Walking into Providence and the openness makes you feel very welcome there. My brother is doing very well. He has been there two months. He can walk around the whole property go outside in the courtyard. It's a very nice facility and run very well.

The staff are incredibly professional and helpful. From on boarding to settling in, the staff made the transition seamless. The layout of the facility is perfect for our LO. She will mistake the place for a cruise ship!

My apartment is 2 bedroom, 2 bath in independent living and meets my needs. I am busy with interesting activities, and very nice people. The food is better than I cooked, and I am pleased with it. Am very glad I moved here 6 months ago.

I would like to express our appreciation for your staff's dedication, patience, and compassionate care towards our mom, and the other patients. The personalized attention given to meet their needs is commendable. Our mom has shared that she is happy ?? and content, which provides our family with peace of mind knowing she is in good hands. Tianne Combs excels as an activities director. Her enthusiasm and active involvement in organizing engaging activities for the residents are appreciated. Her lively and enthusiastic spirit positively influences the staff and residents alike. We encourage you to continue the excellent work in supporting our loved ones.

It went perfectly. [Name Removed] is excellent at her occupation. She is professional but is down to earth and it easy to have a conversation with her. We were invited for dinner which was a blast with the excellent food, service and entertainment. We both danced with the residents. We enjoyed the residents coming over to our table and introducing themselves. I play my trumpet in a musical band that performs at assisted living places such as the Points. I will reach out to [Name Removed] to see if she wants to speak with [Name Removed] the band leaderto have a show at your place. My mom is still active and healthy so she isnt ready for Providence yet. Maybe if you have a furnished room that she could rent for weeks or a month I could have her in a safe place while I vacation.

I have nothing but good things to say about this community. I admitted a loved one in [Date Removed] while I was dealing with my own medical issues, which gave me time to focus on my health. That experience ended up being very positive—I made important lifestyle changes, lost weight, and now feel much better. After about seven months, we decided to bring my loved one back home because we missed each other and wanted to be together. We’ve since arranged for an in-home health aide to visit twice a week, which works well for us. When the time comes, we’ll seek hospice support. The time spent here gave me the space to reset and focus on what truly matters. We’ve gone back to visit the staff, and they continue to be wonderful. I would absolutely recommend this community to anyone seeking care for a loved one—they are kind, supportive, and treat residents with respect.

Wonderful facility. Everyone was happy we met - staff and residents. Microwave and washer/dryer in each unit a bonus. Felt like apartment living which is what I’m looking for my parents. But with peace of mind it’s set up to meet their needs as they age.

Beautiful place with great amenities and friendly staff. Highly recommend it. It is wonderful that there are so many options for the type of care needed. The dining area is like a restaurant. Bright windows throughout the building. The rooms are lovely as well. Best option for a place away from home.

Overall, most of the categories here are very good, but the food could be improved and the food service can be slow at times. My cousin has been living here since [date removed], and while visiting I often eat here about three times a week. The apartments are great and offer a lot of privacy. They recently raised the rent by 7%. The staff has been good in my experience. This facility is also licensed for nursing care, and they can provide meal trays, physical therapy, blood work, and have primary care doctors who come in. I really like that level of support.

I simply can't get over how amazing the your staff here are. From the first time I stepped foot on the property, we were impressed, it didn’t smell like a retirement home, it actually smelled good there! The front desk could not have been kinder and accommodating, and meeting the director on duty (on a weekend I might add) for the first time really put us at ease. I appreciate mtce being so willing to help me get settled for the move in, even letting me borrow tools to assemble furniture! Their activities director is a special person, I can't get her positive attitude and smile out of my head, your loved one will be lucky to have her. Their Sales Director was also amazing, she walked us through the process, went out of her way to give us a video tour the same day we spoke for the first time (that meant a LOT to us) and then worked us through all the initial paperwork. We couldn’t be happier with the care my father in law is receiving, this is a great facility made so by the incredible

It was an amazing and easy transition from AL to memory care, staff has been more than amazing and attentive. So happy with this choice. Her room is great , no worries or problems and everyone is friendly and helpful.

There were four recommendations back in September,appointments made....[communities removed] were ruled out. She liked Tessera and [community removed]....:in the end she picked Tessera....but the transition has been painful. She has been difficult, but I know she will come around. They are very thoughtful and the staff will drive you nuts if you let them. Some times too much attention. My Mom went on her first day trip this week and she enjoyed it. The PR and Hair Salon are also good.

I visit my mom every day and the facility is always clean and cheerful looking. The staff always says hello and they are very nice to my mother even though sometimes she can be difficult. Better quality food would be nice. Fresh vegetables.. I have heard the food is bland, but I haven't eaten it.

I chose to live at Arya, they met my needs and I have been settling in easily.

I'm very impressed with the staff which is caring and attentive to the memory care residents. Whether helping feed them or leading group activities or engaging them in conversation, they interact with each person at the appropriate level for their individual situation.

Our family has really enjoyed my mom's stay at Tessera of Brandon, they take wonderful care of her and ensure that she is safe. We have peace of mind knowing she is there. The staff is very attentive and loving towards not only my mom, but my family as well.

My mom has adjusted well. Food is great. There are different activities every they which keeps her interested in staying there even when I come to get her. At least every other week they have an outing to either shopping or lunch in a local restaurant. She enjoys these a lot! Tessera didn't have the room I wanted from the beginning but they were very flexible in accommodating my Mom and making sure she was comfortable. [name removed]and [name removed] communicate well with me via text as needed. Very accommodating and attentive with my Mom. Cleaning staff is friendly and detailed. If there is a last minute outing they text me to make sure we are aligned and I know where my Mom is at all times.

The staff has been very helpful and listen to our needs. I would recommend Ambiance at Maitland to others who are needing to find memory care for their loved one.

I'm very happy with ARYA, it is a good fit for my wife, [name removed]. The staff is very friendly and seem like they really care about her well-being. It is very new has only been open for a little more than a year and it is one of the cleanest, senior living places I have seen. And the memory care unit with my wife is housed is very open and bright not like most of the other ones that I visited they seem very dark and a little depressing. I would give this a five star out of five stars. Thank you

I had recently visited a loved one in this Beautiful community. There was so many areas of the building that was just so nice. I enjoyed the atmosphere. The care for my loved one is so special to me. I am very happy that she is being cared for in such a way i can't even explain. Thank you so much to all that work there. I Met with the DON on my way out what a very interesting woman. I enjoyed talking with her and felt so at ease to know that some people are definitely meant to do this type of work! Thank you for letting me have a lovely experience visiting my loved one.
