They worked well when I used them before. I will call them again the next time I need someone.

[name removed] is always very friendly. Some times we don't have coverage for a couple days if someone calls out or quits which is difficult but I guess that goes with the business.

Sent an employee who spoke very little English. She was not what I expected and I should not have to spend so much time trying to learn Spanish words to communicate with this gal. As one example, I did not appreciate her trying to comb my hair when I was a fully capable individual and should not have had that done without her asking me. She even showed up for work while having a full-blown asthma attack. I sent her home immediately.

I was scheduled for 3 hours but the lady was sent an hour early and I got charged for 4 and 1/2 hours. The lady was very nice and friendly but spoke limited English. I was disappointed in this companies interaction with me.

They never showed up. I never could get a copy of the paperwork. They were operating in one county, but servicing another. It's my understanding that they are new, and I get the impression that they didn't have their act together yet. Which is not to say they never will, but they certainly didn't when we used their service.

The lady next door needed help. VIP sent a woman with a nasty attitude. She did not like to be told about the condo rules, which we must obey. The worst part was when she took out the garbage. She dragged it on the walkway, with the garbage juices trailing behind. She cleaned it up once but then continued. VIP was told, but said that they could do nothing because the people working for them, are hired by the one receiving the service. What kind of people do they hire, that make life miserable for neighbors? I would NEVER recommend VIP to anyone.
