The facility Staff Providers are a god send and [name removed] is very quick to hear your concerns and rectify any problem areas. I'm impressed with the fact that the front desk people know their residence and also know the families visiting or taking them out they always ask or make comments and are very friendly. The restaurant is the disappointment, they have a hard time keeping staff the wait time to eat is way too long for these old people. The food is good. There's just not enough service. No one takes the time to take new residence and sit them with possibly other new residence so they get to know each other and make friends, they kind of leave them on their own after the first few days. It is quite large and can be intimidating. I think their pricing is reasonable in comparison to other places.

They are caring and pleasant. [name removed] and her staff are so attentive and really care for the residents.

I recently moved into a 5 Star garden home and I am very happy with my decision so far. I was impressed with the staff and surroundings on my very first visit. The homes and grounds are in excellent condition. The staff and residents have all been welcoming , warm and friendly. I have not participated in group activities yet but there are several events that I am sure I will enjoy. The meals I have had have been very good and the wait staff has done an excellent job of serving. So far I am very happy I chose 5Star as my new home.

When I first moved in the maintenance was slow to get things done. But it is much better. Meals have improved. The staff are very helpful and kind. We meet once a month to express any complaints and they try hard to solve them. They also have activities for independent living and assisted living. Location is good. It took me awhile to get used to living in a smaller apartment instead of a house.

Wesley Court exceeds all of our expectations for mom. Wonderful place to be! I would recommend to others.

Park Place at Fountain City is really great. I would HIGHLY recommend it. The overlook all condition of there is excellent... clean , kept up, and welcoming atmosphere. Their activities are in a good variety... and always have something planned. Everyone is very friendly. The cost is well worthy it.

The neighborhood at Tellico Village is the best place we could have placed my grandfather. From the catering staff to medical aid to nurses and doctors this place is a five star resort. The staff communicates extremely well with families and will go out of their way to be able to help you and help the loved one that has been placed there. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. From a professional standpoint as a Paramedic I would say this is one of the nicest assisted-living and memory care places I have ever been in.

A very friendly community, food service beats my previous experience. Activities seem fun but hard to schedule to meet our current calendar. One major dislike is entry doors are too heavy to negotiate while pushing a wheelchair, by the way [name removed]. Need automated doors that open when push buttons are activated.

We are very happy with 5Star. It's always clean, the food is excellent the staff is excellent. They work well with us. I would give it a 5 out of 5. Overall it is a good community. People who have visited always tell be how bright, clean and fresh smelling it is. That is so important because some smell like urine or are just dirty. This place is neither and the first thing anyone would notice. The biggest sales item.

We were pleased with the cleanliness, the staff , especially [name removed], went above and beyond to help get my parents situated.. they are very happy with Five Star and the staff.. also the food is great! would also like to say that A Place for Mom was the best.. couldn't have happened so quick and smooth without team work! Thank you so much!

They are all caring, and it a small enough to where staff doesn't seem to be overwhelmed and can enjoy the residents. They interact with residents... It is not perfect, but it is a peace of mind that comes with my mom being there.

Clean, friendly, beautiful amenities, Community was very active. Beautiful courtyard And all the residents were so friendly and welcoming. I would recommend morning side disturbing to friends and family best in our area and anywhere we've looked. Great staff always welcoming. Flexible and accommodating.

It's a smaller, approx. 40 bed, facility. Has a homey feeling guaranteed compared to other facilities. 3 different styles of rooms to choose. Love the front porch and courtyard with the possibility of having a dog.

I found the staff to be kind and understanding as we moved my Mom first into Assisted Living and then to Memory Care just a couple of weeks later. They are caring for her well and have been a good support to me as we process through the adjustment.

Food is amazing with good variety. Love the servers in the dining room. They know your names after just a few days and are very friendly and accommodating to needs. Lots of activities to keep you busy.

I don’t normally write reviews but felt compelled to after I spoke with [name removed] at Brenden Gardens. Looking for a space for my aging parents is no easy task and hard on the heart. [name removed] answered all my questions with compassion and concern. She was relatable and understanding of my emotions. If you’re in this situation talk to her and you will feel so much better about the tough decisions that are soon to come. When the time comes we will definitely hope there is space for our parents at Brenden Gardens.

[name removed] at Brandon Woods was totally awesome to work with. She is compassionate, knowledgeable and dedicated to her staff and residents. She walked us through a very difficult process and was extremely helpful. All the staff members shared her helpfulness and caring attitude. Toughest decision our family had to make but [name removed] and crew made it as smooth as possible.

The entire staff went over and above to take care of our mother and us when they where needed the most .

The staff was accommodating, helpful an willing to accommodate that includes Mgmt an staff, I told my sister an friends it was like going into a private club the first floor has many amenities like a great restaurant, lots of activities like movies, exercises I could go on the only reason my sister left because she had dementia an could not stop her horrible addiction to smoking it broke my heart that she had to leave I would give Church Creek 5

She really loves it there. She she says the is so much food to choose from and has great daily meals. The people and staff are very friendly and helpful. The living areas are larger with full kitchen, large bathroom and the rooms have central air. They have lots of activities to do, lunches they can go to and sign up shopping. She loves to take care of her raised bed garden.
