[name removed] was very detailed with explaining the process and took us on a wonderful tour of the facility. We stopped and talked to residents as they were engaged in activities. Everyone was very friendly, the facility was clean, bright and very inviting.

I would definitely give Village At Mission a score of 5! [name removed], Senior Living Specialist, made our transition almost seamless and had a wealth of information to help guide make important decisions! She helped with every need of my 96-year-old uncle to ensure that we had the best accommodations for his new residence!

Love Church Creek and the staff and the residents. We have been here 3 months and have enjoyed every day for one reason or another. The member activities are endless from the movie library of over 1,000 titles to the book library supplemented by the AH Public Library there is always something else to do. Including live entertainment. Of particular interest to us was the vast range of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy available in the building. Our meals are always well prepard and served warmly. Two meals a day turn out to be all we need.

Food has been very good. The staff is always ready to help with anything you need help with. Have met some real great residents.

My mom's apt at Park Place is perfect for her. Any concerns she had are quickly taken care of by the staff. So many activities are available and rides are provided as requested and regularly to area stores. The staff are amazing, making the entire place feel very much like a family. I couldn't ask for any place better to have my mom.

I would rate all 5s, seemed like value is comparable to others but I really don't know. The entire staff was very compassionate and professional. They had many activities scheduled and the food was excellent!

The grounds are beautifully landscaped and maintained. The interior is clean and well kept. [name removed] who lead my tour was friendly and knowledgeable. What impressed me most about her was the fact that she knew the names of everyone we met, called then by name and introduced each one. The are a lot of activities planned both on and off campus. There are unguided activities available also. I'm very impressed with them!

My sister and I toured with [name removed] and she explained details about each level of care along with bringing us through each level of care. The building inside and out were clean and maintained. Thank you for all the information we gained.

All my questions were addressed and after we had a family conference I called back with more questions which were very well addressed. Impressed with appearance and organized living for alzheimers (memory care) unit. Staff was professional and seemed organized. Very impressed as compared to other memory care facilities in area.

I had no complaints about the place! The staff was caring and helpful. The rooms and public areas were kept clean. There were events and excursions and the resident community was welcoming and friendly.

Wonderful place! Really think it would be great for my mother. So many good features included in the lease and lots of social activities. Very interactive. Great atmosphere!

Really like Cottonwood. They serve delicious food for everyone there. They have a variety of activities for the residents. Staff is very friendly and helpful with whatever your concern would be. They take very good care of the residents. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. I do not live there but we moved my very dear friend of 60 years there in January of this year. She was in poor physical condition and with dementia it made it difficult for her. Since she moved there she is happier and feels safe and well cared for and we see her all the time and don't have to worry about her like we did when she lived alone. They take very good care of her.

They're moving in process was super easy. They communicated very well. Any problems that I did have they addressed immediately so I was very pleased with that. The grounds are very clean. My aunt actually is the one that moved into one of their doubles not inside like the memory care or assisted living, but everyone always seems willing to help in anything she ever needs so we are very pleased with the staff with the community.

I recently visited for the first time. It’s a beautiful place. All of the residents I seen were engaged in activities and socializing. It was refreshing to see all of the smiling faces. Bingo was a hit with everyone.

I have found this community to have a very “down-to-earth” feel. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and comfortable to be around. The Executive Director is excellent and very involved with both the residents and everything happening throughout the community. All of the staff are helpful and attentive. The dining experience is very good, and everything runs smoothly. I also really enjoy the variety of activities and the music and entertainment offered. My apartment is great! It is a good size, very comfortable, and has plenty of storage. The housekeeping service is good as well. Overall, I am very happy with my experience here and appreciate the friendly atmosphere, caring staff, and many activities and amenities.

My mother had to have surgery and due to the hours, Park Place let me stay in her apartment so that I could go to and from the hospital for my mother. The staff was great in asking about updates and checking on her when she returned.

Impressed with this independent living facility. Overall the building looked well taken care of, people were very friendly. I loved the outside gardens and treed landscaping. Lots of areas to get outside. Prices seemed reasonable. Meal plan and other services were good. Size of apartments were adequate. Located in the area I wanted.

My husband and I enjoyed meeting [name removed] and touring the facility. Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding with the floor plans available for a one bedroom. The initial person I spoke with at A Place For Mom believed that the one bedroom plan had an en suite. We looked at the floorplans with [name removed] and the en suite is only for the independent living. I am looking at assisted-living for my mom and she definitely needs an en suite bathroom– it is just too far for her to walk in the night through the living area in the dark. unfortunately, this has been a much bigger problem than I had anticipated as many of the facilities do not have en suite bathroom. I had hoped A Place For Mom could help me narrow down the ones that do have an en suite – but I was told to look at the floor plans and call the facilities myself. Which I am slowly doing.

For the past nine years, and until recently, Saint Paul's Senior Living Center has been my mother's home. Because of the fine personal care and affordability she has thrived throughout her time there, up to her 102nd birthday this past June. Because of recent changes and developing care needs, we jointly made the decision to provide for her care closer to my residence where I could meet with her every day, rather than one or two days a week (I live just under two hours from St. Paul's). My providing a five star rating for all aspects of care provided by the home may seem strange, but truly, St. Paul's excels in all these areas. Oh, BTW, the facility was remodeled and refurbished just a couple of years ago.
