To VIP Home Healthcare hi my name is [name removed]. I am loving it having my own Home Health Aide whose name is [name removed]. She is a wonderful person and she is very work oriented. Everything she does is perfect to me. I believe she would be great for anyone who is involved in this field OK thank you very much [names removed]!

They are very efficient and caring for you and your needs. They have been spot.on for the care I need. I really picked the right people the first time around. They are the best I havr found in the area.

You meet with the sales person, discuss rates and sign an agreement. It was an easy startup. Everyone is very professional and they're all trained so I had confidence that my father was receiving good care. My experience also is that they're always on time. Which isn't important when you have other caregivers coming in on ships before and after. I always like things cheaper. But I can't complain they are competitive.

when we had a no show once they were very responsive in getting fill in coverage. Only twice in all those months was I unhappy with the person they sent. We had the same caregiver from [dates removed]. [name removed] was like a member of the family. When wife was in hospital twice [name removed] was there. The hospital staff loved her also. When [name removed] walked in the door the whole family sighed with relief. "[name removed] is here ". The weekly coverage by [name removed] was covered on most weekends by a cadre of four or five regulars. [name removed] is the schedule guru and does a great job. She posted text with names, phone numbers and hours of coverage. Several of them got together and figured round the clock coverage so I could fly to NC for a special family event for one night and a late return the second night. The coverage by [name removed] and one other daily was from [removed], then I covered the night. [name removed] taught me so much and it worked.

It has been a while since we have used their services, but based off of our experience with them, I would recommend VIP America Home Health Care to others looking.

It's not a community, it's a nursing service that comes in each day to provide help. And they have sent multiple people until my Mom found someone she liked - she a tough, old nurse herself, so she's hard to please. We picked this community because they came recommended by A Place for Mom and they were available in a couple of days.

Compassionate, Knowledgeable with local resources, swift assistance and follow through. Senior Advisor helped me find resources and explained options, so I could make informed decisions regarding the care of my elderly Dad.

The nurse that comes to see me is spectacular! She is always on time and courteous. The serve is very good and I can only think of positive things to say!

Everything is working out great with the help of V.I.P.They have really gone above and beyond with their assistance. My husband and I are really please with the Men that are coming in and helping out they are really friendly and nice. They help with the cooking and cleaning and have been just wonderful. I would recommend this home care to my family and friends. I even told one the gentlemen that comes in and help that I wish I could I just put him in my pocket because he's that wonderful.

I was in a pinch and needed almost 24 hour care immediately for my mother who is in the intermediate stages of Alzheimers and was experiencing a lot of agitation. VIP was able to help me with the shifts I needed and sent caregivers who were on time and comfortable and successful in dealing with my mother. VIP admin. staff has been responsive and professional in meeting my needs.

If you need services, give them a call. They are very anxious to work with you. They have a whole package of care services available to choose from. They assisted with care in the home. I am pleased with the caregiver that they sent.

Realize that they're a broker actually. The home aides they refer don't work directly for them. They just provide background checks and verifications. And the billing is through a different company. They're taking a decent cut of the total cost, but I appreciated that they negotiated the price with me so I could make sure the aide was getting paid enough. The one aide we've had has been very good. I like her a lot. She knows her stuff and seems to be good with people with memory issues. She keeps looking for things to do, and is totally prompt. She's been flexible when I've had to adjust the hours. I like the way she tries to engage my wife with activities and conversations, even though my wife has shown some opposition.

The service is great. The caregivers are professional and are taking care of our needs. They are very friendly and I would recommend this service to others

The assistance from VIP America of SW Home Health was good when the help was needed. My parents are doing good here and the caregivers who came to assist were helpful and good to work with.

My parents were pretty satisfied with the services VIP home care provided them with. They would help me mother with some personal care. They did a good with helping her out. My only concern was I didn't think it took three hours to help with personal care. The agency said the care givers must be there a minimal of three hours. The care giver was kind and helpful, she was sweet. It was a pleasant experience. I would recommend this home care.

They worked well when I used them before. I will call them again the next time I need someone.
