The home care aides were each well trained, professional yet showed extreme care for [name removed] and other member of our household. They dressed appropriately. Services were tailored to [name removed} needs & wants for the particular day. I appreciated that each aide arrived on time and was ready to get started. Cheerfully interacting with [name removed] & myself at whatever tasks were needed done from personal care, dressing & dressing, starting laundry, changing bedding, making a meal & cleaning up afterwards. The value for cost was well worth it to [name removed] and myself.

I would highly recommend this service to others based on my experience. They did a great job matching our care giver to our family member.

They're good, I just wish they could be a little bit more consistent in caregivers. Things get switched around, but I suppose that's how the industry goes. Some caregivers have different skills than others, so I think hat needs to be matched up a little better. They tried to be responsive to feedback I gave them, and they were really quick to to get services started when we needed it.

We didn't have a lot of experience with Valley Home Care. The problem was communication with the people I needed to talk to about an issue that would arise. I never heard back from the caregiver from the initial visit and there was one time no caregiver showed up at all.

It was terrible experience with Valley Home Care. They had made many promises that they didn't keep and left my mother without care in a very critical time. I would never recommend them to anybody who is looking.
