I can’t say enough positive things about this memory care community! From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warmth and genuine care the staff has for residents. What truly stands out is the incredible level of engagement. The team goes above and beyond to create meaningful activities that keep residents active, stimulated, and connected. It’s not just about keeping busy—it’s about creating joy and purpose every single day. And the food—absolutely terrific! It’s clear that a lot of thought and effort goes into preparing meals that are not only nutritious but also delicious and appealing. It’s so reassuring to know that residents are truly enjoying what they eat. Overall, this community delivers a wonderful blend of compassion, engagement, and quality. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional memory care for their loved one.

Artis is a beautiful facility; perfect for memory care. I looked at 3 other facilities before I chose Artis. One facility didn't even supply toilet paper, and at one, all the residents were crammed into one activity room, also a couple had elevators, which I am sure my sister could not navigate. Artis has 4 separate communities, each with its own dining room, living room and kitchen, so it is not so overwhelming with people. The outside gardens and walking path are so beautiful and there is always an activity going on for the residents. The nurses and aides are wonderful and very caring. The only thing I can say negatively is that the room and closet are rather small. But, they do supply all the furniture and toilet paper!

I did a video tour of the memory care building because I live out of state and they also had a virus going around the facility. Susan was very informative and showed me everything. I like that the residents can go anywhere in the building and also have an enclosed secure outdoor area to walk in as well. My Mom has dementia and has been able to exit other facilities. I think that the freedom to go in and out to a secure area without being constantly redirected will allow her to be much happier in this place.

Great tour! Lorraine was fantastic! Explained everything to a "t". Met several other staff members and all were warm and friendly. The building was clean, comfortable, smelled nice and very well thought out for those types of residents who love to roam. We are going to be placing our Mother here as we feel comfortable with the staff and the fact that she can roam around the facility freely.

The communication between staff and nurses is excellent. You can always contact someone if you have questions.

We found the facility to be exceptionally inviting, kind and intentional. We enjoyed our experience throughout the tour and honestly would not consider another facility better for memory care and overall health and wellness for our mother. Thank you, all.

I recently visited a family friend here at Artis of Palm Coast. Wow.. what a beautiful place! It looks like its own city practically inside. If you have a loved one that just likes to keep walking, this community has the space for it! Very clean, staff are all very nice, and the activities were very creative and fun. This Artis location is awesome,

Every member of the staff is patient and friendly. They have many activities to do every day. They do a great job keeping me informed of what's going on in the community, in general, and with my mom, specifically.

Wonderful and caring place. Staff treats everyone with respect and pays attention to their needs. Many activities throughout the day to keep residents engaged. Residents have private rooms with large bathroom and shower.

Artis Senior Living in Branford is an amazing place, beautifully and carefully designed to meet the specific needs of elders with dementia and to keep them safe and happy. The staff is professional and kind, the food is delicious and healthy, and the activities are fun and varied, tailored to the age and tastes of the community. Each resident has their own room with their own bathroom, within four neighborhoods, each named for a local neighborhood in the area. The outdoor area is lovely with patios and grills, and linking pathways to enjoy. My mother is very happy at Artis and I'm thrilled with the monthly price (just under [Amount Removed]) that never changes, unlike many facilities.

I moved my Mother here, and from the beginning ARTIS and the E.D., D. O. N., ALL staff were AMAZING, EXCELLENT! Above and beyond. BEST of the BEST! I only wish I had found ARTIS sooner... Thank you, ARTIS!!

We have been so impressed with everyone at Great Falls and feel so lucky that my uncle has such great care. The people are so kind and caring. He seems to really enjoy the activities and has settled in well.

Unfortunately, my husband was recently diagnosed as needing memory care. I turned to A Place for Mom and was connected to a friendly, knowledgeable advisor who recommended several appropriate facilities within my area. After many calls, visits and research, it became clear that Artis offered the most unique environment for memory care residents. Their neighborhood concept for 16 residents consists of their own fully equipped modern kitchen, attractive dining room with tables for four, a beautifully decorated living room with a fireplace and large screen TV and a lovely screened in porch. Other common light-filled areas feature high ceilings and comfortable seating for casual gatherings. Aides are specially trained and assigned to assist individuals throughout the day. Many activities are planned and organized for this population’s enjoyment. At this difficult time, it is my fervent hope that my husband will find peace and comfort in the outstanding accommodations at Artis.

This is a beautiful facility. A lot of careful planning and thoughtfulness went into making this place safe for loved ones with memory issues. It is wonderful that they furnished rooms available for new residents if need a place right away. They choose to have their own possessions there as well. I like that there is an option to stay there up to 14 days if a temporary place to stay in needed.

This Valentine's Day I want to share how amazing the folks at Artis are. They've been caring for mom for the past six months and have turned her health around. When Dad became ill recently and was placed on hospice the staff could see the toll it was taking on me, trying to make sure I was able to attend to both of their needs and help mom understand why he wasn't able to visit for "Sunday funday", our weekly family tradition. The director of community integration suggested I bring dad to Artis so he could spend his last days with mom. I was blown away that they would do this for her (and me, and dad) and it was a beautiful ending to their life long love story. Dad spent his final moments with mom by his side. I thank God for Artis everyday, and this beautiful gift of closure they were able to give us as a family. Amazing people, amazing place!!!

The staff here are very caring and genuinely attentive to the residents’ needs. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.

[name removed] is a nice man. He asked us relevant questions about our loved one and was very descriptive and helpful about what the facility has to offer. I really like this place. It is clean, the staff speak English, the residents seem happy and well taken care of. Unfortunately for our family member, it seems a bit small. He likes to roam, so needs more space and people.

This community not only looks and feels different than any other Memory Care in Palm Coast the staff was amazingly interactive, smiling and are friendly. The residents seemed engaged and the Community is very open and bright with outside access to a courtyard.. A must see before you make a decison

There connection to the patients. They had a level of respect and compassion that I appreciated. I would recommend them to others. They had excellent follow through and were very patient and understanding of our unique situation and the complexity it created.
