My brother moved into the Landings after having a stroke in May. He lived in our family's residence for 80 years. He has adjusted nicely & they treat him like family. The whole experience w/ the Landings is superior.

A parent has been a resident here for over 1 year and I couldn't be happier with the place. It is a safe and beautiful facility with caring and competent staff. The family feels supported and informed, and included in decision making. There are constant opportunities for activities to enrich the lives of the residents. I see Facebook posts of my parent happily participating and it gives me great comfort. I trust the staff to guide the family in future decisions even as they recently acted as a team to determine the best setting type for my parent during the need for a change in their care.

the entire staff are very friendly and helpful. I use the salon to do their hair every week, and it is so convenient. Grandma is happy with the food, the care and the staff.

My loved one was previously a resident at Milestone Senior Living Cross Plains and overall our experience at this facility was good. The only thing that wasn't so good was the activities, there was lots of TV watching. Otherwise, things were great! The cleanliness, friendliness and staff were great. The care services, meals and value for cost were great. The staff was very friendly and patient with the residents. The food looked good with a nice variety. Overall, I would recommend Milestone Senior Living Cross Plains to others.

Extremely pleased with the care Mom is receiving. [name removed] worked with us for over one year as we mulled over the right time to place Mom in their care. She was patient, kind, and helpful. During a site visit, she was friendly and familiar with all employees and residents. Seemed like a place where everyone got along.

Moved my mother in on a Sunday. The staff was wonderful and very friendly. Anything we needed the staff went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed. Even the kitchen staff helped out. The apartment that my mother moved into was very clean and freshly painted. On our first tour they were willing to answer any questions that we had and they were so pleasant. We haven’t had the food or been to activities yet so I cannot comment on those things at this time.

It's a little expensive, but nicer than many places I looked at.I would recommend it.It was one of the nicer places we visited, and was close to family members.

We like all the activities provided for the residents. They always seem happy and engaged in stimulating activities throughout the day. My mother is very happy there

My mom lived at Water's Edge for 18 months, and we celebrated daily our decision to move her from a nursing home to Water's Edge who had staff trained to care for people with dementia, and I mean CARE! We felt that Mom was so loved and well taken care of, so treated with respect and dignity, and regarded as a person of worth. Their individual care for Mom when she was no longer able to take part in group activities was amazing! We as family also felt cared for and able to trust that Mom was getting the best care possible. As Mom's life was drawing to an end, the staff went beyond expectations to be with Mom when Covid restrictions prevented us from visiting. They were so gracious in letting us be with her in her final hours, and when Mom died, the staff also cried. We highly recommend Water's Edge to anyone who desires the best of care for their loved one.

We are very happy at Country Meadows Place community. Our loved one enjoys being there. I feel like they are just sitting around a lot but he is happy so that is all that matters to us . Best place for him. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

The staff are very friendly at Country Meadow Place Assisted Living and Memory Care and they love my mom. For the most part, the facility is clean. They are short staffed, so she isn't always bathed. As far as the meals, she says that they are delicious. I would recommend this facility to family and friends. The cost of it is high compared to other facilities in the area, but she needs the Memory Care. It seems she pays more for her room than the care.

Staff is wonderful and treat you well.

The Landings is a pleasant place to reside. I appreciate the staff's compassion and the overall safety and security. I enjoy here.

That they were very helpful getting him settled in when admitted. In contact with me on his likes on what to do n to keep busy, etc. I'd give a positive experience and recommend taking a look at. We picked this community, because they had a shared room price, friendly staff on tour, clean. Residents out in common areas n engaged. Fairly close to home town.

My loved one really enjoys their time in. This has been a good experience for my loved one. My loved one has made friends and this is great to see. The staff communication with the family has been good, and they are good to keep us informed and answer our questions. The staff are very kind. I like the community, and it is kept clean. There are meals that are provided. I've even been able to eat with my loved one on occasion.

Communication is wonderful and the staff is warm and friendly. They all know my mother by name and greet her in the hallway, etc. If she falls or if they have a question, they call me immediately and the medical staff are attentive and follow up quickly if I call with a request or question. The food is okay. It would be nice if they offered a few options for the residents to choose from instead of only one. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

I had a hard time picking a place for my sister because everybody was so nice and helpful. I kept getting calls back from all 3 places that we were trying to decide from. I finally made my brother and sister make the decision which place we would use because I was having a hard time choosing.

They charge extra for making sure he takes his meds, which I understood would be included in his monthly rent as long as I set up his meds. It's an extra $[removed]per month. Based off of the experience we have had so far, I would recommend Arlington Place of Red Oak to others.

We picked this community, because of the favorable reputation, and locality.It's nice people here. The staff, especially the older ones is very caring and helpful. The young ones have a lot to learn yet!
