Come with an open mind. They're in the middle of renovations in the hallways right now and stop and talk to some of the residents.

The entire staff at Georgetown has been beyond my expectations. They worked with us on the move in date & getting mom moved in. My mom loves it there, she says there’s always something to do and having her physical therapy onsite was a bonus. I highly recommend taking a look at Georgetown

It is a great community and most of the staff is very friendly. The meals are good but very small portions and not much variety from week to week. The amenities i.e. house keeping, laundry rooms, etc are good. Parking is easy and the shuttle service is available for a charge some tenants feel is a little high. They advertise a lot of social events but have very, very few activities.

My mom likes the nature views and the ability to walk outdoors if you are able. The staff at Ascension Living is very attentive and friendly towards her.

Overall Ascension Living Heritage Village is a good experience. We love their staff because if they can please my mom, that takes some doing!! We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far

I can say that my parents both like it there. My dad was skeptical and more negative about having to be there at first but he has come around as he does like how the nursing and personal contact staff interact with them and it is a roomy enough 1 bedroom apartment for them and the meals/dining is very good. The fact that his skepticism has been overcome is a definite credit to the assisted living community.

I would give them a 5 on everything. I was assisting an elderly woman (no relation) who was abandoned by her adult son. I spoke with the lady a couple weeks after she had moved in and she seemed very happy / had no complaints. Told me the food was good and they waited on them at mealtime so she enjoyed that. I liked the staff there very much and may end up needing their assistance with my own Aunt in the future. The location was good (close to the river & downtown) and they had excursion to the theater which I know my aunt would love.

They spent lots of time with us as we found the right place to live within their building. Everyone was always very friendly and helpful. The place is very well taken care of and they update apartments as they come up for rent. Food is fantastic and service is exceptional. Amenities are great. Could not ask for more in an independent living situation.

Fix Knoll Villages is such a great place. It is so safe and I have never seen such a nice group of people so willing to welcome new comers. I have to admit it’s a bit expensive. Only two complaints…The windows need to replaced or cleaned in the particular apartment my mother is in and the window blinds need to be replaced because they are extremely dirty and bent. They are very old metal mini blinds.

I would highly recommend it to anyone who asks. We picked this community because we visited 3 facilities and it was clearly better. Accommodations and dining. Super friendly staff.

The meals sound good, but are fairly ho-hum. My dad had to be gluten free so he had a limited selection of the foods offered. It was easy to be bored of the food. The dining experience was good. Staff is friendly. Tablecloths and fabric napkins are a nice feel for this age group. The residents are friendly. We liked this place because the residents are engaged and interested in visiting with each other. My dad was an extrovert and enjoyed interacting with people and making others feel welcomed and included.

We chose Acension Living Alexian Village because of the cleanliness of the facility as well as the warm and comfortable décor. This is the first place I've put my mom that has given me complete peace of mind. The amount of caring is phenomenal. I would highly highly recommend this place.

We are very satisfied with the care that my dad receives at Siena. The staff is friendly and kind. They go above and beyond what is expected to take great care of those in need. I recommend this facility.

I would rate everything at 5 except for except for cross baby. [fee removed] a month seems a little steep to me, but there's a lot of staff there that has to be paid so they supply meals house keeping laundry. Haircuts, pedicures, so I guess it's probably worth the money

My husband and I live here and we are very happy. We were looking for a place that would feel like home, not an institution. The little touches mattered to us - the pretty lace curtains in the mail room, the carpeting throughout the building, and the beautiful paintings on the wall. We could tell that the staff truly cared about us and they wanted to help in any way they could ... We were no bother to them. Our Welcome Couple took us under their wing and introduced us to residents and staff and answered all our questions. We were looking for three things: beautiful surroundings that made us feel comfortable, onsite religious events, and balanced nutritious food. We found all of these things here. With all of the trees and their gorgeous fall colors, it was like our own private arboretum. The onsite museum is a bonus. Most modern buildings are sterile on the inside with parking on all four sides. We enjoy the pond, the walking path and the gazebo. The greenhouse is a plus.

I would give them a 5 on all points, Ascension Living Via Christi Village has been a great place. We like the roomy apartments it is in a good location there are a lot of activities to choose from and very friendly helpful staff. Based on the experience we have had we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

We love it here~ It was the best choice we could have made. Residents feel like family. Staff are wonderful! They go beyond helpful. Food is great . If you don't want what's on menu, there several other items you can order. Activities are great. If you are not happy, you won't be happy anywhere. It is such a beautiful place. We have full size Kitchen appliances in each apartment too.

I have told a few friends already how happy I am about Georgetown. A few of them are considering taking a look for their parents.They have been wonderful.

Overall, my mother is happy at Ascension Living. I would recommend this facility to others.

I liked that it's a non profit catholic or Christian organization. The price is very reasonable for what you receive. I loved the location its centrally located and 5 minutes from my son lol. Everything I need is here and get to go many places with the group by bus even to the store. Now that I'm here I wish I could have been here years ago. If a friend would ask me I'd tell them run don't walk come see [name removed] and get an apartment here. Absolutely love it !!!!
