Took great care of my mom. My mom started in assisted living. There they cared and loved her. My mom moved to memory care. Memory care had issues with keeping staff but that is normal. They loved my mom until she passed.

Staff and most of the residents are very friendly. Meals are mostly very good but we can order alternatives if we want. Activities are good. I have been here 3 months. At first it was quite an adjustment but am really happy! I still have my car and still volunteer every week at a food pantry in Oregon. Still independent and hope to be for a long time! Am happy I chose this place and appreciate all of your help in getting me here

Bonaventure of Lacey Senior Living has excellent staff and overall facility operations. My mom started at a level 5 care (the highest level) and she worked her way down to level 1. Truly remarkable, and we feel it probably wouldn't have happened without such a caring staff. This facility has many opportunities for residents to participate in group games, family get-togethers, staff/resident meetings, entertainment, and outings. We would definitely recommend this facility to other families who are looking for a comfortable, welcoming and safe environment.

We would have to give everything a 5 except for the meals and dining, the residents there tell me every once in a while that its delicious but most days it is not. However, what we like the most about Bonaventure is the neighbors, the spacious accommodations and the activities.

Friendly. Very contentious staff. Very helpful with tenants and family. Good communication with family regarding tenants. Helpful when hospice was needed and the staff worked well with hospice and family.

I give them a 5 plus! The facility is so clean and everyone is friendly. All is good with mom. Bonaventure of East Wenatchee is amazing. They take great care of mom and the staff is amazing and very helpful.

The staff was welcoming and accommodating. Beautiful facility. The staff(Caregivers ) did their best, but the facility is understaffed. Caregivers are working long shifts and continuous days. The turnover is high. The meals look appealing but the taste of the food is awful.

A place for mom is a great resource, helped us find a community for our mother, Bonaventure in pueblo has been awesome and the staff are great always making sure you and your loved ones needs are meet , would recommend for sure

The staff at Cedar Ridge is amazing! So fun to be around. It feels like you are on holiday. Everyone is smiling and laughing. The food is really good. Made with fresh veggies. The activities are so fun. There is something to do every hour, every day. I would absolutely recommend Cedar Ridge to others. The people that live there would tell you that they love it. I love that it is a mix of retired and assisted.

Great atmosphere. room sizes and amenities offered are good, better than the other options we looked at. I do recommend The Iris to others looking, it is a good choice for memory care.

I would absolutely recommend Bonaventure of Lacey Senior Living. The staff are very good at their jobs. They care about the residents. I feel like there are so many opportunities and activities, especially in the memory care at Bonaventure. The residents in the memory care are not just forgotten about. There are activities and trips daily for them. I'm always impressed at the meals that are provided every day. And over all the cleanliness is very good for the facility size. I also feel like they are very good with communication from minor issues to major issues.

My loved one is currently a resident at Bonaventure of Medford and everything has been great. The staff are all very caring. I would recommend Bonaventure of Medford to others. However, if the resident is in assisted living I would recommend high interaction with the care supervisor to make sure there is follow through between the Dr and the facility/ communications regarding prescriptions and care needs.

I absolutely love the place! They are all very nice. Very clean facility, very friendly staff and they show concern for the residents safety. I would highly recommend Olympic Place Retirement to others.

After all the restrictions and isolation that plagued Senior Living, it was a hard process to bring life and joy back to communities. At Maple Ridge you can feel it. The staff really care and the activities are bringing excitement and fun, the food has gotten fabulous and you and/or your loved one will be well cared for both physically and emotionally.

They are very thorough and helped me make the choice to put my mom in assisted living instead of memory care. They personally met with her to evaluate her memory loss. Can't say enough good things. The room sizes are large. My Mom feels it's too big for her. They have activities/events every day (crafts, movies, exercise classes, etc). They have a bowling alley (2 lanes), pool table, shuffle board, puzzle tables, church and a movie theater . A café that has coffee and water all day along with snacks such as muffins, fruit, soft serve, popcorn. All staff know my mom by name and myself also.

I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone and I'm pleased with the escalating level of services which I thought were more specific to nursing homes.

Bonaventure of Lacey Senior Living has a very pleasant staff who advocated strongly for our dad when he was being treated poorly at the rehabilitation facility that he was in. We got him back to Bonaventure and he had excellent care. Lots of nice friends, staff was kind and caring to family as well. Highest recommendation.

The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming and flexible. The environment is clean.

Bonaventure of East Wenatchee is a very nice facility. Friendly staff. The room size as much as double that of other facilities that we looked at. They offer daily activities. I'm happy with the meals overall and they offer alternative selections. Assessable communication. I would recommend this facility.

I would say it's a warm, bright, welcoming and safe place. The staff enjoy their jobs and treat the residents well. The month to month payment plan is a great option and the pay is based on the level of support the resident requires. There are a wide variety of activities offered and it has a hair salon onsite. It is also nice that there are independent care residents there as well.
