Milestone is a wonderful place to go. They're so helpful and accommodating. The facility is very nice. And my loved one enjoys the food overall, although three meals a day is a bit too much for her.

We chose Garnett Place because my dad had a friend here and also they take the elderly waiver. The location was also great for our family. What really sticks out to us is just how supportive the staff have been and they are great with communication. I would definitely recommend this facility to other families looking.

Milestone Senior Living has been great. They do exceptional on their activities, [name removed] who is the activities director handles that and they do music, movies, games, etc. and she has just been phenomenal. The staff seem in tune with everyone's needs and we always see smiling faces when we go to visit. Mom is happy and being well taken care of which is all we can ask for. So far it has been a great experience for our family.

We do not have first hand experience with the meals and dining service but when we speak to our loved one she seems to be really satisfied. They have great activities, we love seeing our loved one get involved in all the different games and socialize with all the residents. We would absolutely recommend the Vintage Hills of Indianola to other families.

This is a very nice community. The staff are really pleasant, kind, and good to my loved one. [Name removed] was exceptional in helping us out. The staff are very responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns I have. The food is excellent for my loved one. Some of the activities available include tasting parties, bingo, card games, movies, and more for the residents to choose from. The community has a doctor that comes into the community to see the residents in their rooms.

we toured Lawton and thought it was nice upon first impression. we chose another community because they had immediate availability.

Unfortunately our loved one did not stay a full 24hrs until we realized she needed way more care. This was no fault to the community because they were wonderful, we loved the staff, and the executive director. They seemed very knowledgeable when it came to memory care patients and we liked all the web seminars they had. It helped our family understand what behavior's to expect when it came to dementia/Alzheimer's

This was a great place. The apartments were nice. The staff were great and friendly. Some of the activities available included: social events, music, and more for the residents to choose from. My loved one enjoyed the meals and socialization in the dining room. They even have a beauty shop on site. The community would assist with physical therapy on-site. The staff was good at communicating concerns of my loved one.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a good tour experience, it was a solid second choice but the location was just a little to far away.

I would recommend the community to others. The level of care and each room has a balcony stand out to me. The community keeps them active with different activities. My loved one likes the food. The staff are good at answering any questions I may have.

Our family had an in person tour and the community seemed very nice and clean. Since it is memory care only we liked the security they had for people coming and going. However the community was just to far away and we wanted somewhere closer in case of emergencies.

We chose Artis of Bartlett because dad was needing more care at this point and I felt they were going to provide the best care for him. It is a smaller facility, only about 30 residents so he gets more individual attention. He is very happy here and we have been so happy with our experience. All of the staff members are extremely friendly. I would definitely recommend them to other families who are looking.

This community did not meet my loved ones needs at the time that we were looking for a community. The tour was very good and great, and they gave a lot of information.

Our first impression of Milestone Senior Living is that it is set up really nice, we like all the different seating areas you can go and hangout in. The people there are very friendly and our loved ones apartment is set up very nice

They are very friendly and very skilled. The community is very clean and they are very attentive to the residents as well as the family members. They are very accommodating at this community for your loved one.

This community was okay, availability was the only reason we did not go with this community

Our tour with Meadow Lakes was excellent. It is a very nice place, but my parents were looking for independent living and this was more of a nursing home type feel.

This community was fantastic and it was our second choice. We just felt more comfortable with the other community that we were looking at and that is the only reason we did not go with this community.

Its a very caring and relaxed atmosphere, brand new building nicely decorated and the Alzheimer's unit is very nice and well done, makes it inviting to guess.

I am assisting my parents to move back to Northern Wisconsin. They currently live in AZ and we want them close to us so we can enjoy our time together. The community was nice and I believe they would like to live their.
