Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful! Maintenance team is very responsive to any issue brought to their attention.

We are very happy at the Summit at Saratoga. There is so many things to do, or not, depending on your interests. People are very kind and friendly. Many great lectures, concerts, parties and fun!! Many different apartment sizes available: 2 bedroom, 2 bath 2bedroom, 1 bath 1 bedroom, 1 bath They are all very comfortable.

Staff was amazing! So helpful with assisting my dad with his TV set up and even hanging pictures for him. I didn't feel like I needed to be there a lot. They have great extras and amenities, my dad just didn't utilize them. He's a homebody

There is an upfront one time fee to pay for activities. I think it was $[removed] and the staff didn't mention it to me. I was told it was in a brochure but I don't recall seeing it. She has the larger model one bedroom and it is quite nice. Very nice appliances as well.

Although we have only been here 6 weeks it feels like home. Everyone here is friendly and welcoming. The staff is wonderful and responsive. Our 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath is perfect for us. There are so many activities every day to choose from. From exercise classes to movies in the movie theater to arts and crafts. The continental breakfast is surprisingly good with lots of healthy options. Yogurt, fruit, cereal and pastries accompany the best coffee. The coffee is available 24:7. You can do as much or as little as you prefer of the activities and outings. The common areas are beautiful. So if you would like to get out of your apartment you can relax in a comfortable room with a fireplace and comfy chairs. As you can tell we really like our new home.

Very good/attentive staff, [name removed] is the facility director and she is great. They have a lot of amenities, unfortunately, I am 63 & still working, so I could not take advantage of many. My apartment was a very good size, I am only one person so it was the perfect size for me. They do have washers and dryers in the units which I miss! It is expensive, but they have so much to offer. I would highly recommend Summit at Mill Hill!

This is a great place to live. Friendly people. Lots to do. All kinds of movement class and craft classes. Card games, mah jong, scrabble. Something for everyone. Apartments are a good size with nice appliances.

We would rate The Summit with 5 stars in every area. My mom has loved being there and wished they had made the move years ago. The facility is spotless at all times, all the staff are pleasant and quick to respond to any needs or requests. She enjoys the morning breakfast and socialization. Our Dad passed in the Spring and since then she has been able to take advantage of more activities; enjoying the pool almost daily, participates in bingo twice a week, gaming, s'more nights, the entertainment and Happy Hour. She has made many friends and is so glad she is there.

They offer many activities - exercise, pool, sauna, happy hour, trips, cards, salon (you pay), onsite PT (your insurance or pay yourself). It is a very helpful and friendly community. Close to many stores and bus line. It is an older group ( not many 55 -65) I really like it for my mom. I feel comforted with her living there and feel she is safe. I would definitely recommend.

Beautiful atmosphere..friendly and helpful staff.

It was a little hard at first. The downsizing and moving was tough for us. We like our cottage. There are many things to do. I attend two exercise classes, play cards, tried bingo. I like the monthly lunch out group and Wine Wednesday. Once a week they provide a meal. The main facility is very nice. The people are friendly and welcoming. I have a nice group that I get together with. I love the pool and exercise room. It's nice that this facility is not huge. I would recommend this as a home.

Summit at Halfmoon is a brand new community and is very clean. We would Absolutely recommend this community to other families. It's a beautiful place with lots of activities to do in beautiful sounding and close to shopping and grocery stores. We love the Breakfast, waffle Wednesdays, the "tavern" storage area next to apt

For the Summit Senior Living in Saratoga Springs, NY: 5 for all categories! The main office staff is a very friendly and committed staff organizing many social events, communicate well, respond quickly. The continental breakfast brings residents together in the morning and from there they make friends and socialize. This is exactly what we needed for mom!

Wonderful community with many social activities, making such a difference in the quality of my parents lives. It seemed nice when touring and was a central location for other family members.

This place has it all in one spot and more. He loves it here there are so many activities and they offer so many extras at little to no extra cost. The staff are attentive and the residents are friendly and nice. A great place for people with independence! Highly recommend here!!

I picked this community, because they were friendly - lots of activities - nice large apartments -[name removed]was always very helpful and still is. I would recommend to other families, we do all the time.

I've had a great experience with Summit at Saratoga. The staff was very helpful with the move. It's a friendly community, and they offer a lot of activities.

I had researched many apartments to go as far as a spread sheet with/without columns. When I had the chance to visit The Summit at Saratoga with intentions to go to Half-moon, I signed up, with deposit, the Same Day. The manager was grateful and attentive to my needs.she gave us a tour of so many things,places and rooms I lost track. Very thorough. Very nice which I expected, however it was genuine. When we sat down to decide, I had forgotten the place I really wanted. Thank You "The Summit". We will see as it gets closer. Can't Wait!!!

I have toured a couple of summit communities locally and overall found them to be just the place I would like to live in. I’m selling my home to allow more freedom for myself/husband from constant chores in/outdoors over many yrs. Besides the aging process I believe we will enjoy many of the amenities available at summit at Halfmoon. A smaller home frees up time doing fun things for ourselves n w/others. This summit will be close to family also which is a plus overall. So I say “time” is getting short now and it’s a chance to enjoy the good stuff while we can !!
