Overly helpful with me out of town, went over and above to help my family. Been so good and helpful with all paperwork and information. Thank you for helping me with my sister. They have a wonderful staff that care.

I work here for 24 years. When I'm here I feel like I'm at home with my family. Residents love our food and they enjoy every meal of the day. They have the choice to choose what they like to eat from the menu. They are always welcome to talk to the kitchen manager and express their wishes. I like talking to them and listen to their interesting stories that they like to tell others, which makes me and them happy.

The food was very delicious and the service was wonderful. The dining workers are very caring and understanding. The only issue I have is the carpet in the dining room I wish they would get new carpet other than that I love it.

I believe they try to keep the resident busy with activities. There are plenty activities to do. The food is decent and the place is clean. The staff are very friendly and not arrogant. I would definitely recommend the facility to friends and family.

I was impressed with Carnegie Village. The associate that gave me the tour was friendly, knowledgeable and competent. Carnegie Village felt warm and welcoming. The rooms were beautiful and felt like home. I especially liked the laundry in each unit. The menu looked great and the patrons were friendly. I will be bringing my mom back for a tour so she can make a decision.

I toured this community and omg what an amazing experience I had . It gave me such a home like feel. If you a hesitant in finding your family member a home don’t be, the residents and staff all seemed genuinely happy . I definitely feel like I would be picking a great community for families that are in search of senior care . Visiting this community will change any negative views you might have of senior care . I will be confident to move my family into this community knowing that they will be in a great environment. I recently stopped by the facility and the front lobby was very welcoming. My grandmother was a resident at this facility and loved living here. She loved to visit with the other residents and activities they offered. She also was ecstatic to be cared for so well that they knew her every want before she had to tell them. I highly recommend this facility.

The facility is beautiful and the staff genuinely care for the residents. From the moment you walk in it is a calm and welcoming atmosphere. The activity director does a great job of keeping everyone engaged. I would definitely recommend this facility for my family!

I toured and visited Fieldstone and I was so impressed with the surroundings and the residents are so happy to live here. I personally know some of the residents and they have shared how happy they are rising in Fieldstone Place.

My family member just recently moved in and they are so happy to be a part of the Fieldstone Place family. The staff is amazing and always goes above and beyond. I am do grateful we found this place for my aunt.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Morningside of Springfield (but I'm going to try!). Let me tell you how [name removed], the Executive Director, has this place ON POINT! From the moment you walk through the doors, you are greeted by [name removed] at the front desk and you can feel the kindness, patience, and genuine care the staff provides. The environment is clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed to make residents feel comfortable and safe. The caregivers go above and beyond—not just with daily support, but with the little moments that truly matter. I have to say that [name removed] is one of our favorites! They take time to listen, share a laugh, or lend a hand, and they always treat residents with dignity and respect. It’s clear they love what they do and [name removed], the Nursing Director, runs a well oiled machine! She really knows what she's doing! The activities and social events are fantastic as well. Needed a comfortable place close to home for my aunt. My experience through this process has been top notch. They are friendly and easy to work with and are always willing to communicate with you. [name removed] and the nurses take great care of her which in turn makes things easier for me.

Back in April we started looking for a place for my Mom. She had been living on her own almost three years after my Dad passed away. Some health issues made us realize that living alone wasn’t the best scenario, plus she really never liked living alone. We toured Park Place back in [date removed] and were so impressed. Mom was convinced this was the place for her when she found out it was pet friendly. When we moved Mom in everyone was so friendly and inviting. She has a breakfast group she eats with and great dinner companions. She’s looking forward to the Nutcracker outing soon. Moving to Park Place has been a great experience for all of us. It is great for Seniors who still want to live independently but not alone.

5 rating. Primary reasons are: 1) staff have patience with mother in law who can become agitated and vocal. 2) they've been able to get her to bathe which frankly has been a big achievement 3) she's getting good food on a daily basis. 4) they've been getting her to change her clothes 5) they keep her room clean. 5) friendly staff 6) mother in law is safe.

It is a very friendly place. It is very relaxed and there are different activities to do. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

Definitely a 5: from the staff, everyone is so nice and are willing to help in any way possible. Issues are resolved quickly, reminders of upcoming activities and questions answered promptly. Huge variety of activities! Movies to games (Bingo is a favorite) to outings to just sharing during the social hour. There is something to do for everyone's tastes. If you don't want or like one activity, wait a bit and there will be something else. My mom selected the studio because it was cozy! If she wants more space in the future, we will move to a one bedroom but for now, cozy is best!! Another plus is they have indoor courts. The doors are easy to open and close and no one will get locked out from those courts. A big plus because there are some locations that the doors are very heavy and cannot be opened or closed well by the elderly.

They're just very friendly, down to Earth, kind, helpful people. They're doing what they can to make the residents feel welcome and comfortable. The apartment sizes were the biggest we found in the Hamilton County.

I am planning a move into Mckay Manor around the middle of November. My children just bought a house in Shelbyville, toured the McKay facility and loved it. I, on the other hand, toured the facility by phone with their director of sales. We did a very detailed and delightful tour purely via Facebook . (how fun). I got to see my apartment, plus the grounds, plus the amenities. When I mentioned that I was bringing very little furniture due to my trip from Florida to Indiana she offered to take me FaceTime shopping so I could look at furniture before I got there. That’s something that would never have happened where I’m coming from. When I mentioned the diversity of our kitchen menus, she actually told the chef about it and they offered to make me sweet potato fries and quesadillas like they do here in my 250+ person facility. I liked what I heard, I liked what I saw, and I fully anticipate loving to live at Mckay Manor. Totally looking forward ………
