The person who did the tour was nice. It was too much support for our needs.

My experience has been very positive with All Seasons Rochester Hills. We knew mom would pick this facility because it is one of the nicer premier facilities in the area. We also figured she would get along better with the group of residents here. [name removed], the sales director was awesome to work with. Mom has a really nice size apartment, just slightly smaller than the house that she came from. I would tell others that once you moved your loved one here give them some time to settle in because they will probably not be happy right away until they are used to it. I would definitely recommend All Seasons to others.

The gal who showed us around was adorable and amazing at what she does. The facility is very nice. Our only issue was there are separate buildings, so in order to get to the other buildings my loved one would have had to walk. It is all tile so if it was raining or anything the tile would get extremely slippery, so that was the reason we did not go with this facility.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a great experience. The community was extremely clean and everybody we met was super friendly.

I would highly recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The cost, location, and my loved one is thriving here are all important to me. The community offers the ability to be independent and make friends and enjoy the activities offered.

Overall it's been a good experience. It's new. It's modern. It's clean. It's efficiently run. The staff is friendly, and the residents are friendly as well.

They have a lot of activities, I do not participate in all of them but they have plenty of things to do if you want to join in. I would say to go for this community and check it out. They also have staff that if you need help you can have a staff come and help you.

I was very pleased with my tour with [name removed] today, the staff all seemed very friendly. When we ran into a few of the residence, they seemed very warm, friendly and very happy to be there. I thought that the 2 units we visited were very nice and roomy.

It is worth looking into. It is a beautiful community and is updated. You don't feel old, it is a youthful environment. The apartments are very nice and they have 2 bedrooms available. I would recommend the community to others.

This community is very nice, absolutely buetiful. This would be the perfect place for an independent senior that will participate in all the activities avalible. I would recommend this community to independent seniors.

I am very happy where I am. I would definitely recommend this community for independent living. The staff is amazing and if there are any issues they resolve it immediately. The food is excellent and even during the pandemic, there were lots of options.

Just moved my 95 y.o.dad from another local senior establishment. The difference is night and day. Friendly and responsive staff especially [names removed] ( with whom I have dealt with the most), not short staffed. A wonderful menu with sufficient portions, not cold or looking like "what is this ?". Most importantly, they follow through on their promises and do not blow smoke up your you know where. Had a great experience with [name removed]. She is caring and professional and has a “let’s see how we can make that happen” attitude! We needed to make a few changes to the unit prior to move in; [name removed] wrote notes and followed up on everything. She really made the move much easier for me and less stressful for my mom. It was a very nice place, and the amenities were fine. The staff members were great especially in the dining room. There was a gal who worked in the dining room that was just the absolute sweetest. The activities I did participate in i thought were just fine, and i did not have a problem with the value.

I am super happy here at Casa Del Rio. This is a wonderful place to live. The community is extremely clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The amenities include a hair salon and more. They have activities for everyone, they take our suggestions and then follow up with us. I really enjoy the crafts they have as an activity. The residents seem to be cheerful and happy. I love it here!

We went with All seasons because my mom liked the friendliness of the staff members as well as the food. She said it felt more like home than some of the newer more modern places. She also said it was very clean. The apartment sizes are great, plenty of room for her. The meals are all fresh and chef prepared. Pre-pandemic, we went here for Christmas dinner because it was just that good. The staff here have been superb both pre and during covid. They have been fabulous with communication. I would definitely recommend.

The community has been on lock down since March. Other than this, they are a very active community. Casa Del Rio is very organized. During the lock down, the community has called to check on my loved one on several times a week. If she needs groceries the community has willing to go get them and bring them back to her. The community is beautiful. They are friendly and care very much about the residents.
