Savannah Grand of Maitland has been a god send to us. I had no idea what to do as my parents have been aging in their own home. My mother and father both were in need of different types of care but I couldn’t bring myself to separate them after 55 years of marriage! I live locally so I have always driven by this place. I moved my parents in and it has been amazing. My father is in the memory care and my mother lives in the assisted living building. They get to visit with each other every day and both get the care they need. This was a perfect fit for us.

I have lived here for over a year. Couldn't have selected a better place to call home. Keven our administrator is the best always has time for the residents. The activities are the best. just love this place. You will too.

Loved one is in memory care. Be sure to know the nurses and get there contact info. Good lines of communication is needed. Really understand your expectations for your loved one, and relay that to the staff. They are friendly but find out all details, and be sure to ask questions. Overall, very good experience.

Lovely place. Brand new. Little more expensive than others I toured. Smaller apartment than other places. Dorm-size refrigerator. No swimming pool.

The location is always very clean and the staff is welcoming. Food is good and my father eats well and he's a picky eater. Activities are good however recommend family involvement to make sure they can go to the main building events. Sometimes it's not easy contacting nursing staff by phone.

Most of the caregivers were great. They are unfortunately understaffed. My Mother fell 5 times in the 8 months she lived there. The last fall resulting in her death. There are just not enough staff. Especially at night.

It was clean and safe food was good. The staff wasn't friendly. However, yes we would recommend Providence Living at Maitland to other families.

Don't believe every word they say my advice is to go and watch what happens and how people are cared for and make your decision based on what you see happening taste their food and you just have to watch everything that's all. I think they try harder than many of the places so I am not complaining. I just think I'm there every day. He's been there now for four months. I've been there every day and I continue to be there every day as much as I can, I've never missed a day yet, but I know I will have to at some point, but I see everything that goes on because I'm there to see it and I think that it's important that families do that.

Mom was living at another facility before but it wasn't the right fit. Here she's able to go out on trips, have a large apartment, her cat! It's not without us. Would be nice to work on keeping directors. Food is ok, activities are OK, but overall better than other we've seen or experience.

My friend resides at this property. She appears happy. The facility is clean the room is large with a wonderful bathroom setup. She is younger and what I love is she has people her age to connect with. For us the courtyard is the highlight. Staff is hands on and mostly quick to respond. Some management changes can be frustrating/alarming but seems to be the norm.

Understaffing is an ongoing problem. The facility is absolutely beautiful and clean! Overall the staff are very helpful. In particular, my mom has mobility issues and prefers to stay in her apartment rather than go to the dining room for meals. The staff monitor her and will not allow her to miss more than 2 consecutive meals in a row. They inform my sister if that happens and bring meals to her in her apartment if she is missing more than she should. They do provide decent communication with regard to mom's care. All of that being said, her care is also being handled by hospice as well. So currently her care needs are being addressed by both the facility staff as well as hospice.

Location was a big factor. Also, we know it had the best reviews. We were satisfied with it when we toured. We don't think any place else would be better necessarily and still feel that way.The quality of food is fine. I feel like they are short on staff.

We toured Sonata Hunter's Creek during our search for a Memory Care facility for our loved one. This facility seemed good. The cleanliness and friendliness were great. The facility had a great atmosphere. They were very informative.

My mother is currently a resident at Sonata Hunter's Creek. This facility is good. The staff is very friendly. The food is not very healthy. My mother has heart problems and diabetes but the food is mostly fried. Communication with the family is below par. They don't communicate well with us and my mother gets things confused. It would be great if they would work with us more instead of just telling my mother things.

The community is clean. It has been the best place, but they can improve on somethings. They are all friendly. My loved is fine with the food. They do the samething with the activities, and they can do better with keeping the residents engaged. We have to stay on top of the staff, to make sure that they are properly taking care of my loved one, especially when it comes to providing medication. The communicatin with the Executive Director has been good.

Our family has experienced a lot of loving care. Sometimes they have a little bitt of an issue with staffing, like every place right now. But the staff they do have have been excellent. The food is excellent. The chef goes out of his way to make the food not only tasty but also visually appetizing with the garnishes he uses. It's easy for the residents to eat, and there's plenty of it. The facility is beautiful and only about a year old. It has a lovely courtyard. The décor is very pleasing, and the rooms are nice.
