[name removed] was wonderful and very patient with our family in learning all aspects of memory care. We would have considered this facility if there was availability. I would recommend to anyone I know looking for quality care.

It was a beautiful facility and had a lot to offer. The residence looked happy and the staff very cheerful and helpful. I believe it would be a great place for my mom.

The room was very nice and large. I really liked the whole place. Very clean and every one was very nice.

[Name Removed] and the staff are kind and helpful. [Name removed] was so accommodating, I was able to tour the facility prior to my mom’s tour. The residents and staff are friendly. There are so many amenities from daily activities that can keep an individual as busy as they choose, to so many different public spaces (dining room, theater, library, pub, bistro lounge, outdoor patios and the list goes on). So happy and relieved to find a place for my mom to live and thrive.

I highly recommend Inspired Living. They are all very happy caregivers. You feel the happiness every time you are there. My parents have been there 2 months as I write this. It is also very clean. The nurses, administrators and staff are all very responsive and personable. My dad is 86 with late stage Alzheimer's, in a wheelchair. My mom is 80 with early-mid Vascular Dementia. It is a nice safe place for them both. They both like the food. They have started excursions and my mom has been liking those. My dad enjoys the music events and he even participated in art. They have a lot of events and activities. Every time I'm there (probably about 15 times now) the residents are out and being well cared for. It's a good place. (We were at a not good place before this).

The facility is beautiful and always clean. Every time I go to see my Aunt, she is clean, smells nice, and dressed in clean clothing, which is something we weren't seeing in her previous place. The Care Partners are amazing! They are so attentive to the people living there and very friendly to family. They have taken time to sit with me and gather information about my Aunt, so they can get to know her and provide her with the best care possible.

The staff to resident ratio is much better than other facilities. The facility is well maintained and inviting. I love how they keep the residents out in the common areas to keep them engaged.

This facility is very clean, updated, as a matter of fact they are currently painting and redecorating all hallways. My mother has no complaints at all regarding food or services. Everyone on staff is excellent beyond my expectations. My mother is thriving since she has moved in and it seems to be very happy. She has attended some of the activities in which she had a good time. She has become very social has made a few friends I just can't say enough good things about this place. Thank you so much for guiding us there.

Both[Name Removed] the med tech and [Name Removed] were very helpful and friendly. Iam a visiting nurse from HHC and I had a great experience getting my questions answered.

So far everything is going very well. The staff is wonderful. His room is very nice. I would recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

From the first minute we walked into the building we felt it was the right place for mom. It is bright and quiet. The staff was smiling. [name removed] is incredibly patient and understanding. She answers every question and then some

It became clear that my 96 year young mom needed more care due to worsening Alzheimer’s and we found Inspired Living. We are so very glad we learned of Inspired Living through my mom's visiting nurse. It has met and exceeded our expectations. The communication from the very beginning was very good. It helped understand what my moms experience would be like at the facility. They communicate updates with my mom too which I appreciate. The only real negative has been they have had a lot of turnover in a short amount of time and appear to be short staffed at times.

What we like the most about the community is that everybody living there has a lot of needs, but they are very experienced and you never see any chaos. They are able to anticipate needs and really take care of the residents

They're taking wonderful care of mom. The staff is very attentive and nice. They have activities every day, morning and afternoon, for the memory care residents. Mom seems very happy. The memory care staff genuinely like the residents.

The staff are very friendly to the residents and there is a comfortable atmosphere there. Overall friendly community, would recommend.

The management team is on site and knows all the patients and interacts with them. They have a very active activities plan that gets everyone moving and involved. They hold special events. They assign people in particular to care for each patient so they are more familiar. Also open door policy for family.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The facility is attractive and inviting. My mother is looking forward to moving into a beautiful room.
