I wish we had longer experience at the place to make better statement about the place and care. But I would advice to use this community for the care of your loved ones

It is safe and clean. It is also expensive like all of them. I would recommend to others.

I would highly recommend, everyone there is wonderful. It's specifically for memory care, everything is for them and available to them. It seemed like a lot of other places kept the memory care patients separated, and to participate in group activities, a family member needed to be there. Plus they can walk outside independently anytime between 6am and I think 8pm. They have a large walking path that is fenced in.

Artis gets all 5s! We were so happy with it. It was an active, loving and caring place. The staff always went above and beyond - texting photos of mom enjoying activities and giving her the affectionate attention she so loved. For the value we received, it was an absolute bargain!

My mother was only at Artis for 5 weeks but in that time they were able to make her comfortable and the family feel like part of the community. They are caring, compassionate, and handle people with dignity. It was truly a wonderful facility and we would recommend them highly.

The whole facility is clean. Staff treats residents with good care and respect. Meals are good, and there are lots of activities for the residents.

Staff is very attentive, compassionate and professional. They encourage residents to participate in the many activities offered.

What I have been most impressed with is the sincere smiles and care the staff shows for the residents and perhaps even more important are the smiles and engagement that the residents show for both each other and the guests that are visiting .

Totally resident-focused, clean, pleasant environment, safe and quiet. Adaptable to individual needs and preferences, supportive to families.

Nurses aides so over and above with their care for the resident and visitors and hospice is outstanding.

First impressed are always the best.. I found the evolutive staff to be sincere and caring. This continued when my spouse became a resident the caregiver the nurses everyone. I cannot. Thank you.

What I like most about the community is they take the time to know the residents and their families. They are very patient with the residents.

The Staff and facility are the right recipe for Memory Care residents. The place is simple and homey. The food is easy for residents to eat and staff is helpful during dining time. The activities for the residents are geared toward these specific residents. They try to appeal to their generation familiarity and work on their cognitive abilities. Rooms are simple, yet comfortable, leaving space for movement by the resident therefore making it easy for them to get around. The facility is clean and staff is accessible to family and supportive. It feels like a small family and for memory care residents and family to me that is important. This type of illness is difficult enough, so the support of the staff goes a long way.

Artis has been great! The only shortcoming is the lack of outdoor walking space and walking opportunities in general. We would very much so recommend the community to other families based on the experience so far

I would give it all a 5. We were very pleased with the staff , the activities and honestly all the help they provided us when my dad needed hospice care. They visited him at the hospital to see what was happening and were honestly fantastic when we needed to remove him from his home quickly. I would highly recommend them. They care about their residents and do so much to enrich their lives.

I chose Artis Senior Living because of all the things that I rated so high. Mainly the cleanliness of the facility and the friendliness and responsiveness of the staff. The fact that the facility is 10 minutes from my house was also a plus. There appears to be low staff turnover.

The facility is quite nice. It is clean, tastefully decorated, has a nice outdoor area. The food is healthy. My mom really likes the meals. There are activities daily. I always get a welcome response when I talk with staff.

Caregivers and administrative staff all pitching to do whatever is necessary to make things work smoothly for all the residents. They are all very helpful with any questions. You might be concerned about the right to answer. Those might be wrong immediately. Overall, this is a very friendly place. Best thing I can tell you is my wife is happy. She's safe.

I give 10 stars to the Artis in Boca Raton. A plus they are soooo good. What we like the most about the community is the staff, the level of care, the structure and the activities. The food is great too and we would 100% recommend the community to other families . We are very grateful for this community Artis Center
