Bonaventure

I loved the cleaning lady.. she was so great. The staff all friendly and thorough. The dining room tried to offer a variety of meals and almost always liked. The servers were almost always spot on. A very clean facility.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Additionally most of the residents are happy and friendly. My mom lives on the Independent/retirement living side of the facility. The building itself is very nice and well maintained with a lot of nice amenities. Overall I would rate it very highly with only one or two minor concerns dealing with occasionally the dishes and glasses not being clean but I believe their dishwasher broke recently. I'm happy with my decision to move mom to the Bonaventure in Keizer

It is a great facility. Any family would do well to get their loved ones here, either in the independent living or on the assisted living side. The food is good and the facility is clean and kept clean. There are lots of activities to get involved with as well.

A few things I like most about the community are the staff and the activities. It's also clean and most units are up to date. The units range from 1 br + k & b to 2 br, k, 2 b, laundry, & deck.

It is a great facility, with great food and great people/staff. The apartment size and location are also both good.

Bonaventure has a great atmosphere, residents are happy and social, it's very clean and smells good, they have tons of activities and social areas, happy hours, and a nice dining that serves restaurant style.

Specific to Memory Care they embrace the complexity of Resident and caretaking family. Residents in Memory Care are no longer managing their lives, Bonaventure understands the difficulties caretaking family has and accommodate their needs

The facility offers rides to appointments. But there is other transportation available in Snohomish County such as DART (Dial-a-Ride Transportation) I feel like maintenance staff at North Creek are pretty prompt when it comes to work orders. The front staff at the reception desk are very helpful. The administrative staff are relatively new. We have had some turnover, but currently including the executive Director, the assistant executive director, and the marketing director are a hole in one very helpful, friendly and kind.

Staff was very accommodating to family and friends. One concern was large chunks of meat; residents unable to cut with fork and with gravy messy to pick up with hands - it's a Choking concern.

The environment is so positive. Everyone is happy. The food is great. My dad loves having lunch and dinner with his friends. He has met some great people and they do fun stuff that gets him involved. He was living alone before he moved there and this has been the best thing for his health.

I Love the facility, the staff, the food, and the quality of care my 92 yr old mom is getting. What I find different here is that the admin has its eyes on the residents and not solely on the bottom line. Really glad I moved mom there!

Bonaventure rated a 5 in all categories. The problem was how big the facility was. My husband was afraid to come out of his room. I moved him to another facility and he was very happy there. He came out for meals and made some friends . Smaller was better for him. My sister was in Bonaventure for two years and she loved the bigness and was the party animal.

I would say 5 for all. It was an easy to use service and everyone we spoke to was extremely helpful and kind. There was a lot of follow-up which helped me out a lot.

Bonaventure saved us as a family. We had looked all sorts of other places, and we’re drawn into all sorts of nightmares options . Bonaventuretook my uncle in quickly because he had had a sudden loss of memory over several weeks and was in a skilled nursing facility and needed to leave. I hoped that my uncle would get better at Bonaventure in assisted living and guess what ?? in a period of less than 10 weeksHe has! He’s a very independent guy. He’s very strident about his likes and dislikes and he says the Bonaventure is a wonderfully one run place and they appreciate the community very much. I would recommend Bonaventure to myself and anyone else I meet. My uncle dearly misses his garage and his workshop. He likes to build things. I think he would choose to stay at Bonaventure long-term if he had the option to be able to work on projects. With that said, he’s well enough to go home so we can continue to build his creative projects.

Great experience with tour, offered free lunch of our choice, very warm and friendly. The place is beautiful and newly updated, 3.everyone is very friendly. Quality of care seems to be great. Administrative staff are helpful and very friendly. Food is wonderful. They have activities but [name removed] doesn't engage. Good value!!

The staff is stupendous. Everybody is so kind and [name removed] just loves it there! The activities are wonderful!

There is something magical happening here at Spring Creek so happy! Great food, great employees wonderful place to live! I highly recommend spring creek for your retirement needs. We are very happy here.

The staff is wonderful with mom - patient , kind, attentive. They are easy to get a hold of when we have questions and keep in touch with us well. They try hard to keep the residents entertained but it's rather difficult with dementia patients. We are very happy that our mother is there.
