The minute I walked in and saw the resident's enjoying activities in the theater room and caregivers' insight with the residents I knew this was the place for my loved one. Everyone looked like they were enjoying what they were doing. I have a friend that has a loved one here and they really like it here.

They have a good staff. It is a clean and caring environment. I would recommend this facility to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

Every staff member we encountered was professional, kind, caring, and helpful. There were plenty of fun activities to participate in as wanted, and my mom ended up enjoying lots of different things. The staff was good about encouraging her to be social which was helpful too. She felt at home and well cared for while she was there.

It was a very tough decision when it came time for my dad to go into an assisted living facility-as to where we could trust other people to care for him and to where he would be comfortable. We found all that and more at the Landings. He loves his care takers and they all are so good to dad. It's like one big family there!

The staff are really nice. My mom always comments how nice and helpful the staff are. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

They allowed a cat in Memory Care. That was very important to our loved one. Not all places allow a pet. Not sure if they accept Medicaid. Not an issue for us, but I went through this same process with other family members who eventually ran out of $ so finding a place that will eventually accept Medicaid was important to us. Vintages offers different sized rooms. Efficiency vs 1 bedroom in their Memory Care. I can only speak about Memory care. The larger the room, the higher the cost of course. We placed our loved one in a smaller room due to the residents near the room were more verbal than the floor with the larger room. Having interaction with other residents was important to since our LO was still able to carry on conversations. They don't offer a lot of amenities in rooms as they're Memory care patients, could start a fire with stove/microwave...etc. we purchased a dorm fridge for our LO to have their own snacks, soda. The staff moved our LO when they were fighting with another resident- our LO is prone to hallucinations and was convinced an other resident was having parties and playing loud music. The staff called to ask if they could move our LO to keep both residents safe. When we agreed they moved our LO with all their personal belongings and set up the new room without us having to do anything.

From the moment. We I stepped in the door met [name removed] for the tour I felt at home and that we were in the right place. Our short time here was a positive experience. Made us feel like family every time I entered the building. Great Place.

The staff is very kind and always trying to involved my dad in activities and meals. My dad can be very stubborn, butt their patience with him is beyond. The staff go out of their way to make my dad comfortable, carrying on conversation, getting him up and moving he does look forward to the BINGO days.

The Landings of Kaukauna is a beautiful community that offers amazing care for their residents. It feels like home! The staff meals and programming is always highly regarding by residents and families.

Willows Landing is a nice place and we are thankful for it. Yes, we would recommend Willows Landing to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

I am very pleased with the care and patience I've seen shown by the staff while attending to my husband's needs. I feel very fortunate to have found Milestone -- thanks to A Place for Mom's assistance.

[name removed] at Meadow Lakes made time for us to see a lovely two bedroom apartment for my in-laws. The apartment was everything that we had hoped and prayed for. The staff has been amazing and very welcoming. The facility is clean and inviting.

I was in charge of my Uncle's care. I was not happy with the care he was receiving at an assisted living facility in Davenport Iowa, so I moved him to Clover Ridge Place in Maquoketa. I was very glad I did. The care he received at Clover ridge Place from all staff was exceptional. The nurse, [name removed] was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. She communicated with me at least once a week and also with any changes regarding my Uncle's condition. I don't remember all the other staff members names, and I don't want to leave anyone out, so I'll just say that any staff I encountered were always helpful and kind. The food, housekeeping, and overall appearance of the facility were very good too. The facility has a very comfortable and cozy feel. I can't say enough good things about this facility and staff. I'm in the medical field myself as a RN, so my standards are high. I would definitely recommend this facility for your loved one.

The staff is incredible. So great and so wonderful to my mother in law. She passed last month and they all came to her funeral. The administration sucks but the rest of the facility is fabulous.

It is a very nice community- not too large and all friendly. Yes, we would recommend River Glen of St. Charles to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Very nice place, people very friendly. However the food leaves a lot to be desired. Lots of rice and pasta served and not tasty. Kitchen gets a lot of complaints.

They communicate well. Facility is clean. Could have pets. I would recommend to others.

I like the activities they have and the family dinners. I only went to this facility and liked the apartment and liked the activities.

All staff are always ready to help their residence. They keep residents happy and active with all sorts of fun activities .They truly care.

The Landings has been a wonderful new home for my great Aunt. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive with an amazing level of patience and knowledge of the people in their care. They have many fun activities that they plan for the residents that give them ample opportunities for socialization and entertainment!
