Very clean place, room size is just fine, staff are very helpful and caring

The building is so well designed for movement and interaction with those with dementia. I was very impressed. I saw Staff interact with residents in a positive manner. I saw residents interact with each other because they were not confined to their rooms. I particularly liked the outdoor space that was open to residents to freely go through unlocked doors as the total facility indoors and outdoors is secured. When I read the mission and design for this facility as a total memory unit, I could concur totally as I saw it being carried out. Though there are 64 residents the building is broken down into four “neighborhoods”, which are accessible to all but provide a smaller homelike feel. . I witnessed a celebratory gathering in the community area with many residents in attendance. I give this place a very high rating.

Good ratio of staff to residents. My friend enjoys the food. Artis works hard to engage and involve family members. I would recommend Artis for a person needing memory care. Artis is probably more expensive than the average.

The activities are constant and wonderful. My mother is so happy and has found a boyfriend. Her mobility has improved. I am impressed with the facilities, both inside and outside, and the food is delicious and healthy.

We had a very pleasant in informative visit and greatly appreciate the time afforded to us. [name removed] and her staff were wonderful as well.

My mom's care team is wonderful. There are activities from about 10am-4pm each day to keep residents involved and out of their rooms. Rooms are BIG and private. Place is very clean.

The staff is just wonderful they know how to deal with the memory care patients with love and patience and if you have any questions they are there to assist in any way possible to find a resolution. I have nothing but praise for Artis. She has been there 3+ months and the family couldn't be any happier.

Straight 5s. They are the best!!!! Everyone who works there is so kind and great at what they do. They have created an atmosphere that is so welcoming and homey. My uncle is doing so well thanks to them. He loves the people there and the food. It is a beautiful place and we are so thankful that he is there and being taken care of by such amazing people.

Artis of Evesham overall is an awesome place. The staff are some of the most caring, kind, compassionate people I've ever come across. The cleanliness of the entire building is exceptional. Their activities draw everyone into participating whether they intended to or not. This was the best decision my family and I have made for the care of my mother. Highly recommend to anyone!

My comments: mom seems to interact and socialize during morning activities, although I've only been there a few times in the morning, facility seems clean, mom says food is good and I was encouraged to decorate her room and shadow box for mom making it homey and familiar.

I have no idea about the meals and dining service, but they do bbq's every Wednesday and that's really good. We like The way the staff interacts with the residents. To redirect them they hold hands which is very comforting to a resident. All of the staff is great, the activity director does a wonderful job. Upper management is very caring and is very active in the residents lives. They have a support group that has been very helpful. My sister is very comfortable there and feels safe, she no longer packs her belongings and cries to come home.

I haven't been to Artis myself yet, but my brother reports that my mother is doing better there than at the previous place. I think that allowing the residents to go outside at will and to walk anywhere they want in the building is a much better plan than keeping them locked on one floor. I have had some telephone meetings with staff and they are always very informative and willing to answer any questions or concerns.

Artis is a kind compassionate place. They keep the residents entertained a good bit of the time. They are very friendly and respectful of the residents. All isn't perfect, but they do the best they can with the resources they have.

The staff/care were excellent, admin related responsiveness was high, onsite activities were great and supported social engagement, cleanliness was great. I recall that the food may have just been ok . My mom had a studio and I didn't see the larger rooms.

We're very happy with Artis. [name removed] has settled in well. We are happy with the facility and the staff. It's especially nice for people who have dementia, but are still physically active since it is dedicated memory care. There is room to move about -- inside and out -- securely. I would recommend.

Excellent communication, no real "chain of command," I can talk to anyone. Good personal connection to mom. The apartment cleaning could be improved, it can get a little messy between cleanings.

My grandmother is very happy with her home at Artis evesham. The staff is very attentive and Caring. The environment is clean and well kept. The food is wonderful (her words). There is plenty of freedom for walks and sitting areas for relaxing. Always something of interest going on, such as performances with singers, games and exercises. Our family is grateful that a facility like this is available to care for her.

I really liked the facility. The person we spoke with [name removed] was very helpful and very pleasant. The facility was beautiful, very clean. We have decided to proceed with moving my husband there.
