Staff was excellent. Didn't seem to be very much turnover. Food better than average and plentiful. My husband was too ill for activities out of the facility but the holiday events, Super Bowl etc were nice for family and residents. The inside courtyard was really good for him as he always liked to be outside and he could do that and be safe. Financial things were clear. Appreciated the beauty shop. The administration was easy to communicate with. Building well maintained and attractive with room for personalization. I couldn't figure out the tv in his room but probably better for him to be out and about anyway. I would recommend the Iris for memory care clients.

My husband and I moved in here on [date removed] and have felt comfortable and welcome here. We have made new friends and staff is always helpful. We have a first floor unit with parking out back. The building has several elevators and stairs, and getting around is easy. The corridors are long but it gets us walking and moving around. The restaurant is a friendly meeting and eating place, with a first-class chef who offers a varied and interesting menu every week. (It's not a "Monday is meatloaf, Friday is fish" sort of menu.) It's nicely varied, with some ethnic foods as well as favorites such as Eggs Benedict and Chicken Cordon Bleu. There is an exercise room with hand weights, treadmill and three seated exercise machines, and it's kept cooler for exercise. We feel comfortable and welcome here and are very happy with our choice.

I am a long time friend and the guardian for [name removed], whose home was at Memory Care at Park Vista Port Orchard, WA his last few months. Previous AL and memory care facilities either struggled to meet his needs or were so costly, I was concerned about his long term finances. Park Vista provided consistent, quality care at affordable rates. The facilty is pleasant, clean and well maintained. All staff members were courteous and welcoming. I received overall good communication and regular updates on my friend's condition. I did have concerns about some of the facility's challenges with staff turnover--I think this is an issue for most in this industry. Nevertheless, the other staff members never dropped the ball with my dear friend [name removed]. Thank you Park Vista!

The staff is attentive and responsive. The rooms are nice and they are cleaned weekly. There are many activities. I would recommend them to others who are searching for senior living for their loved one.

My dad is quite happy with his accommodations. He has mobility limitations and says that sometimes he has to wait for assistance during busy hours, but he loves the staff, and they love him back. The care is dependable, and he is content.

We had toured several other facilities that I liked a lot, but unfortunately, my sister didn't. This was the first one that felt like home to her the minute she first walked in. The on boarding process was very easy and very caring. She's been in close to two months and loves it.

The staff is very caring, friendly and engaged with her. They work hard to keep all the residents active with multiple forms of activities such as painting, coloring, bead jewelry, scavenger hunts, walking in and outside weather permitting. They have many other activities for all to take part in. The food seems to be generally very good and they strive to have personalized meals when a resident doesn't care for the planned meal. Room cleanliness is pretty good but sometimes a little slow getting to an off schedule cleaning need. My wife has a one bedroom with separate living area and it is quite comfortable for her.

This facility is better than I could have hoped for! My brother's studio assisted living apartment is perfect for him. The staff has been exemplary as of this date. I know no place is perfect, but my experience with Woodland has been wonderful! My brother is happier than I've seen him in YEARS!

North Creek staff go out of their way to insure the happiness and safety of their residents. Our whole family feels reassured that our loved one is here

Everything was a 5 except for the activities, She was unable to do activities. The staff was great and the food was wonderful. The rooms nice and the whole atmosphere is light and airy. Residents were sweet as well. It's a bit pricey, but worth it.

We are already there and we love it there. We like the cleanliness and we would recommend Cedar Ridge by Bonaventure community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Spring Creek is a fantastic community with friendly staff and residents. My mom only stayed a few weeks because we realized she panics without constant company in her immediate space and her husband ended up not being able to join her. We have since moved her in with us and acquired in home care supports.

It feels very family oriented

What we like the most about Bonaventure of Vancouver are the staff and people, they are very kind! Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had.

My mom is happy and very content there and that's what I care about. She likes the food but I think they could have a better variety that's why I gave it 4. I believe most of the people are older ( my mom's 90) but very nice. She has a nice size One bedroom apartment, but they have different sizes from studio to 2 bedroom. She had housekeeper who cleans her room, changes sheets and washes towels and bedding. My mom adores her. She is independent living so she gets lunch and dinner; there are lots of exercises, movies, outings, driver for medical appointments and shopping, hairdresser and nail lady, bingo and several musical performers who come in, tea once a month plus many more things. There is a lot they offer but it doesn't seem overwhelming.

I am impressed with the staff and the activities they offered. Food was pretty good, too. For me, the access to the Care Manager for planning and in process checks needs a little work.

The care we are given by the staff, the food and choice of activities. It's a wonderful place, thank you for steering me in this direction. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

It's been a good experience! The staff is accommodating and easy to work with. I would recommend to others, very nice atmosphere and the food is really good my mom enjoys it.

Great engaging activities that have helped her to find good friends. She loves the holiday decor and support. Totally recommend- they have a strong community there
