Staff is very considerate and caring, Excellent and price-competitive.

When my mom started they had a gardening club and a choir offered, but the person running them was let go. Mom tried to get someone to help her with the exercise bike but the girl had no clue. Recently, I went to the Sequoia's and was super impressed with Bingo and their programs... So I think 3 is very fair for Woodland... We would definitely recommend Woodland. The management went the extra mile to help us transition Mom to a place where should still retain some independence.

The meals and dining and the activities is difficult because of how far along she was. At the end she didn't even know her name. [fee removed]/month seemed high at first but looking back I probably should've done this sooner. I thought I am a retired nurse I can do it. Ok until it wasn't. A care team would have been better than just me. The Iris is bright and cheerful and the staff were great. I was given a key fob for the door and told that I could use it 24/7.

I loved the extra touches of a home like setting, the different colored doors and quietness of the memory care and the staff are all genuinely kind friendly people. They could improve on meal time- takes a long time to get food, often they run out and with the budget cuts there's not many options. Also they have lost of great staff because of the corporate decisions to increase hours or cut staff.

Bonaventure is a great place for active older adults. It has friendly residents and staff. It's clean and visually pleasant and friendly.

They do a pretty good job! And if there is any question they call me to confirm. They are very easy to work with! 5. 5++ The admin staff is pretty amazing! It's a difficult job keeping everyone on track and with a good attitude and they do it very well! I feel I can call at any time and get updates. I truly love the admin and the staff Iv worked with! 6. I give it a 3+. They have options, but I wish they could cater more to the individual. That has been my biggest gripe at any assisted living facility. 7. 3. I wish they had more options for small groups. And that they were able to make sure that the residents were coming to them. This also is difficult for most facilities with such varied mental abilities of the residents. 8. 4. I feel all of these type facilities are way overpriced. However, Olympic place is still the best care for your money. Also, I'd like to say that we have seen quite a few facilities that might have looked nicer in the outside, but we chose Olympic Place for the continuity of care and the safety issue! That has always been the most important factor for me! I truly feel that dad is safe there and they do their best for him.

Clean facilities, activities, transportation, and happy residents are important to me enjoying the next few years of my life. Make sure when you are trying to find a new "home" or place to live, it will feel right.

Comments: 1. Beautiful facility 2. Clean 3. Kind and courteous staff. 4. A bit Spend, but they will work with you to help bring the price down if they can. Family member may have to take on some of the everyday caregiving tasks, such as laundry or house keeping, no big deal but you will save money. 5. Punctual 6. Pet friendly 7. Loads of activities. Negatives: staff overturns, but that's everywhere, and the food is so so.

What we like the most about Bonaventure of Gresham is the overall friendliness and the activities provided. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

They have been amazing. My mom loves it there. The staff are all very caring and sweet with my mom. The facility is very clean and beautifully decorated.

My mom is declining and if i can't go see her they will go check on her and call me back. They have a lot of activities for the residents to participate in, and the staff are very pleasant and nice. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on our experience.

When I met with them they were honest and interviewed my mom and recommended assisted living instead of memory care. She was there for almost a year before we had to move her home and am looking for memory care. Others only offered memory care without talking to my mom. I feel they care for the client, it's not about the money. Communication is great. They know all names, its like family.

Compared to the other facilities we toured, this was the most friendly, the staff is engaged with the residents and seem to really care about them, lots of activities. The residents seem happy, AND best of all, it catered to my mom's gluten free diet. None of the other places could do that.

The staff at Bonaventure of Gresham are professional and caring, but, most of all, kind. I trust them completely with my mother's care. The facility is bright, cheerful and clean, with a wide variety of activities offered.

They take pets (dogs) and have a program to assist the residents with caring for the pet. The relationship between the staff and the residents. The willingness to assist us in a manner above and beyond what I would expect. They had a room available when we needed one and were willing to keep it available until we could move in.

The facility is neat & clean & well-appointed. Staff is very friendly & welcoming. They went over & above to make sure it was a good fit for my brother. An administrator drove 4 hours to meet with him- on her day off. My brother likes the food- a biggy as he was used to cooking for himself. The med staff has been very helpful.

They've been wonderful so far. My mom is requiring more care than we originally thought. The staff at Bonaventure has been very helpful with transitioning my mom to a higher level of care. They've really helped decrease the stress over having an aging family member.

Proximity to my granddaughter, newer than only other facility available in the area, brighter with large windows, seemed more cheerful.
