Very happy with Tessera of Brandon and would highly recommend. They are very accommodating. Very clean, staff friendly, meals are delicious. Dad has adjusted well. Also I want to thank [name removed] for all the help. He was great

We are very pleased. They are always willing to take time for us with questions etc. It is a well kept up facility, staff is friendly and quickly get to know you and your family. Everything your loved one could want or need is right there.

I really liked Sonata Hunter's Creek, it was a toss up between this facility and the one we ended up going with, we left the decision up to our loved one. The tour guide was FANTSATIC. He was so easy to talk to, thorough with his information answered all of my questions. I could tell that the residents there all looked very happy and well taken care of.

I would rate all categories a 5 except maybe Activities. I would give them a 4. But they are working on that. Like today they have alpacas visiting! They have music every week. Lots of Bingo unfortunately my Mom is not a bingo player yet. Lol There's a new Director and she is awesome [name removed]. Receptionists are wonderful. ALL the staff are very friendly, helpful. Residents all seem happy. Lots of hellos & smiles. Med techs are fantastic and very kind. Kitchen are very willing to help with menus & special diet my Mom has. They are very accommodating & willing to make anything better. We are very pleased. This is Mom's second apt. Pulled her out of [community name removed] after 5 months, unfriendly staff & no help in the kitchen. Food was awful.

We picked this community because it looked the best. They can improve the care services by adding more people.

They're maybe a little understaffed for the number of customers they have, but the staff that is there are good. And the facility is the best.

The staff has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the whole process. They always communicate with me what is going on. Everyone is very friendly from the staff to the residents. They truly made a very difficult decision and process as easy as possible.

Staff has been very accommodating and addressed any issue or concern right away when asked.

In touring this facility it was very impressive, extremely clean and beautiful. A great presentation of the facility. From the administrator right down to the housekeeping staff are warm and welcoming. This facility truly has the the warm feeling of home as you enter the facility and tour throughout. The chef and his staff are exceptional and the food is top Is [name removed] style and delicious.

I have worked with this community since its opening and find the community, it's staff and resident offerings to be quite impressive. It's smaller size and staff attentiveness lend to more "hands on care" for residents.

The community has wonderful workers who really care about their residents. The staff treats the residents like they are family. Home cooked meals, they provide dignity and support to the residents and the staff are very experienced. The community is very nice and clean, and very well maintained. . Perfect place for your loved one needing additional care.

I have watched the transformation of this building, the outside appearance is beautiful, but when you walk inside the attention to details is amazing. the color scheme is very beautiful and bright. the owners did an amazing job of keeping the heritage and culture of the building and the surrounding Jewish community.

Our loved one is now on the memory care side of the community and the people there are very caring. At times our loved one can be very difficult and they show her a lot of patience which we appreciate. The food there is awesome, when we come to visit we look forward to eating a meal. They have a great selection of quality meals and its like eating in a restaurant. We have recommended the Sonata Hunter's Creek community to other families and we will continue to do so.

{name removed} blew us all away and speaks to the concerns and needs we all feel for our family member. The facility and staff have been outstanding. They've handled some difficult situations as my loved one adjusted with grace.

My dad lives here. He loves the team, especially the activities department. They are very kind and he feels so independent.

Excellent care for my loved one! The staff is incredible the community is gorgeous, and the food is par with the best restaurants. What a loving, supportive environment for mom and all our family! So grateful to the wonderful community!

We are in the process of moving our father into this community {name removed} have been amazing in providing advice, direction, and encouragement as we navigated this overwhelming process. They have been with us every step of the way, blocking and tackling all the steps to safely and proactively making my father at home.
