The staff has been very helpful and listen to our needs. I would recommend Ambiance at Maitland to others who are needing to find memory care for their loved one.

I'm very happy with ARYA, it is a good fit for my wife, [name removed]. The staff is very friendly and seem like they really care about her well-being. It is very new has only been open for a little more than a year and it is one of the cleanest, senior living places I have seen. And the memory care unit with my wife is housed is very open and bright not like most of the other ones that I visited they seem very dark and a little depressing. I would give this a five star out of five stars. Thank you

I had recently visited a loved one in this Beautiful community. There was so many areas of the building that was just so nice. I enjoyed the atmosphere. The care for my loved one is so special to me. I am very happy that she is being cared for in such a way i can't even explain. Thank you so much to all that work there. I Met with the DON on my way out what a very interesting woman. I enjoyed talking with her and felt so at ease to know that some people are definitely meant to do this type of work! Thank you for letting me have a lovely experience visiting my loved one.

Providence Living at Hunters Creek is outstanding. I was so impressed with the memory care staff and cleanliness of the facility. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who is searching for a place for a loved one.

Providence is a great place. Good nursing care and people. Food is good price is better than some surrounding facilities. I highly recommend it.

My attorney recommended Providence because they specialize in those suffering with cognitive impairment. My client was an especially difficult case for a multitude of reasons. The entire Providence staff went out of their way to support us through the transition and into care. Everyone from the receptionists, nursing staff to the manager were professional, compassionate, and helpful. The communication was better than any other memory care center I have worked with keeping me updated at every stage. It is beneficial to have all the specialty doctors visit at Providence - geriatric primary care, neurology, podiatry, hospice/palliative care. Of course, the place is beautiful with large rooms and private bathrooms. There is also an expansive open courtyard and separate balcony for visiting and relaxing. The entire team works hard to integrate the residents into the community with a robust calendar of activities. You can feel the warmth and kindness from the moment you enter Providence.

Going through this with dad first and then Mom, I’ve learned that the quality of life matters more than the length of time someone gets to spend someplace. Providence was life-changing for me and my sister and ultimately my mom. While she was only there for just over a year, that year brought her joy, a spark we haven’t seen in a long time, and it brought me and my sister a weight lifted from us. We felt that they loved mom and did whatever they could to make her happy and comfortable. Couldn’t ask for more.

We moved my 95 year old mother here when she could no longer walk. All of the staff made an effort to get to know her and call her by name. The staff tried their best to fulfill any of our/Mom’s requests. They provided Home Health and a Wound care specialist, as well as Physical Therapy to keep her healthy. The Administrative staff is very accessible and involved with each resident. Mom was happy there. We’re glad we found Arya at DeBary!

The first impression I got was through a text and it was very nice and attractive. I was looking for a place in providence for both my mom and Dad but I lost my dad on [date removed] so plans changed being that my mother has dementia it would change matters completely. I still met with [name removed] and the manager and they were both dolls offered so many options and also advised me on many things that I should and can consider. I felt as if I known them for years they made me feel welcomed and I never felt as if it were all about the money, they truly did care and offered comfort. I was referred to them by my best friend who also has her loved one staying there which was a + the front staff was also amazing. The way they received us was also so inviting and beautiful just to see our names in the front was so unexpected!!! ?????? keep up the great work Providence you all are changing lives

Admin staff was mixed; front desk and sales were great, 5; billing and account struggled a lot, that would be a 2. The food lacked fresh vegetables and salads, mostly canned veggies but otherwise great Best facility we saw especially for the money - the people at Providence worked to find something in your budget. Overall really positive experience and I would use them again. Only caution is the advertised in house transportation isn't very reliable and if it's broken or down for maintenance transportation is on the residents and sometimes last minute. I'd also add the nursing staff was exceptional.

My husband[name removed]was at Ambiance for three months. It was a wonderful, loving experience. The staff was excellent. They treated [name removed] so wonderful. Me too, as I spent every day with him from 10am to 4pm.

We have been at Providence since [date removed]. My dad and I visit often and step mom is thriving here. She is helped with the things we couldn't do at home bathing, keeping her busy, redirecting. Its been a big stress reliever and [name removed] has been very helpful and attentive with each step. The building is beautiful, the food is great and the activities are diverse. I'll continue to recommend it happily.

My parents asked my brother and me to help them find an assisted living facility for them. I asked my mom and dad if they wanted to come live with me in Texas and they said they preferred a place where they could meet new friends. Providence Living at Hunter’s Creek was the perfect fit. They are excited to get up everyday and join their new friends for different activities throughout the day. The special holiday activities include music and dancing. It’s delightful to see everyone enjoying themselves. They also enjoy the many choices they have for meals. Not to mention the delicious ice cream they serve everyday. Their custodians keep the apartment very clean and I love the fact that my parents have their own washer and dryer. I would like to thank the staff, the nurses, and the receptionist for their kindness and for always greeting us with a smile. God bless all of you. I feel so much peace knowing that my parents are being well taken care of.

It’s just coming up on a year now that we moved our Mother into Providence Living at Hunters Creek. It was not an easy decision for our family, and the transition can be a little difficult as your loved one recognizes the loss of some of their independence, but Providence Living has been such a supportive environment for our Mother, and we are very grateful to the caring staff that work here. Knowing that she has assistance when needed for daily routines, and medical care, has made a huge difference in her life and ours. Thank you Providence Living!

What we like the most about Ambiance at Maitland is the staff and the care my grandma receives. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

The whole staff has been amazing since our first call to set up a visit. [name removed] was so patient and helpful in getting all of the paperwork together and coming up with ideas to make my mom feel more comfortable with the prospect of moving. The facility is beautiful and well-maintained, and the staff is all very friendly.

From the front desk person, [name removed], she engage with you, makes you feel comfortable. I noticed she left a report on what was happening and what needed to be completed to the staff that was relieving her before she left. The building is very clean. Smells good with bright colors that made me feel happy. I will most definitely recommend this facility for a tour.

The staff is very helpful and willing to help you with any questions you might have about anything. People should know if they move here that your family member will be taken care of, day or night!!!

We searched high and low to find a place for my mom that didn’t make her (or us) feel like she was in memory care. It was more palatable for her to tour Providence because nothing about it shouts Dementia. The atmosphere is inviting, clean, elegant. We’ve been very pleased with the staff, they’re quick to respond to our concerns, they got mom out and participating- even making friends! She had been on her own for so long, we didn’t know how she’d do with rules and coming out and socializing, but we really haven’t seen her this happy in a long time. She loves being in the courtyard, enjoys the entertainers- especially the activities they do with children. We’re very happy and trust that she’s in good hands.
