This community stands out from others we have visited. Everyone from staff to residents are friendly, kind & helpful. The facility is beautiful, tastefully decorated & spacious. I have eaten at least 2 meals & each was delicious. There is a wide range of activities offered that residents may participate in. They range from numerous games, movies, social hours including music at least once a week. In addition they provide transportation to local pharmacies, grocery & clothing stores. They plan periodic group outings to ball games, the theater & other places of interest to the residents. My mother, still quite active in her 80’s, is enjoying her new relaxing life here & my family is so happy for her to have a community like Lumiere to be a part of.

The staff at Bridle Brook were awesome. My mother had a lot of anxiety about making the move but as soon as she arrived the staff eased her fears and made her feel welcome! They were very patient and kind as they cared for her. Also the business office was very responsive to insurance claim inquiries.

Everyone was very helpful and it was so nice to not have to stress over hunting down a place for my sister. I already have recommended them to others who are looking for a place for their loved one.

My Mom is not a resident there, but I wanted to give a shout-out to[name removed] and the entire staff at Fieldstone for being both personable and professional as Mom and I tour different communities planning for her ultimate move from her home. [name removed] was very thorough in her answers and explanations and patient sharing information with me that she had already shared with my Mom. Mom is very cold-natured and was cold while we were eating lunch - [name removed] went above and beyond to gift her a very cozy blanket which she kept wrapped around her during lunch and for the rest of the tour. All of the residents we encountered were very friendly and made a point of introducing themselves to us. We really appreciate all of the attention to detail and followup.

It has been very nice. Great place for her. I would recommend to others.

The key to our opinion of The Neighborhood is its staff. The director of the memory care unit [name removed] an incredible job. She organizes multiple activities both for physical and mental stimulation. She makes the day creative and fun and is truly loved by both the clients and staff. Couple that with the dedicated caregivers [names removed] and a host of others are always there with kindness, concern and attention to needs. They also set the mood for the great meals and snacks that the clients enjoy. The nursing staff are outstanding. [names removed] and others follow closely the medicines required as well as special medical needs. The administrative staff of [names removed] are great help with the financial requirements as well as insurance paperwork. All in all we are extremely pleased with our choice for my wife and would recommend The Neighborhood.

Oakley Courts is a great place. My bother seems pleased with everyone and all things. Only complaint is he doesn't like the food choices some meals but it's with his diabetes. I would rate it a 5. Cost wise seems reasonable. The place is very clean. Staff is friendly.

No comment on the care services and meals and dining - independent living. The activities are a 5 though my dad didn't participate as much as he should have. The staff was very friendly, helpful and responsive.

We looked at a few places and were pleasantly surprised by every step of the process. I have recommended 3 other people to Carnegie. When timing is right for them, you will get a call from me for an appointment to discuss their needs. I would rate every category as a 5+! My client's experience was better than she had imagined. She loves being at Carnegie and her family appreciates all the kindness you have extended.

They were wonderful to work with. The facility is beautiful and well cared for. Our family member iss very pleased. We would strongly recommend. My family member said the food was the best ever. He has met several new friends and has engaged in multiple activities.

We are very pleased with the atmosphere here. Everybody is friendly and caring. The food is good and the staff is very accommodating.

Mom has been at Westley Court for over a year now and she has been happy with the staff and environment. The new director, [name removed], is doing a great job trying to improve the facility and has a true heart for the residents. One morning, my mom left the dining room early and [name removed] followed her all the way to her room to inquire her leaving early. My mom just explained that she was finished and needed to return to her room. [name removed] explained to her that if she did not like something for breakfast then she would be happy to cook her something else. That is an awesome lady and manager who loves the people she serves. Moreover, Westley Court has an excellent activity director, [name removed] , and she keeps something going all the time. She is an absolute jewel, and the residents love her and their play time. Our family has been very pleased.

My mom is quiet and doesn't leave her room. Just wish staff would make eye contact and say a few words to her. They say here is your lunch but don't look at her or engage except in very surface way. Even if one took an interest but no one has. Everyone is lovely and nice but just wish there was a bit more direct interaction. Most residents have family close but none of us is close so can't come as often as she needs

My Mom is very pleased with Fieldstone Place and tells me all the time how happy she is to be there. They are working on the menu to. Make it better. The Activities ladies are wonderful! It is like a family. I would highly recommend Fieldstone Place. It is a friendly atmosphere with caring staff. They try to make it fun and happy.

Family events involving bringing family in is big thing.

Park Place is very welcoming and kind; they have given my mother a new lease on life. The residents are all friendly and there's a lot to do activity wise for them. My mother has made a suggestion for an activity and they are willing to look into either getting her to said activity or bringing someone in to run the program.
