What we like the most about the community is the people (staff and residents) were friendly. Yes, we would recommend Inspired Living at Ocoee to other families based on the experience so far.

Our experience from the initial sales meetings, moving our daughter into Memory Care, her transition to Inspired and subsequent dealings with staff have been excellent. The facility is beautiful but the staff is really what's important and Inspired's is outstanding.

Everything is made fresh! A little on the pricey side, but the Apartments, Personal Care, Aides, Nurses, Chef and management of the facility are wonderful ! We are very happy with our choice for our mom And appreciate your help with locating this facility

Great place to stay.

I gave high marks on every facet of Mira Vie. The place is clean and neat, the administration is responsive, the aides are attentive, medical care is given when needed.

So far, I have been very pleased with the way my brother is being looked after. The staff are very caring and supportive of my brother. The food is very tasty with a nice variety of different menus. His bedroom space is being attended to as well as his laundry.

Many staff members speak Spanish; English ok; staff is knowledgeable about residents and know their peculiarities. My sister could not see and staff helped her with her meals. Might only misgiving was that there is not a nurse in house 24/7

The staff is always pleasant to. Your staff is always pleasant to patients and visitors.

We put my sister-in-law at Mira Vie in Tom’s River. At first, she was very shy and didn’t want to come out of her room (which by the way is beautiful). So they hooked her up with all of the therapies she needed, including elder care, which is helping her come out of her shell and mingle with other residence. They have introduced her to a lot of women to talk to. When she had a health incident, they noticed it right away and got her to the hospital. She is a fall risk and they are right there every time she falls. She loves the food. There are a lot of activities for their residents every day. Placing my husband sister there was the best thing we did for her. And now my husband is back to being her brother rather than her caretaker. But it’s not inexpensive. It’s a little more costly than other places we looked at. I like that she can age in place there.

I placed my brother and his wife in Ispired over a month ago. She has dementia and he has health problems and mobilie issuse. I have been very pleased with the care they have gotten, the activites the have, the food and the cleanliness of the facility.

The best part is how friendly and helpful everyone is. My mom is always saying how well cared for and respected she feels. They could improve on maintenance issues and housekeeping of the individual apartments. I know they recently bought out an old facility and just got a mew executive director so I'm hopeful these issues will improve.

They have all day dining, so you can get food anytime up until 6:30 pm I think. They have essentially all levels of care, so a resident doesn't need to move to a different community if their care needs increase. Most of the activities are during the day up until 630. After that, they're usually aren't any planned activities. The admin staff is very helpful. The studio rooms are pretty spacious & the building is always clean when I come to visit. If a resident needs physical therapy, they tailor the physical therapy program to the persons specific needs. This has been helpful for my mom.

First thing is that my dad really likes the place and is comfortable. I found the staff and residents happy. The facility has a very nice atmosphere, not dark. The only thing that I wonder about is how it was determined that my dad was in need of level three care when we were told he would be a level one or two. There was never an explanation or a call when this was determined. I found out when I received his bill and was surprised as was he.

Showed us facilities a number of times and found a great room for my wife. We met most of the staff and when my wife needed to go from assisted care to memory care, the process was easy. They have treated my wife with kindness, respect and loving care.

From the beginning the guided us through the process of paperwork, medical records, to helping set up his room. They keep him active, watch after him and keep us informed. He truly settled in quickly and they live him. My mom is very happy with my dad’s care.

I moved her into inspired living. They are as good as it gets. Clean...huge courtyard. Lots of staff. Good food.. They I would recommend. No care facilities are perfect but inspired living is as close as it gets. My mom felt loved there

I visit Inspired Living several times a week to help and care for a couple friends whom are residents. It is a highlight of my day to come to this beautiful facility in Lakewood Ranch. The front desk personnel, staff and all workers are friendly and always have a smile for you. They offer so much nurturing and everyone is ready to assist in any way. I must mention the Director of Activities, [name removed]. Since she has come on board, the activities are more frequent. Her enthusiasm, vitality and love for the elderly is a gift she has. Her ideas are never ending and the party themes she arranges and designs bring everyone together for a great time.

We had a great experience at The Gardens. Wonderful staff, clean and responsive to all our Moms needs.
