Since our mother moved to Revel, my sister and I have had such peace of mind knowing she is happy, active, and surrounded by people who genuinely care about her. Because we both live across the country, that peace of mind means everything to us. Revel McDowell Mountain is truly unlike any senior living community we have experienced. It is incredibly interactive, creative, and focused on helping residents maintain their independence and enjoy life. At 86 years young, our mother absolutely loves the friendships she has made, the wonderful variety of activities, and especially the gym, where she is able to stay active and keep her body strong. What stands out most, though, is the people. From the staff to the wait staff, there is a genuine sense that they truly care about the residents—and it shows in the way they interact with them.

I’ve been living here now for over a year and love it. The staff is awesome and tries to accommodate you whenever possible. There are plenty of activities. The restaurant hours are flexible, the food is good , and the staff very accommodating. The facility just turned four years old recently and so everything is new, clean and modern. The fitness center is well equipped with treadmills bicycle and an assortment of weightlifting equipment. There are various fitness classes every day of the week of which I try to take advantage. If you are “independent “ but no longer want to deal with homeownership ( like me ) I recommend checking out this location.

I moved into Revel Lacey almost 2 yrs ago and everyday since I thank the Lord for my wonderful life at this senior residence. I love everything about Revel Lacey! Activities, dinning, sorrounding environment(I go for a long walk around the property almost everyday) and the most of all the warm and loving staff who take care of us 24/7! Previous to moving here I lived almost 2 yrs in a similar place in Houston, Texas, and compared to that place, Revel Lacey is heaven in all aspects. My heartfelt gratitude to all the wonderful staff and residents here!!

Safety conscious, caring, helpful, polite, interested staff. Would like the housekeeping to be more than "light" but I understand the limitations; e.g., include cleaning inside and outside shower glass, cleaning stove tops more thoroughly (not just wiping), changing bed linens with no extra charge! My Wife and I have lived at Revel Lacey for a year. We are very happy and satisfied with our apartment. All the staff at Revel Lacey go of their way to ensure that everyday is the best experience possible for each resident. The 24 hour concierge staff always go above and beyond to meet each residents needs. Housekeeping is though and help residents keep the units clean. The Restaurant manager chefs put together very good meals. We also enjoy special dinners that focus on various country's Special foods. So far we have had dinners from Spain and Greece. Next dinner will be Argentina. The serving staff work hard to help us enjoy every meal. They help us enjoy our Friday social hour. The activities and trips are fun and help to keep learning and fun. There are around 100 activities each week. All of activities are geared to encourage all of the residents to improve their mind, body, and spirit. The administrator [name removed] is very capable and fun. She has worked to have the best staff possible

I've been living here about 3 1/2 years. I've found good friends and a very loving and positive staff hear. I can participate in as many activities as I want and I love having a group of friends to have meals with.

We love it here. No complaints so far. The food is good. We feel We picked the best place of all we toured. The staff is great. The square footage of our 2 bedroom one bath is under 900 square feet. Our bedroom holds our king size bed with plenty of room for 2 dressers and 3 side tables without feeling cramped. The walk in closet is very spacious.

I toured & rated 6 other senior living places, in Scottsdale. Revel came out on top by far, for many reasons. I lived in Albuquerque, NM, in my one home, for 30 years. Senior living was a new concept for me. I am very happy with my choice and my overall experience. No regrets. I am enjoying my new life at Revel. The staff has made my transition very comforting. Over all living here meets all my needs and I am very happy living here.

I've been here since January.The staff is friendly and I'm having a great time. I truly love all of the employees, maintenance, and kitchen team. The apartment size is good for me.I have a two bedroom one.

I have lived here for 2 years and 7 months. Listening to close friends’ recommendation, I visited one Saturday, felt the welcome vibes and told my son, I am moving in. I knew I was home the day of my visit. It helped that my son lived close by. Moved in a month and a half later and have not regretted it since. I involved myself in activities quickly like TaiChi, water aerobics, Chorus, Mexican Train, Bookclub, Bible study, Dinners out, cultural and shopping experiences etc. Introduced myself to as many folks as I could and am now in the Welcome Ambassador program as a resource to new residents. Our cuisine is tailored to everyone’s tastes, diet restrictions and portion sizes. The entire staff cater to client needs and do it with a smile. Leadership, Maintenance, housekeeping, food services and wait staff work together to spoil us all. Resident experience team provide varied activity options,and van transportation complete the range of services offered. I love it here !! Life is good!!!

The thing that I really like the most about Revel Palm Desert is the meals. I came from a place where you had to be at each meal at a certain time and if you didn't show up early, you would not get a seat. There's no mealtimes.

I used APFM and they were excellent and helped me find Revel Palm Desert. When my husband and I first came, we loved it. After he passed, I came here first and did a staycation. That's when I felt I was in a resort or on a cruise ship. The staff was great, food was great, everyone was great. I've been here for 1 year. I looked at ever independent living community in the valley and decided on Revel.

I like that everything is all inclusive. Since I don't drive, I sold my car shortly after my husband passed, I like that it has the restaurant and cafe. You don't have to leave if you don't need to. All the staff here is wonderful.

I like the elevated style of the building. The personnel are very congenial people. I would say that [name removed] is a special example of the quality. She puts emphasis of the best quality of all people here.

We love the pool and grounds, and we love the choices of the restaurant and flexibility of eating. We love how pet friendly Revel is. The staff and residents were extremely friendly and welcoming from the start.

Staff is friendly and helpful. We have a 24 hour Concierge so there is always someone you can contact. This is independent living but one can get physical therapy and other type serves that are associated with Revel Rancharrah. Food is excellent and the menus provide many choices. You can also substitute different vegetables on a specific plate offering. Cleanness - they clean your apartment once a week and there is always someone going around the facility clean public areas. The Dinning room has college students as servers and it is great having the young people around. You have a nice choice of apartments to choose from - there is usually a waiting list so if you are interested you do need to take a tour and get on the waitlist especially if you want a specific size apartment. They provide many interesting and fun activities for you to participate in and things to do daily. We have great exercise classes for all levels. The grounds are beautiful and the Garden Club also works to help with flower pots which always have flowers along with garden plots to try your hand at vegetables. [name removed] is the director and does a fabulous job. We have a community meeting every month and he is always available to answer questions. He even teaches a Tech Class to help Residents work with Tech issues. We looked in several states and in several locations in NV and we felt that Revel Rancharrah was by far our best option.

Revel Vegas is an amazing facility for those looking to maintain their independence but still have great amenities at their door. Unlike most senior living communities, Revel has multiple onsite fresh food options (and all are tasty). The staff is top notch, with 24/7 availability. Having long term staff that know the building and the residents really changes the entire mood of the facility. I can't recommend Revel enough if you're looking for a new home in Vegas!

We are so relieved and thrilled to have found Revel Vegas for my mother-in-law. From the beautiful grounds to the high-quality dining, everything about this community exceeded our expectations. The staff treated us like family from day one, and seeing my mother-in-law so happy and active with her new neighbors means everything to us.

My husband and I have been at Revel coming up on 3 years. It is well run with thoughts of serving their clients. Revel is only 6 years old and maintenance is primary … it always looks new. Our Ovation carpet was recently replaced to keep it looking fresh. The food is more like a quality restaurant with lots of diversity and 3 meals a day. Our servers WANT to be here. The activities are numerous with lots of events planned monthly around a theme. We have a choir made up of 24 residents which practice 2 times a week in preparation for concerts that are given numerous times throughout the year. Our choir director is a professional singer, training us to maximize our talents. A van enables us to venture out in the community to do things like ride the gondola at Tahoe, visit the Frank Loyd Wright restaurant in California, and attend events in local casinos. At home, we have a personal theater, gym, art studio, and garden to keep us active. We also have an indoor pool open 24/7.
