Norterre was especially helpful and arranged a lunch for [name removed] with several other veterans that resided in the portion of the facility we were interested in. He moved from being slightly interested in looking for a place in the future to ready to move. I was surprised and impressed that many of the staff from the time my other brother in law and his wife lived there from 2021-2023 were still there!

The gentleman, [Name Removed], who showed us around was wonderful! He asked great questions to discover my brother's interests and then told us how his facility could benefit him.

Building was nice and staff was friendly & knowledgeable. Room sizes were adequate. Dining room was very nice. I only wish there was a nice outdoor space

They are patient and kind. My mother had shoulder surgery the end of [date removed] and I had to stay with her for a week to take care of her. They welcomed me without question. Highly recommend to others.

It's a homelike experience. They have caring staff. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one. My mom is happy there. The only thing that needs work is the food. But I feel that is everywhere. Staff is friendly, caring, and loving towards the residents. The residents all seem happy and have a lot of activities to choose from. Great place for a home-like atmosphere for loved ones that need assistance.

I sat down and listened to the information presented and interjected with questions and also during the tour of the facility. The tour produced more questions from me and my daughter who accompanied me on the tour. Again, questions were answered during the tour or with a follow-up after the tour. I found the tour to be very rewarding and revealed many issues that I had. Good job by [name removed] and all.

The staff and residents are all very friendly

Staff is friendly although a lot of turnover recently. 5STAR was bought out in late fall and we saw the turnover start then. The food is good bit it had been excellent. They lost their best chef and the menu is not as good...better than others I have been to, but not as good as it was. I would like to see the medical staff more active, although it's on par with other facilities. They hired a new activities director and she does not seem to have a clue what elderly like to do. That change was drastic. Overall, our relative is quite happy there and that is what really counts.

Wonderful experience meeting with [name removed] and taking a tour. The Crossings has all of the necessary medical care and amenities.

They've been so good about keeping an eye on her medical needs. They called me to explain they found a sore on her foot and then monitored the progression. When it became in rough shape, they called immediately to ask if it was ok to send her to the hospital. If they had not been so observant, it could have been a terrible situation. Everyone has been welcoming and my mother enjoys the staff and her neighbors. Everything is always clean as well. It's a nice environment.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Answers any questions we have or finds the answers for us. Food is very good. Liked the activity we attended with Elvis impersonator. Believe the care is excellent. Good value for the money. Would recommend Cottonwood to others.

My mom is happy. She has a nice room and view outside. She has no skin breakdown so I know the aides are getting her to the bathroom etc and she likes the food. When I have eaten with her, I also agree that the food is good!!!

Clean facility. Friendly environment. Friendly staff. Always doing activities for the residents. Easy place to get to. Quiet neighborhood.

They are taking very good care of my sister My sister is only 67. She is still mobile. With that said, Wesley Court has so many activities to keep her busy. The place is very clean and the food is awesome!! The staff, nurses and Dr are very, very good. They keep me abreast on any concerns they may have. I give them a A plus.

The place is really working well for me. The room is a nice size. The dining is enjoyable. I have watched the evening movie several times. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a community.

The residence was so clean one could eat off the floor. I liked the why you can order what you would like to eat. The rooms were excellent. It look like an hotel and not a senior living facility. The young lady that helped myself and my daughter was excellent. Can't say enough good. A little expensive but I have nothing to compare it to. Not ready to move yet but it is something to consider. The memory part was also well maintained. That is my biggest thing I am looking at for my husband. Married almost 54 years together 58, it is a big decision for me almost the hardest one of my lifetime. Thank you again.

5 stars for everything! The grounds are beautiful, and the food is good. The staff is excellent and very attentive. Our studio room is the same size as others and has a double window, though it doesn’t have a full kitchen—there is, however, a large fridge. They have just this one independent-living building; the rest are memory care and assisted-living facilities. A nurse is always on duty.

Staff, activities, food, cleanliness, room size... all are VERY satisfactory!! I would absolutely recommend them to others!

I really appreciate the various levels of ways they have to look out for residents and make sure they're safe. I also really love the variety of activities available for them to make friends and keep busy.

The staff, meaning everyone working there has gotten to know my father on a personal basis. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the facility. Makes sure that he gets his meals and his apartment is extremely clean. Maintenance items are resolved quickly.
