They were very friendly, very clean community. This is a beautiful community and my parents are going to love living here.

A very loving and caring staff. The food was very tasty and well prepared. My wife was only a resident for eleven days but she was treated very well. I would highly recommend this facility.

Our loved one at Milestone seems to be really happy with the meals and dining service. The value for cost is comparable.

Our loved one lived at Artis for a couple months and the community itself was great, however it was just not a great experience for our loved one and family. They got sick and ended up in the hospital, and soon after had to move to another community because they need more care. However, it was nothing the community did they were great while our loved one was there

I would tell others that it is not a nursing home. It is assisted living with memory care. With that in mind, I was very impressed with the staff members here. They were very compassionate and understanding, and the value for the money was great. The food here was fantastic, and I would highly recommend to others looking.

[name removed] was warm and welcoming, as was the facility. The residents we encountered were happy and chatty. It was like being in a 5 star hotel - plenty of amenities, pleasant atmosphere and roomy apartments.

My mother found her assisted living experience at Prairie Meadows great. The staff gave my mother excellent care and was very responsive to her needs. The compassionate and skilled care she received was accomplished during the height of the COVID pandemic.

We chose Artis Senior Living because of the location and all of the staff members that I talked to, they were great with getting us in during the pandemic. They have been very good with communication, they call me regularly and I can schedule face times whenever to chat with my mom. We have been really pleased with everything we have encountered with the facility. They are very accommodating and I would definitely recommend them.

Prairie Meadows has been doing a great job keeping everyone clean, healthy and safe. The staff members are wonderful, they are like extended family. The care services are excellent and they have become very creative by thinking of new activities for the residents. They rooms are very nice. They do keep us updated by emails letting us know when they tests the residents and staff members and when the test comes back negative. They have also partnered with other businesses to make sure the residents can receive gifts for the holiday.

This is a great place for your loved one. The community takes care of the residents. The staff is well trained and they answer any questions I have. They truly care about my mom. The food is great for my mom now.

It was a newer building and has a lot of rooms, the people were very friendly, and the price was reasonable. Our loved one has not complained about the food, I would have to give it a four out of five. We would recommend this community to a family or friend.

Peace of mind about my mom’s care is the greatest thing Milestone has provided.

Don't be put off by the distance, it is a really nice place, for me it was worth the drive. The room sizes are nice, and the layout of the community is good. My mom was in memory care. My mom liked the food. They have secured outdoor space for memory care residents.

My mother has lived at River Glen in St. Charles for the past 3-1/2 years and she has always had excellent care. When the pandemic began, River Glen’s response was immediate! They have gone above and beyond CDC regulations to keep their staff and residents healthy, to attend to the emotional needs of their residents, and to keep the families of the residents informed. My mother and my family are so grateful for all the staff members at River Glen; we could never thank them enough during this difficult time in our country.

River Glen has exceeded our expectations. My Mom reluctantly moved to River Glen from her own apartment almost 4 years ago, after a head injury. She now considers RG home and feels very safe there. We both love that her apt. is cleaned every week, sheets are washed, and then put back on the bed. I do her towels & personal clothing, but RG also offers that service. I only live 10 miles away, so the back & forth is easy. I’ve made it a point to spend lots of time at RG over the past 4 years. Prior to covid19, I knew most all of the staff, many other family members, & some therapists. The staff and therapists are professional and very approachable. I’ve met so many family members at RG. It is very nice having others around who understand. Yes, RG is expensive for my Mom. My thought initially was quality or quantity. I’m so glad she agreed that RG was the right place for her. I know we made the best choice for her. So far, my Mom has needed minimal care at RG. The care she does receive has allowed me to once again be a daughter and not a caretaker. I think RG does a good job with activities, especially these days. I commend them for working so hard to keep residents interested and engaged. My Mom loves the brain games & rediscovered exercise since joining a chair exercise group at RG. Not bad at 88 to feel safe & get moving again. I feel blessed to be part of the River Glen family.

I am very happy with Milestone Senior Living. Location is great, it has a country setting. The food is great. The staff is great. Residents are happy. I am so glad my mom is there. My dad passed away while living there and they were so helpful and kind.

Most expensive place of all - a little further north than I would like. Rooms seem okay and living area seem okay. No Door Locks

I cannot be happier with the care my mother is receiving at Artis Senior Living. They have been outstanding in caring for her and dealing with her dementia related issues. The care givers are very kind and do an excellent job of involving her in activities every day. The administration is very good at keeping families informed and shows great understanding and compasion for the residents. Artis has been particularly good caring for the residents and keeping families informed regarding COVID 19.

My wife has been at Artis memory care home for 17 months. She has adjusted very well and happy to be there. I am confident she is getting the best care possible. I would highly recommend Artis for anyone that needs the care they offer.
