Mom has lived here for 3 years and it’s been a blessing. Staff is amazing and very accommodating to moms needs. I always recommend Oak Woods Manor as I’ve watched mom thrive. She’s become so active and has made so many friends.

Consider it Done did an excellent job of presenting their services and offered lots of tips for getting ready to move. The lunch was a beautiful salad topped with sliced grilled chicken along with red velvet cake for dessert. [name removed] did a great job with the tour. The pace was perfect. All of the staff members seem to genuinely enjoy interacting with the guests and residents.

[name removed] and [name removed] are very nice and will help ease the stressfulness of the entire process. The rooms are small but nice and they have everything you would need.

This is a wonderful facility to work at and everyone is nice. I love it here. The residents are very nice. The facility is very clean. Awsome awsome and awsome?

When it comes to the cleanliness, friendliness and activities the rehab would get a 2/5. The care services on the rehab side would get a 1/5. The rehab side was terrible - staffing and facility. [name removed] was an amazing asset to helping my dad get settled. Enhanced assisted living side was amazing.

I loved that they provided us with an option for a furnished room without a long term lease. It made it a much easier sell for my mom to "be somewhere safe for the winter". She loves many of the activities. My sisters and I have enjoyed getting to know other residents and staff. So many great people--and many points of contact for us to make sure she is having a safe and enriching life even though it is just an independent living facility.

I recently stayed with a loved one at Jefferson manor and it was an amazing stay. it started with my own welcome sign which made me smile. The staff treated me like family and really went above and beyond. The community is very clean and up to date and the food was amazing. If I lived in Indiana this would be my go-to community. I would recommend Jefferson Manor to anyone.

You walk in the door it's nice and quiet everyone is busy doing their jobs everybody if you have a question they will answer it if they don't. Know the answer they will find out for you

recently had the pleasure of visiting Brenden Gardens, an independent retirement community, and I can’t speak highly enough of the experience. From the moment I arrived, [name removed] in the marketing department was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt at ease as I toured the facilities. Her kindness and patience truly stood out, and I could tell she genuinely cared about the residents and their well-being. The kitchen staff were equally impressive. They were friendly, engaging, and eager to accommodate special dietary needs. The meals I sampled were not only delicious but thoughtfully prepared with care. Additionally, the maintenance team was always approachable and happy to lend a hand whenever needed. Whether it was a quick fix or answering a question about the community’s amenities, they were always willing and excited to help. Overall, the atmosphere at Brenden Gardens is warm, welcoming, and a great place for mom!

I'm more than satisfied with living here The staff and management are.extremley friendly and helpful and have everything well organized and looking for ways to always improve things for everyone and especially the residents. Food service is also outstanding with a highly variable number of options for every mealtime. I couldn't believe all the options available for breakfast each and everyday that you can customize to your individual taste and that is also true for all other meals. Every resident I've met is very friendly and pleasant and friendly. In short everything about the entire facility is far more than I expected. Lots of.scheduled events and trips to nearby shopping as well as scheduled times for medical appointments. I'm.more than very satisfied with my decision to relocate here. Plus the location is fantastic for family and friends to visit.

Even though she is in independent living, they have been helpful in looking out for her. I do think they could add more activities during the week and on weekends as well.

In regard to the facility, I feel like Tiffany Springs Senior Living has created a spa/resort style atmosphere. It's very comforting for the residents. The staff are very kind and helpful and any issues that I've had were quickly resolved. The most helpful, comforting aspect of this facility is that I have the peace of mind knowing that as my Mother-in-law ages they offer every level of care she could ever need.

They took very good care of my husband. They had medical staff who cared. They have assisted living, rehab, skilled nursing & long term care. Their food was very good & they had activities to do. I would recommend Norterre for your loved ones.

The staff is kind and friendly. They got to know my mom and sit and just talk with her. They built a relationship with her. This is a must for someone in memory care. The food is amazing. The chef knows my mom's name and what she likes. The front desk ladies, chef, and care givers all know my mom and make her feel welcomed. I can't say enough about Lumiere and how it has been a blessing for my mom and family.

I was an employee and they were so good to me. I just wanted to go back to dayshift I needed to take care of my family. I enjoyed the residents and the people I worked with.

I picked them because of word of mouth; grounds; location near IU. I would recommend to others.

My mother moved into Courtyard during Covid, and the staff and care she received while there was excellent. She was not overly thrilled to be leaving her home after 50+ years, but the move was necessary, and she ended up liking it more than she thought she would. While the world as we knew it was in a state of chaos and confusion, CYE remained a place of calm and steadiness that provided both her and our family with a sense of peace knowing that she was in a place where she was being taken care of and valued. She never had a bad word to say about anyone and often commented on how everyone was so good to her. The building is immaculate and visually stunning. It is like walking into a fancy hotel.

After a fall, we were looking for a place in Springfield for my mom to recover. My mom wasn’t ready to commit to a lease as she was hopeful she could return to her home. Brenden Gardens offered an option for respite care, and in touring found an apartment that we felt suited her well. {name removed] and her staff are amazing to work with, and helped my mom fit right in. 3 meals a day with a nice atmosphere and good food, options for meal delivery, amenities such as laundry facilities on each floor, a library, craft room, and even transportation for outings. Therapy services offered on site have really made a difference. She has decided to sign a lease and make this her home. I’m so happy to have my mom at this community!

When our loved one got to life end, everyone was very nice and were kind and helped us through that difficult time. The staff were so nice to him.

As a relative of a resident I feel this facility is very clean and the staff I have interacted with are friendly and helpful. I am disappointed that the shower chair I brought for my relative’s use does not fit in the tub even though the chair is standard size for use as a shower chair. I am pleased that my relative has found several people to socialize. Also the physical therapy on-site is wonderful. Great therapy and so convenient.
