Samantha Smith, Sales Coordinator, is forthright, accommodating, and provided a great tour and materials that allowed us to make an informed decision. The facility is quite nice with extensive activity offerings across the continuum of care levels.

For me it was a 5. Everything was organized and we visited a few times before the decision was made. My mom is still adjusting. She would like to be in her house but knows that it isn't possible without aids, etc. It is now called the crossings at Banta pointe since they've gone through an ownership change. There has been some growing pains to adjust to some of the new processes and activity, but it is still a good place to live.

The staff and residents are friendly, food is good, overall the place is clean and welcoming.

First visit to any senior living. Friendly staff. Location is great. Not ready to make a decision yet.

Jefferson Manor is an exceptional Assisted Living Facility if you are looking for a good place to live in retirement. They have so much to offer, beginning with their staff, who genuinely love and care about their residents. My sister, who was a resident there, was treated with so much love by all the staff. At times my sister could be difficult to handle, because of dementia, yet they were very gentle and loving with her, showing her much respect and care. Jefferson Manor's food is exceptional, and. . . to entertain their residents, they offer plenty of exciting activities, especially during holidays. It is a very special place to retire. I have nothing but good to say about Jefferson Manor and their staff. If you want to feel love, peace of mind, genuine community, and excellent support, I highly recommend Jefferson Manor without any reservations.

[name removed] was very good at informing me of all the things that Thomas Grove has to offer. He was very professional and pleasant to talk to.

Was easy to initiate pill monitoring during a respite stay. Some residents profiles warrant supervision during medicine administration.

I had a good experience in the tour. Learned a lot about what to expect. I Likedd that there is diverse menu choices, interest groups and in-house medical.

We thought that [name removed] did a good job. We do wish we could have seen units that were occupied as another facility had.

The tour was very informative. Helped me make decisions about my loved one. Staff was very friendly. Have good staff to resident ratio.

It was roughly 5:30 one morning and I had a medical emergency, so I pressed my button half asleep and the nurse was in here quickly and calmly ready to help. She just told me to relax as she cleaned around my room, never once making a big deal of it. She helped make arrangements on the spot about further treatment. It was nice how calm she was about the situation. I also have several friends on the dining staff, [name removed] being one of my closest friends.

Very pleasant and friendly. Enjoyed meeting some of the residents and staff. Looking forward to moving in.

Although my mother's stay was brief, we found the facility clean, the staff engaging, friendly, and caring. We felt that they were very sympathetic and great about helping us when hospice had to get involved.

Norterre was especially helpful and arranged a lunch for [name removed] with several other veterans that resided in the portion of the facility we were interested in. He moved from being slightly interested in looking for a place in the future to ready to move. I was surprised and impressed that many of the staff from the time my other brother in law and his wife lived there from 2021-2023 were still there!

The gentleman, [Name Removed], who showed us around was wonderful! He asked great questions to discover my brother's interests and then told us how his facility could benefit him.
