They were quite responsive to my questions and making adjustments as our needs changed. I was very pleased with the person that they assigned to care for my sister. She was able to build a positive relationship with my sister, build some routine into her schedule, and kept me advised of relevant information. I would definitely recommend them to others.

We chose Advocate in-home care because I trusted the marketing girl that I worked with, she was knowledgeable and helpful and they seemed to be in line with everyone else in terms of the money. It has been a little challenging because I have had quite a few caregivers, but they have tried really hard to help and things have been resolved. Overall I would recommend to others who are looking based on our experience.

They were reliable and wanted to make sure that they were meeting our needs. There were maybe two aides that would come in. They were friendly and very accommodating. It took us a while to find them because the first couple agencies we used were horrible.

I'm very happy with them! His full time caregiver is wonderful. She took time off and the person who filled in wasn't a good fit for him.I brought it up to management and they assured me they would find a better temporary caregiver next time. I've used other agencies in the past that didn't turn out well but I am pleased with Advocate Home Care.

We only used them for a brief period, but our experience was a very positive one! The caregivers were prompt, friendly, and reliable, and the office staff were responsive and helpful. The people here were great to my friend. The staff did a wonderful job. Everything was smooth and they were able to get everything done that we requested. My friends aide was very understanding and we never had a bad day.

The lady that was on the job was doing a good job but she only lasted for a little over a month before she left for better pay. We found out that she was only getting paid [fee removed] and we were paying [fee removed] an hour. So 50% administrative cost. They sent a couple other but when we interviewed them it was obvious they had other career ambitions. We were concerned about the turnover so we discontinued the service

They tried to match our requests, and were mostly successful. We liked the people they sent.... Clean, efficient, reliable. I've started and stopped a few times because my husband objected to having someone here most days. He wants me to care for him.

The staff were very helpful and they work with you as much as you can so that was appreciated. They were very honest with what they could provided and the services. The honesty was greatly appreciated. We used these services for day and the office staff were very easy to communicate with. In the beginning of set up everything was explained well and I knew everything that I needed to know going into this.

They've been good. I like the caregiver. He's very nice and attentive. As a whole, Advocate In-Home Care has been very cooperative. and I would recommend them to others.

All is well for my mother since she is started to receive services from this home care agency. They have been great to work with, and I'am pleased. This is a home care agency a I would recommend overall, it is working out well for us.

I am happy with this service They were able to send me someone who can help with all my needs of cooking and house cleaning.. The care taker is very helpful in everyway. We like that she does arrive on time. I like that I was able to find someone who can help me with medications and personal needs. I would be happy to recommend this service and the caretaker for excellent in home care.

This didn't really meet our needs. It wasn't what we were expecting. No specific complaints about the agency itself it just didn't work for us.

The aid did nothing but sit in the house and watch t.v with my loved one. She was supposed to dust and care and shave my loved one and this was only done once. It felt like an expensive babysitter. I expected these services to be a whole lot different.
