Ascension Living

Our family had an in person tour and we really enjoyed the tour experience but for our loved one we wanted a community that was all one story

This was a positive experience for my loved one. It was a friendly place. The food was good and catered well to individual requests. Housekeeping was good. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

New problem -- the activities director left for a new job a few weeks ago. No replacement yet. The price is a bit high compared to other places. The CNAs come from outside services so help. This may be good or not so good. But Shorelight at Siena offers a warm, caring and safe environment for our loved ones. No place is perfect, but the employees at Shorelight really work hard every day to keep everyone happy and content in a beautiful setting.

All staff are friendly, helpful, clean, obviously very caring of facilities residents. All questions were answered appropriately and staff took much time with family members for questions, etc. Appears very secure and safe.

Our family had an in person tour and we really liked the place, our loved one really liked the grounds and the scenery. The lady who gave the tour was really helpful and nice. However they just did not have the 3 meals a day and that was something we wanted for our love done.

To access 5th floor Apartments in Lodge requires using two elevators and considerable walking. The campus is hilly, but very beautiful. Excellent food and staff.

Staff is very knowledgeable, my room was always clean, good is good, everyone is very helpful. i would highly recommend Heritage Village.

So far my experience has been good; I'm very happy with it. The staff are all good, they're very pleasant and helpful. I participate in a few activities including poodle, occasional bingo, and balloon volleyball - which is good source of exercise. Overall I have no complaints.

My wifes son and I toured about 10 different facilities and we both independently concluded that this was the best place for my wife. It has turned out to be a great choice. I would definitely recommend Ascension Living to others looking for memory care for their loved ones, it would save you a lot of time.

They are amazing, we searched high and low for a good facility for 2 years. I popped in at 8 o'clock last night and they were doing a puzzle with him. The nurse is super accommodating and she even brings him meals from home when he does not like the food being served. The staff are always kind and excited to see us when we got to visit, they never have any issue with us coming to visit daily. They truly care about the residents and it really shows. I recommend Ascension Living to everybody who needs this type of care.

We had a wonderful experience with Ascension Living, they came highly recommended to us by many people in the community. The staff tried the best they could to get mom to participate in the great activities that they had provided. She loved the food. They treated my mom like gold and we so appreciated them for that. We could not have asked for a better staff or experience and they were all amazing. We would highly recommend to other looking.

Our loved one was at Ascension for awhile for skilled nursing and we just loved them, we were really hoping our loved one would get to come back here. The staff were fantastic and their assisted living apartments were just gorgeous, the entire facility is beautiful.

I have lived here for 11 years and am very happy with my choice. My children do not have to find a nursing home for me when I need one. I have already made that choice myself. When I need to go to a place to live with a higher level of care, that is available without a major move. Maintenance of the facility is improving.

our tour guide, [name removed] did a great job. we chose another community because they had a better floor plan; which came with a balcony and a nice view.

I would tell others that the staff are very friendly, capable, and attentive to any resident's needs. The community is very clean with no smell or odor. The food is enjoyed by my loved one. The activities are planned and are nice for the residents. Church services, bingo, games, movies, gathering space, celebrations, and more are some of the activities offered. This is a good place for a loved one to go to.

Our sister really seemed to enjoy all the activities they offered and the room itself really stood out to us, it was just very cozy and had everything she would need in it.

From what my parents tell me, it's great. They like the dinners. They've met nice people. They love the church services. And they seem to be very happy there.

Great place picked out of several communities that we went to go visit. The biggest thing for us was that the staff were friendly and the people at this community are extremely friendly. They proved to be as good as we thought they were.

What stands out to me the most is the staff is very responsive and empathetic. We're very happy with the apartment my loved one is in. It has everything he needs, and it's comfortable. The other residents I've encountered have been very friendly. And the food is good. It's just really well prepared. The meat is done but not dry. The mashed potatoes taste like mashed potatoes. It's high quality and served hot.
