They have a lot of activities, I do not participate in all of them but they have plenty of things to do if you want to join in. I would say to go for this community and check it out. They also have staff that if you need help you can have a staff come and help you.

I was very pleased with my tour with [name removed] today, the staff all seemed very friendly. When we ran into a few of the residence, they seemed very warm, friendly and very happy to be there. I thought that the 2 units we visited were very nice and roomy.

It is worth looking into. It is a beautiful community and is updated. You don't feel old, it is a youthful environment. The apartments are very nice and they have 2 bedrooms available. I would recommend the community to others.

This community is very nice, absolutely buetiful. This would be the perfect place for an independent senior that will participate in all the activities avalible. I would recommend this community to independent seniors.

I am very happy where I am. I would definitely recommend this community for independent living. The staff is amazing and if there are any issues they resolve it immediately. The food is excellent and even during the pandemic, there were lots of options.

Just moved my 95 y.o.dad from another local senior establishment. The difference is night and day. Friendly and responsive staff especially [names removed] ( with whom I have dealt with the most), not short staffed. A wonderful menu with sufficient portions, not cold or looking like "what is this ?". Most importantly, they follow through on their promises and do not blow smoke up your you know where. Had a great experience with [name removed]. She is caring and professional and has a “let’s see how we can make that happen” attitude! We needed to make a few changes to the unit prior to move in; [name removed] wrote notes and followed up on everything. She really made the move much easier for me and less stressful for my mom. It was a very nice place, and the amenities were fine. The staff members were great especially in the dining room. There was a gal who worked in the dining room that was just the absolute sweetest. The activities I did participate in i thought were just fine, and i did not have a problem with the value.

I am super happy here at Casa Del Rio. This is a wonderful place to live. The community is extremely clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The amenities include a hair salon and more. They have activities for everyone, they take our suggestions and then follow up with us. I really enjoy the crafts they have as an activity. The residents seem to be cheerful and happy. I love it here!

We went with All seasons because my mom liked the friendliness of the staff members as well as the food. She said it felt more like home than some of the newer more modern places. She also said it was very clean. The apartment sizes are great, plenty of room for her. The meals are all fresh and chef prepared. Pre-pandemic, we went here for Christmas dinner because it was just that good. The staff here have been superb both pre and during covid. They have been fabulous with communication. I would definitely recommend.

The community has been on lock down since March. Other than this, they are a very active community. Casa Del Rio is very organized. During the lock down, the community has called to check on my loved one on several times a week. If she needs groceries the community has willing to go get them and bring them back to her. The community is beautiful. They are friendly and care very much about the residents.

I have to give a shout out to the wait staff who kept [name removed] party going so smoothly, friendly, and clean. Food was being passed constantly, and never was a used plate or cutlery left in sight or looking messy. Kudos to [names removed]. Chef [name removed] and Chef [name removed] made excellent food. Such a great party.

This is the best place to live!!!!!! Our generous and lovely [name removed] treated us to the best birthday party ever. [Name removed] outdid even herself with the beautiful setting that accommodated huge crowd so comfortably and hospitably. Chef [name removed] made delicious and Plenty of good food, [names removed] ,ALL the staff were soooo helpful- not only serving but cleaning up so there were NEVER used plates or cups around. Music,dancing, cheer, happiness-just perfect. Thank you all

We toured this building with [name removed] and she was very helpful to us in making our decision. The facility answered all our questions including the fact that we would be close to our children.

We moved my MIL from Florida to All Seasons Senior Community and we love it. The staff has been so helpful in assisting with this difficult transition. My MIL went from not wanting to go out of her apartment to enjoying a lot of the activism they offer thanks to the encouragement of the staff. I want to thank [name removed], Sales Counselor, who has gone out of her way to make my MIL feel welcome. The staff and residents are all very friendly, the food is great, they offer a lot of activities, the facility is very clean and well maintained. Overall All Seasons is a great community for Seniors we are very happy with our decision.

All Seasons of Roch Hills is worthy of the very highest praise and recommendation regarding its staff and facilities. [Name removed] is outstanding at helping everyone (resident and family too) make an informed and smooth transition to "AS" and her caring attitude is combined with highly professional skills. [Name removed] and [Name removed] are both excellent at executing requests and personally following up on every detail. [Name removed] is the absolute best in making sure the life of residents at AH is healthy, stimulating and fun and he even implements outside suggestions about possible new activities. The food is amazing (and hot) and my Dad notes that the "kids" who serve the food are always well mannered and quick to smile. Nurse [Name removed] and her aids are all angels and kindly assist with properly dispensing daily medicine. In summary, I can't say enough positive things about how outstanding All Seasons of Roch Hills is for my 88 year old Dad and he and all my siblings are ever so grateful that AH has facilitated his ability to live independently while insuring a safe and caring environment. As an attorney with nearly 40 years of practice, I admit to having very high standards but AS has far exceeded all my expectations for my Dad and I finally feel like I am doing my very best to care for and help him continue to live a happy, healthy and independent life in his new home at All Seasons in Rochester Hills.
