The landings takes very good care of our dad. He likes it there and says all staff is very good to him. There are a lot of activities that involve our family.

Robinwood was an excellent fit for my husband. He was well cared for and as content as possible. The facility has changed owners and managers since my husband died. I do not know how it is now. . A place for mom was efficient and helpful when I really needed assistance.

The staff at the landings are always kind friendly + caring. They answers any questions we ask. My Dad gets the assistance he needs. I also like how the staff encourages him to participate activities.

The staff here is wonderful. Very caring and friendly. The rooms are a great size and they have lots of activities for our parent to partake in if they so choose. The grounds have a beautiful wooded area and a nice garden of flowers. Overall great facility.

My loved one is currently a resident at Sonoma House Assisted Living and most everything about our experience with them has been great so far. The staff is excellent. My loved one is in hospice now, so there is a shift and split in duties and responsibilities. I would recommend Sonoma House Assisted Living to others.

Mom's care givers were awesome! Very pleasant to talk with when we visited. I could really feel their sadness when mom did pass.

We love Willows Landing and my mom loves it. We feel like my mom is well taken care of there and we would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

Communication with the family was great. The staff was super friendly and caring. Several even attended my dad's funeral. The meals were excellent and we had plenty of opportunities for family to join in the meals with the residents. I would recommend The Ridge at Lansing to others and already have.

I would say receive the appropriate care, they answer all my questions and contact me as needed for follow-up care or something I need to be made aware of. Huge respect for nurse [name removed] who really cares for the patients and works exceptional hours. She is retiring soon and will be greatly missed!

So far I am very impressed with the staff. There is a very positive attitude throughout the facility.

It has been smooth sailing from the beginning. [name removed] has settled in nicely and has made many friends. She brought way too much stuff but RG has been very patient while my other sister and I have tried to whittle down her possessions. The food has been marvelous and apparently all the other guests are clamoring to sit with her. As spring approaches I am sure she will enjoy being outside.

We are extremely happy overall. Mom is at peace where she is at and continues to make progress in being a part of new people and her living conditions.My mother asked for a door to lead out to a patio, the view of a lake, and a room for her art supplies. Tall order, but Milestone met every single one of those needs. The staff is friendly quick to respond any questions, and very conscientious about the needs of those in assisted living. I would definitely recommend this place to others who are seeking to transition there loved ones into assisted living care.

They were incredibly helpful to me and our family. When my loved one was first checked in, [name removed] the nurse highly recommend we put her in Hospice. That was a shock to us, but when she fully explained it we agreed. It was absolutely the right thing to do. Her dementia was much worse than we realized. I can't find words to express how well she was taken care of and how well all the staff worked with us during this very difficult time. I and the family wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lakeside to anyone. They made us all feel like home.

I highly recommend waters edge! Great community with a vote feel. Residents and staff have always been friendly when I have been in the building. Staff are always jumping in to help each other out and I can tell they have a great team established.

Staff here are so kind and compassionate to all the residents. They are always willing to go above and beyond for the residents they serve. The residents here seem genuinely happy to be there. I would choose Waters Edge every day of the week!

I worked in nursing homes and with geriatrics for over 30 years and this is the nicest and most homey place I have experienced. I was AMAZED at how cheerful and FUN they had it decorated for Christmas! Activities are a huge part of living in a community like this and Water's Edge has a Top Notch activity crew! I can't speak highly enough!!

I am a family member of one of the residence in the memory care. Overall, I have been very pleased with the care that my family member has received a special shout out to nurse [name removed] and to life coordinator [name removed] for excellent care I especially like the activities that are offered and the nursing care that is provided. I also think the cooking staff are tremendous. I have been able to include myself in several meals with my family member, and they have been excellent. I like the outside patio area that is provided and as a special touch, straight holiday season, the staff decorate the facility to make it very homey and welcoming. Overall, I am very pleased with the care that my loved one is receiving. Communication to me has also been exemplary, and they also help tremendously with setting up medical appointments which is very helpful for me as I am doing my part from out of town.

Wonderful facility. Clean, kind staff and overall a great place for our community. Clients are are so well cared for and seem happy to be living there. Staff in the assisted living and memory care units go above and beyond their job duties.

Upon arriving the staff have been amazing, very helpful, very caring. It made my move worth it! Resident are and have been very welcoming since living here. Activity staff here is really amazing and makes sure to get all residents involved. Waters edge really has alittle bit for every resident here.

Our mother is in memory care here. The staff is dedicated and sincere in their care for my mother. I couldn't be more grateful for them at this time in our lives. Genuine care and genuine smiles. No drama. The atmosphere is warm, cozy and welcoming. It really is like family.
