Bonaventure

I am very happy with Bonaventure - The home is absolutely beautiful and the personnel are kind and very helpful with everything.

[name removed] is in assisted living 24/7 and loves all the activity of med techs helping him. Mostly girls. They admin his meds which is a great relief for us. They take him occasionally to & from his appointments. Overall, very satisfied.

It's fine if they can take care of themselves, but not if they need constant attention. Staff was very nice. Supervisors though had a high turnover and didn't last long or have anything good to say about their supervisors. Apartments were normal. Nobody seemed to go outside much.

The staff at Maple Ridge has been very active/responsive with me and my loved one. The staff is very helpful and informative. My loved one is eating regularly in the gorgeous dining room, has dining companions with every meal.

Bonaventure staff is wonderful, caring, and supportive. My Dad was treated with respect and in a loving manner. They need to improve the food. My Dad has passed. I would recommend Bonaventure in Puyallup to my family and friends.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. Lots of activities to choose from. Food is good but tends to be bland. Apartment size is comfortable. Love that all three components are together and available. Independent assisted and memory. They have integrated hospice which I also needed in addition to potentially the memory care in the near future. It is nice that there is also transport to and from doctor appointments with me living out of state.

I chose this community because of the proximity, friendliness, friend there. I would recommend to others.

We are very happy here at Bonaventure at Keizer Station

Staff is a bit slow to respond because they are not fully staffed and need to hire in ALL area of Bonaventure. However, the staff that are there are very kind, caring, and supportive. The food is EXCELLENT and very reasonably priced for guests. We like Bonaventure, but it would be better if they were fully staffed and put effort into the activities. I have heard from longer time residents that the social aspect and activities were excellent. However, recently they have not been very good due to lack of staffing. I have heard this many many times from longer time residents. They just hired and promoted a young man named Ken to be the activities director. He is very outgoing and seems like he might (hopefully) get the activities and social aspects of this facility back up to where they were or better. I also like the assisted living director. She is very attentive to my MIL needs. Unfortunately, I think she might also be short staffed, which is impeding on her ability to function at her top level. The cooks are excellent. The wait staff in the dining rooms are definitely short staffed. However, they really do a good job with all the tasks they need to do during meals. I feel sorry for them because they are understaffed and seem to be doing the work of 2-3 staff members each. But they remain cheerful and attentive. To sum it up, this Bonaventure location BADLY NEEDS to hire MORE quality staff to function at the level of excellence it wants to portray.

The facility is lovely, new and very well appointed. Rooms are very nice. Lots of activities to choose from and a lot of different things. Currently, they are doing a dog training program for the residents.

Every one is friendly. Eat there today and the lunch was good told the chief that he said it 2 more a pound but worth it came around and ask the people how they like it it was thumbs up for the people he asked. After talking to some of those who live there have lived there for 5, 7, 10 years so they must be doing something right.

Everything has been a great experience, The workers are so kind.

This is easy! 5's for all. I have not one disappointing or bad thing to say. The staff is phenomenal. Everything is upbeat and well cared for. You'll never find anything on the floors or grounds.

Our experience with Bonaventure was very good. The communication with Gary was excellent and he was very good with followup. He encouraged us to spend as much time as possible at the facility, including multiple meals. They sent us invites to their special events. They went out of their way to hold a room until Mom could decide for sure she wanted to make the move, and offered move in tips. Since she moved in there have been some staffing hiccups. It seems maintenance behind, but it appears they have addressed that issue. Also, from Mom's feedback the food quality and service has been going down hill. They had 2 daily choices, now only one. And the cook was not wanting to make omlettes. We have been told they are looking for an in-house chef, and may have found one by now. From our observations aside from the food, the residents seem to be happy and content.

A few things I like most about this community is the friendly staff, it's clean and they have delicious food. I would recommend North Creek to others.

The staff are very caring, the facility is well maintained, and the price is reasonable. They provide transportation to doctors appointments for my mother and have established a good relationship with doctors coming into the building. My mother is happy there and she is receiving good care.

The staff is friendly an very helpful. The residents who come to meals are also very friendly.

Rooms were larger & brighter than most others. Large balconies, 2nd r 2bath; large hallways, nice kitchens, better storage than most, exercise room. Checked all our boxes! Very happy here!

The breadth of available activities was impressive. The views were fantastic. Square footage is great.
