Everyone, and I mean everyone, is pleasant, friendly, happy, helpful, and fun!! This includes staff and residents. I am so glad I chose Harmony! The facility is always clean without that annoying, headache inducing, medicinal smell. There is a variety of activities that everyone can find something fun and appealing. Thanks, Harmony!

Mom was well cared for and engaged in activities which was so good for her. The staff was kind and caring. I highly recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

My husband and I have enjoyed the friendly atmosphere with the residents and staff, as well as the entertainment and activities. Could have more activities for males, like a wood working shop. Looking at oncoming winter weather, as a money making improject for Harmony , since no garages, could take a poll of residents to see how many would rent portable garages placed on the back empty parking lot. They are available at Amazon Also concern over Sat fat & sodium in food. A registered dietician could help. B. Also Using McCormicks Montreal chicken seasoning cuts down on sodium. And can be used on EVERYTHING , not just chicken. All in all we love our new “home” especially our apt with nice storage, cleanliness of public bathrooms and building

The apartment size is very nice size. The entire place is very clean. The staff is very caring and helpful. The food is good but could be more.

It would be beneficial if we got a weekly summary of interaction and or observations as we don't get accurate info from mom as to daily occupancies. Cleanliness of the facility is nice. It appears that there is staff shortage.

The apartment was clean and the perfect size for my dad. The staff was amazing and treated him like family. We loved Harmony and my grandkids loved going to see him. They loved the pool table and activities for them. We were very pleased w harmony

The studio apartment is a bit small with a queen size bed but for a twin or double it's fine. Nice, big closet and bathroom.

Harmony at Five Forks is a happy place! The staff and the residents alike are happy and friendly. There is an abundance of activities going on every day. Mom says the food is delicious and thinks the variety is good too. It is a very clean place and her room is very spacious. She is in a 1 bedroom apartment in independent living. The only suggestion for improvement would be better housekeeping in the apartments. They really do the minimum and I have to do the rest.

So far, I would highly recommend Harmony at Kent to others looking. It has been a positive experience.

The staff really care for residents, and communicate my father's needs. Dad loves the food, and his apartment has always been clean and tidy when family members visit. I have recommended A Place for Mom to some good friends and relatives. I think you guys have an outstanding network and work ethic. You helped me greatly with my dad. I turned my brother-in-law onto A Place for Mom, and he is trying to get his mom (recently widowed) into assisted living. They have found a suitable place. Unfortunately, his mom does not want to move from her current apartment, but she definitely needs assistance, and companionship with other people.

Staff is welcoming and very considerate. The place is always clean and the food is pretty good. I can't speak to the activities and as far as the apartment size goes [name removed] has a studio and it is just perfect for her needs.

I've been pleased with my father's care at Harmony. The staff has been incredibly nice and helpful, he loves his apartment and the beautiful fenced in area for his little dog. He's been pleased with food and eating healthy.

They are quick to respond and were a great help. We had a place secured within 48 hours. I would recommend Harmony at Brentwood to others who are searching for senior living.

The food is good and the room is kept clean. All of the staff is friendly and helpful. The apartment size is good.

My brother in law lives at Harmony and has since my sister's passing. The facility seems clean and the services provided: laundry, apartment cleaning etc have been appreciated. Meals are ok although he sometimes doesn't go down to eat and is not very social. The apartment is quite nice and a good size for him. The only negative I have seen so far was when he fell in the apartment. We think he did not receive help for 24 hours and are not sure why. But on the positive he was started on physical therapy soon after discharge from the hospital. There is transportation to doctors appt and to the grocery. While many of the staff do not know who he is that can be his fault for being nonsocial. I would recommend the facility.

The staff is very helpful, the community is very clean, and the facility is nice. The food is decent, and overall it has been a positive experience. I would definitely recommend this community to others who are searching for senior living.

The staff is top-notch, absolutely fantastic. [name removed] and [name removed] have been just wonderful. The folks at the front desk extremely helpful.

My aunt was only there for about a month before she passed. The staff was amazing and took excellent care of her. They communicated frequently with me, especially after she went to hospice. Room was very large, and clean.

Dad's apt here is a one bedroom. It has w/d in unit and that has been a lifesaver! There is a garbage disposal which is another nice option that is provided. My only complaint would be the size of the fridge. One meal is provided with rent, so it is necessary to have a stocked kitchen. Also included is housekeeping once a week and the 2 gals are in and out quickly!
