Staff of A Place for Mom assisted me approx 2 yra ags when I was suffering from post-Shingles pain - interce pain. She spoke for probably an hour with me exploring what my current life then was like and then shared what she new abort the purpose of my call which was seeking senior transportation for from a medical appointment. She asked my permission to share my I called 2 years later [date removed] and she was very helpful. Her replacement [date removed] has been equally helpful.

From the moment we toured Revel, I knew my mom was in good hands.[Name Removed] welcomed us warmly, he gave us a thoughtful tour and truly listened to my mom’s concerns about moving from a single-family home into a senior community. He was incredibly patient and compassionate, introducing her to other residents with similar life experiences and showing her that this next chapter could still be full of life and connection.[Name Removed] went far beyond what we expected. He invited my mom to activities, arranged overnight stays so she could experience the community, and checked in often especially during the difficult holiday season after losing my dad. His kindness, patience, and genuine care helped my mom slowly regain confidence and envision a new life for herself. This past weekend, after 5 months of consideration, she officially moved in, and she is truly happy. I don’t believe this transition would have happened without [Name Removed] we are incredibly grateful for him and consider him family!

The food is great staff is great size of the apartment is at the worst case scenario. It's at least average better and cleanliness is really good.

The Staff was very helpful and friendly. Any help I needed or need they have willingly helped. I feel safe and cared for. I would absolutely recommend them to others who are searching for a place.

I never expected to have another Valentine's Day like this. It came out of the blue here at Revel Vegas community. Dan and I were interviewed by the local NBC affiliate about being seniors and finding someone in your life again. I did my renewal vows that the Executive Director at Revel made possible. My vows alluded to our right to find another love.

Friendly, exceptional staff, incredible food, nice suites, tons of amenities, including rides to appts, plenty of planned activities for those who so choose. A nice art workshop, theater, pool, AND they take pets! I was impressed!

I was looking for a place after my husband passed away. Revel was one place I had previously visited and decided to revisit and found myself liking it even more. The staff, residents and workers are so friendly you feel like you've known them forever. The dining room is like a high scale restaurant. Menu's, a variety of dishes to choose from and after a day the courteous and smiling staff knows your name. The food is always delicious. A wide range of activities are available every day. Special events each month. If this is something you have been thinking about I would encourage you to put Revel at the top of your visiting list. Live out your life with love and caring from all your new and wonderful friends at Revel.

I would recommend. Only worry is cost. But that's why it's so good. Very friendly people. I've already made a bunch of friends. Staff is wonderful too. Good amenities too.

I’ve been here 5 years and we find it very enjoyable and everyone is very respectful and the management is excellent and we are planning to live here for the Next many years to come because we love it

This is the best living arrangement in Issaquah and the surrounding area. The age of the residents isn’t a issue. Residents are 65 to 100 Everyone is respectful of another. My husband and I are ambassadors and love to spread the positive features of this facility. Come check us out for yourself

Friends are really nice and the apartment's are really good, the apartmet is also good for my dog, [name removed] is amazing person and [name removed] the administrator is also nice and the staff is also amazing. Good place to be

Infependent living for fun seniors. Does not feel like a nursing home at all. More like a resort hotel. Lovely lobby and apartments designed in a light airy style. There is an indoor pool, gym, theater on site beauty salon. Meals are fantastic served in beautiful dining room and planned by super talented Italian chefs. Specials daily. Wine and cocktails every day. Fantastic staff to handle transportation to fun events.

Welcome to revel and it’s a good place nice people and nice food it’s the best place to able and I welcome everyone to come tour and see our pool and the food The activities are also good and we feel really happy

These folks are so organized, it doesn't take long to move in. It's just nice to see everyone smiling. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

We toured Revel Issaquah by[name removed][date removed]. We were amazed at the attention to detail she made to make us feel welcome, from the welcome sign at the front door and throughout the tour. [name removed] answered all of our questions, showed us every part of the complex. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and with each resident we encountered, she greeted them like family, showing us what a warm and friendly place this Revel is. We have toured 6 different facilities in search of a future location near our children and grandchildren and, hands-down, Revel was the most impressive. Revel is beautiful and the indoor pool, perfect for my swimming, and we couldn’t have had a better intro than what [name removed] gave us. You have a very special employee in this lady, and we hope to spread the word, that only about her professionalism, but her warm and friendly approach to her job. Thank you for a great tour. We shall be contacting [name removed] for future direction.

I would say 5 for all of these. I feel like I am on a stationary cruise. Everyone, staff and residents are welcoming. Wouldn't mind a little more space, But this is my first time at downsizing. Hard to do.

We found the staff welcoming and informative. The facility is immaculate and Revel Rancharrah has great programs/activities. The services provided are very nice. The meals were delicious. Communication is superb.

I have been living here 4 years and it was the best decision I ever made! The help is excellent. People are friendly. The food is beyond what I ever expected! Many, many activities daily to choose from. Transportation available at all times. It is a wonderful place to be!
