Everything was great and everyone was extremely helpful at Five Star Residences for our family member.

They have great food, but may not have a ton of options for diabetics. They do lots of activities in-house and out in the community There are lots of great benefits, but it is pricier than other options. Having said that, I wouldn't want my mom to be anywhere else for her golden years.

5 for everything. What we like the most about the community is the cleanliness, most of the employees and the activities. We would definitely recommend Stratford Commons Memory Care Community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

My husband and I have been here 2 years and we are happy and we have a nice apartment. The people here are very friendly and the food is good. At times our family members even join us for meals. We have made a lot of new friends and I like to join in on the daily group exercises. We like the fact that there is security 24/7 and the doors are locked from the outside. We are very comfortable here at Brenden Gardens.

Comfortable in not having to worry about a loved one. The cost is worth it the peace of mind. [name removed]and her team are great. It is a great place, love the staff, and love the residents there.

Before coming to Wesley Court, mom wasn’t eating or moving around well at all. She was unhappy and depressed. After moving there, she has absolutely flourished. She eats three yummy meals every day and scoots down the hall using her walker with no issues. She is getting involved in activities like Bingo, Bible Studies and trips. The move into Wesley Court has been life-changing!

Everyone at park Place was so welcoming. They were helpful on the move in. The place is clean and homey. There are tons of things going on.. games, exercise, outside activities and activities for all ages.

Everyone is so nice to our family and loved one in the assisted living program. They truly care about his wellbeing and how the family is doing. I appreciate the efforts in activities for the residents and the care and concern shown for each one.

Pinicon Senior Living was a diamond in the rough for my family and I. At the time we were looking for a place for my father to get care and that was close so we could come and see him. Pinicon was just that. Staff was always very helpful and treated dad with respect. Although dad chose not to participate in activities, i loved that they had activities for him to do if he so chose. Staff there let us bring his dog to visit him multiple times, which he enjoyed very much. The only reason we chose to relocate dad is because we were paying out of pocket for his care and his benefits increased to 100% so he was accepted at the [community removed]. The cost was still considerably lower than other care centers i looked into before deciding.

[name removed] and I love living at the Lumiere of Chesterfield. We're always greeted with a smile by the concierges and we feel encouraged to try new things by a staff working hard on our behalf. Making new friends and learning new things is making our senior years a great time of life.

What we like the most about Brenden Gardens is the Friendliness of staff & residents.

The only complaint is sometimes a lack of communication. My dad needs a lot of care and has fallen a lot. Staff seems very friendly and helpful. They are most concerned about the well being of the residents.

If able you can drive and go anywhere. If can't drive a shuttle will take you to doctors appointments get anything you need during weekdays Activities to help stimulate and keep active your mind and body. Listen to your needs and do things to improve care. Treat you as adults. Have outside groups come in for entertainment

Meals are adequate, but lack taste and variety. The activities on the property are great, but they have no opportunity to go outside the property. They are also not able to be taken to doctor appointments due to vehicle issues or staff to drive the bus. My parents really do enjoy living there and are mostly happy with the accomodations.

I would give a 5 on all of those categories. [name removed] has told me she feels like she is on a cruise! She loves it, and reports the food is very good. I go see her sometimes for happy hour on a Friday and they always have good snacks. She's been there about 4 months and has settled in very well.

I would recommend others. I've tried to get my sister to move here and and she's really picky. They also gave me a military discount on the cost. I am think it's costly but many of the other places were more so this is the was the best for my dollar.

My Dad was only in the Villages at Mission for 5 1/2 months before his passing, but we were very satisfied with his care. One incident I like to tell is when he took a little fall and scraped his arm. Once alerted, there were 5 people in that room within 2 minute taking his vitals and treating his wound. Unfortunately, he complained about it every meal, but we think he lost his tastebuds, because the food we all tried was very good and plenty of it. His little fridge always had ice cream in it. He spoke highly of the staff and how good they were to him. There was one of his 7 children visiting nearly every day and from what we saw, we did not have to worry about him or his care.

I thought C.C. Was so impressive all had to convince my sister it was perfect for her, she enjoyed the facility the faculty were exceptional especially [name removed] ,she enjoyed the interaction with the other seniors there, the place was spotless like ate there with my sister and enjoyed the meals. The activities were impressive an value far exceeded at least my expectations, the only complaint I have is that my couldn't acclimate to the rules otherwise she would still be there but she has dementia an that's a problem for her... so I can do anything else to convince people to have there loved to live let me know, C.C is a five star facility.

My grandmother did not want to go to this facility in the beginning, and was very adamant She was not going to like it. After we got her set up in her room and she was there the first week. She informed me she liked this place, and when I come to visit , she tells me she really likes this place that they treat her like she is family, and she like is someone special. That means a lot to me! I was rather skeptical at first placing her there, but I am glad I did.

We used the dining room and it was lovely! [name removed] was very attentive and helped us throughout the event. The space was great to accommodate all 13 of us without disturbing other guests and residents.
