Bonaventure

They are very thorough and helped me make the choice to put my mom in assisted living instead of memory care. They personally met with her to evaluate her memory loss. Can't say enough good things. The room sizes are large. My Mom feels it's too big for her. They have activities/events every day (crafts, movies, exercise classes, etc). They have a bowling alley (2 lanes), pool table, shuffle board, puzzle tables, church and a movie theater . A café that has coffee and water all day along with snacks such as muffins, fruit, soft serve, popcorn. All staff know my mom by name and myself also.

I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone and I'm pleased with the escalating level of services which I thought were more specific to nursing homes.

Bonaventure of Lacey Senior Living has a very pleasant staff who advocated strongly for our dad when he was being treated poorly at the rehabilitation facility that he was in. We got him back to Bonaventure and he had excellent care. Lots of nice friends, staff was kind and caring to family as well. Highest recommendation.

The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming and flexible. The environment is clean.

Bonaventure of East Wenatchee is a very nice facility. Friendly staff. The room size as much as double that of other facilities that we looked at. They offer daily activities. I'm happy with the meals overall and they offer alternative selections. Assessable communication. I would recommend this facility.

I would say it's a warm, bright, welcoming and safe place. The staff enjoy their jobs and treat the residents well. The month to month payment plan is a great option and the pay is based on the level of support the resident requires. There are a wide variety of activities offered and it has a hair salon onsite. It is also nice that there are independent care residents there as well.

The staff at Olympic Place Retirement and Assisted Living go above and beyond. Everything is thoroughly explained, lots of amenities on site. Great location, within walking distance to grocery store, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with lots of greenery. I would recommend this facility to others.

The staff goes above and beyond excepted to make the residents feel important and cared for. Beautiful facility in a great part of town. All the upper management is in the same building - Easy to talk to someone if you have any concerns or questions about care.

They are always warm and friendly. I would definitely recommend Cedar Ridge to others.

We moved to Bonaventure several months ago by choice while we are still active. The residents are friendly and the staff are very helpful. Our apartment is quite comfortable and easy to maintain. The facility is kept clean and is well decorated. We are very happy residing in Independent Living at Bonaventure of Salem.

The staff is very friendly and take great care to ensure my mom is included and invited to all of their events! When I enter the building, they call me by my first name, which makes me feel very good! The community provides wonderful meals, social hours, musical entertainment, church services, and opportunities for outings in town. Mom is doing great!

My Mom would of spent 3 years at Arlington Bonaventure, Olympic place this [date removed] but passed away [date removed]. Mom passed peacefully in her apartment at Olympic place. I can't praise the staff there enough. Mom was on Hospice for 2 weeks. The caregivers, Nurses, Med-tecs were caring, loving and attentive to Mom during this hard time. Honestly I don't know what I would of done without their support. With that said, I encourage anyone looking for a facility for your parents to choose Arlington Bonaventure. I could leave my Mom confident that the staff would take care of her.

The residents are fabulous and my mom and dad feel good there. So the only really major complaint is the food. It needs a lot of improvement. It would also be nice if their menu, besides what the daily special is, had a little more items to choose from.

I found the facility to be clean and tidy, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and always available if either my mother or I had any questions or concerns. The facility's location is convenient to nearby shopping, but with the landscaping, it feels more secluded / private. Pets were welcome, both cat and dog {with a security deposit}. There are several configurations of room available, from studio to multiple bedroom, some even having a small balcony. Personalization of the area outside of resident's apartment doors is allowed, even encouraged. She was able to hang anything on the walls that she wanted, from pictures to small shelves. My mother had a pretty limited diet due to medical issues. They always managed to have something available at mealtimes that she was able to eat. If the day's featured meal wasn't something she could eat, she was able to request something else from the menu. She had a full-sized fridge in her room, as well as a sink and a microwave. {Other units might have more of a kitchen available.} She was able to have her own food in her room, and to be able to prepare and clean up from it as well. She was allowed to have guests join her for meals in the dining room, for a small cost. There was a wide variety of activities, ranging from off-site events in the area like day-trips to restaurants and community events, as well as shopping to local stores and rides to local doctor appointments; to on-site events such as music performances, movie nights, bingo, as well as club-type events like bible study groups, knitting, and various other crafting. The activity directors organized several crafty type events each month that residents could make things such as seasonal decorations. The facility has several puzzle rooms / areas to use with a wide assortment of puzzles always available to work on, as well as several small library / reading areas. The county library brought an assortment of books at least once a month for residents to choose from. There were also 'theme days' residents were able to participate in, if they wanted to. One that I recall was 'polka dot day'. The staff passed out sticker dots that the residents were able to put on their clothing, if they wanted to. I was visiting on the polka dot day and as a guest I was able to have as many dots as I wanted as well. Another themed day was Hawaiian shirt day. Everyone who wanted could dress up in a brightly flowered type of shirt, and they had silk flower leis to wear as well. The dining area was also used as an extra activity area (bingo, etc.). It was always decorated for whatever the holiday that month was.

I was very happy with everything that was provided for my mother. I did not encounter anything that could have been better. I would always recommend.

We are very pleased with Bonaventure Tri Cities.

Mom has been living here for a few months now and we have really enjoyed the management team in the facility. Whenever I have a question they are quick to jump in and help us. The facility is new, very clean... it still smells like new carpet, the staff are great with my mom, she is not the easiest of clients for a memory care.

I would recommend to others. Also the food is good & varied. It's friendly staff, nice facilities, and lots to do for residents.

My loved one seems comfortable and cozy at Bonaventure with his kitty. He has a nice little balcony where he can enjoy beautiful sunsets. The residents and staff are very pleasant. Bonaventure provides lots of activities and outings for those who wish to participate. The location where my loved one is, is close to family and shopping, which is another bonus.
