Morton living center is a friendly and safe place for your loved ones to be at. The staff are friendly, caring and make sure the residents are taken care of. Place is very clean and homey. It is super easy to get to. I follow the Facebook page and they are always doing activities for the residents and the staff participate in those activities and making the residents feel younger again.

My husband has been in the Memory Care unit at Pinicon Senior Living since mid-[date removed] and receives excellent care. I know he has presented some real challenges for the staff, and they have worked hard to manage him through his behaviors, showing him care, concern and patience. They communicate with me if they think I can be helpful, and I truly appreciate that they do. Helping someone you love through "the journey" of Subcortical Vascular Dementia is indeed challenging. Knowing it was in [name removed] best interest to move him to a place where he would receive excellent care was of extreme importance to our Family. We feel we made the best possible choice for his care. [name removed] is someone who enjoys having 3 meal per day, and he truly enjoys the excellent variety and quality of food. My hope is that he will come to be more and more at home in his new surroundings.

[name removed] was very knowledgeable and helpful. The facility was clean and beautifully decorated. Admission paperwork was easy to complete and understand. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The individual apartments are beautiful and you can decorate to your love ones taste and needs. I’m feel it’s going to be a great home experience for my dad.

Hope Memory Care has been a supportive and compassionate environment for residents living with memory-related conditions. The staff consistently demonstrate patience, kindness, and an understanding of the unique needs of individuals with dementia and Alzheimer’s. Families are kept informed, and communication is clear and respectful, which brings peace of mind during what can be a difficult time. The community is clean, well-maintained, and designed with safety and comfort in mind. Daily activities are thoughtfully planned to encourage engagement, routine, and a sense of purpose for residents. Meals are nutritious, and accommodations are made for individual dietary needs. What stands out most is the genuine care shown by the caregivers—they take the time to know residents personally and treat them with dignity and respect. While no facility is perfect, Hope Memory Care makes a sincere effort to create a warm, structured, and supportive environment for both residents and their families

The executive director, [name removed], and her team all greeted us with kindness and compassion. We first sat down to review our needs and what the facility offers. We then toured the facility and interacted with several residents. It was obvious that the residents loved their homes and the leadership team. Apartments were well maintained and services were on par with our needs. We even returned unannounced, unscheduled after a different facility tour and the team graciously walked us through additional questions and viewings. Loved our experience!

My mother was resident for 2 years. She thanked us almost every day. It was a blessing to go there and see the great staff. The food, activities, Manager, [name removed], chef, top rating to all of them. Always very clean and welcoming. Best decision!

They care about your loved ones. Director is wonderful. My parent is happy there. They need more caregivers but all places are short staffed. I feel good about my parent living there. I know she is safe and happy. My only complaint is the food. It is just not very appetizing. This is a big complaint at all facilities.

I would definitely rate it a 5! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful... they have very good food with a great assortment of choices and very good quality! The nursing staff is excellent and very attentive and has done a great job with my Dad's diabetes management as well as his over all well being. The rooms are very big, the facility is very clean and well kept and they do an amazing job with activities for the residents! We are so happy that we chose Five Star... which is now the Crossings of Noblesville! Thank you so much for your assistance in finding it for us!

This would be a great fit for my mom. She will love all the activities and the salon. I met some very nice nurses who introduced themselves and asked about my mom. They really seemed interested. I met the kitchen staff too. The menu has a lot of great choices.

My father has lived in this community for several years. He has been very happy with the care he receives and I am rest easy knowing he is supported by such great people. The food is excellent too. I have had meals with him many times and have enjoyed every meal. The chef has been with this community more than 20 years and he takes real pride in his menu and listens to the residents requests. I highly recommend this community to families looking for their loved ones and the peace of mind it provides.

It is a very nice, clean, and friendly community. My husband and I was very impressed. I do believe my brother would like it there. The knowledge of the salesperson was very helpful. It also looked like the residence were happy to live there.

Overly helpful with me out of town, went over and above to help my family. Been so good and helpful with all paperwork and information. Thank you for helping me with my sister. They have a wonderful staff that care.

I work here for 24 years. When I'm here I feel like I'm at home with my family. Residents love our food and they enjoy every meal of the day. They have the choice to choose what they like to eat from the menu. They are always welcome to talk to the kitchen manager and express their wishes. I like talking to them and listen to their interesting stories that they like to tell others, which makes me and them happy.

The food was very delicious and the service was wonderful. The dining workers are very caring and understanding. The only issue I have is the carpet in the dining room I wish they would get new carpet other than that I love it.

I believe they try to keep the resident busy with activities. There are plenty activities to do. The food is decent and the place is clean. The staff are very friendly and not arrogant. I would definitely recommend the facility to friends and family.

I was impressed with Carnegie Village. The associate that gave me the tour was friendly, knowledgeable and competent. Carnegie Village felt warm and welcoming. The rooms were beautiful and felt like home. I especially liked the laundry in each unit. The menu looked great and the patrons were friendly. I will be bringing my mom back for a tour so she can make a decision.

I toured this community and omg what an amazing experience I had . It gave me such a home like feel. If you a hesitant in finding your family member a home don’t be, the residents and staff all seemed genuinely happy . I definitely feel like I would be picking a great community for families that are in search of senior care . Visiting this community will change any negative views you might have of senior care . I will be confident to move my family into this community knowing that they will be in a great environment.
