serving in transportation, cleaning, front desk, maintenance, Physical Therapy and management. She loved them all and they loved her, I mean really loved her. If you are considering a place to retire at or for a loved one I would suggest you take a tour to see the facilities which are great, clean, modern and to get to know the staff.

All Seasons can provide a plethora of experiences to bring meaning and purpose to a life you may feel is less than what you want and need. What you do with the opportunities to enrich your life is completely up to you.

Friendly staff and residents. More storage area than I saw at any other places. Plenty of activities and daily exercise for all abilities.

My loved one was a resident at All Seasons Rochester Hills. I feel that her last year at All Seasons was very good. She was involved in many activities and actually seemed stronger and mentally sharper than when she was living alone. She was very active this past year and did very well there.

Upon moving into All seasons it was very obvious that both the staff and the residents were very friendly. This has made my moving transition so much easier. It is always nice to feel welcome in a new community. I am enjoying the many activities that are available. They not only relieve the cabin fever, which would be very easy to get this time of year, but they also provide an opportunity to meet more people. There’s always a lot to learn when you move and there’s certainly is a lot to learn about living in this type of environment as it is a new experience, but all in all it’s going well.

All Seasons Rochester Hills community has been the total package for our loved one and based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend this community to other families looking for a place for their loved ones. A great place for loved ones so you don't have to worry about their safety, when they are no longer able to live alone! Real peace of mind! Very clean home like setting with friendly staff that deal with day to day operations.

All Seasons of Rochester Hills has been an exceptional community for our loved one, it is really is the perfect fit. Our loved one is a Rochester residents so it was important for us to keep her in the Rochester area. The community is smaller which we like, but the apartment our loved one has is larger - it is a nice sized one bedroom and really is the best fit all around. She gets her meals which is great. [name removed] who is the leasing director really hade a huge impact on us. She is absolutely amazing and helped us getting moved in very quickly. She was very accommodating and came in on a Saturday to make everything happen. All of us kids don't live in the area so she was very good about setting up conference call with all different time zones. When we use the word perfect we truly mean it is perfect. The director is just exceptional. We feel very comfortable with our loved one being there. Right when you walk in there is a lovely waterfall, it is very welcoming and inviting. It feels like you are walking into a 5 star hotel. This community is a very safe, protected and great environment.

I feel very comfortable with my Mother living here. It's expensive, but the quality matches the price. The weekday meals are fantastic. The weekend is buffet style which is pretty good, but not as good as during the week. The entertainment every week is top notch! And the Director of Sales knows every resident by name. I do recommend them highly. There's a long waitlist right now because it's such a high quality place. The staff is wonderful. Everyone from the front desk, to the driver, to the housekeeping, maintenance departments are all so helpful and kind. My mother is very happy with her move.

Several things stood out to me about this facility. The facility and grounds are more spacious than others. The staff and residents are very friendly. They provided a one bedroom apartment for the same price as others' studio. The food service was also better. Rating of five across the board.
