The Heaven House, LLC

The cost at Heaven House was way more. They did have very large bedrooms, but the bathrooms were across the hallway. It is a very nice home that was clean and had a big yard. There are 2 people on staff and only 5 residents, so I am sure the care is great. I loved the owner. This was just not the right set up for my loved one.

The staff at Heaven House Elmwood was so kind and caring...so personalized to our needs...the best care we experienced during our journey into elder care. I love that HH is small with only a few residents...this allows for the one-on-one attention that we needed.

We have found the Care Givers at Heaven House to be very patient, kind and going beyond what is normal in the care of our loved one. The home is well maintained and clean. The staff and the owner, Diane, are easy to talk to if an issue arises and needs to be resolved. I would recommend Heaven House for anyone looking for an assisted living home.

The staff at Heaven House have been very helpful and supportive. They are very patient in helping and encouraging my Aunt in this new environment. We are very pleased with our choice of Heaven House.

I toured this facility while looking for a place for my Mother. This community was great and it was a nice home environment. It is a clean building and we were actually leaning towards this facility but decided not to at the last minute. It was an older building and to me, it wasn’t as bright and open as other places. I wanted my mom to be able to get a lot of natural light. Even though we decided against this facility, I would recommend this place to other families.

I am so very thankful to have found the Heaven House through the help of "A Place for Mom". The Heaven House was an answer to our prayers and has been the next best thing to home sweet home for my father. The owners have displayed an over whelming compassion for the patients living in their homes and their patient's families. The food is much healthier than anywhere else we have been and they bend over backward to provide the dietary needs and favorite culinary desires of their patients. They hire the best caregivers possible, and for the first time ever, my father has no complaints! It is evident the owners and caregivers at the Heaven House homes have a passion to provide the loving care that we all need during this most difficult time in our lives. We feel so very blessed!

We really liked this community, it had a homey feeling to it. Most of the care services were good, we did have a problem but it was resolved quickly. We would recommend this community to a family or friend.

The Heaven House Treadwell is a great place for my mom. She is 92 years old and slowing down although still interested in people and a few activities. The house is beautiful and the back patio is a wonderful retreat. Mom has a room large enough for a twin bed, lift chair, night stand, small dresser and TV stand. She has her own bathroom with handicap accessible shower, toilet and sink. Because there are only five residents, she receives very personalized care. The house manager is extremely helpful and available for consultation whenever needed. The staff is friendly and makes my mom feel special.

This is a nice home, but they just were not able to provide the care my husband needed once his health started to decline. It is a nice and well-kept home, I was there all the time and everything was very well maintained. There are some staff members that are better than others. For the most part they tired their best to care for him. I was very impressed with all the activities offered. The food was nice, he was able to eat and order a meal whenever he wanted to. Due to the fact they were not able to provide the care he needed in the end. I wouldn't not be able to recommend this community.
